Every once in awhile I "need" to get one of those sweet, ooey-gooey Cinnabons. You know what I'm talking about. Sweet, sticky white icing oozing over the cinnamon swirled sweet buns. I always stick with the classic. I think I might've tried the mini buns and the twists once, but otherwise one original Cinnabon is what I stick with. I always get a Cinnabon at the airport, so I associate eating them with going away on vacation. However, when I worked near Eastridge, I would occasionally pop in to get my afternoon sugar rush. Cinnabon is one of my most favorite desserts to eat after lunch, so I was pleased to see that Eastridge Mall had one! We shared a center of the roll, and I was glad that the worker heated it up automatically for us without asking. Not sure if that's usually what they do, but I was happy with the customer service too. While we were paying for the cinnabon, the worker took time to even ask, "How's your day going?" I am finding that customer service quality has been going down recently at some establishments, so I was pleased to see that Cinnabon's employee was smiling and helpful. How dare you think you can sale old stale food. This place deserves no stars for serving day OLD CINNABONS. Yesterday night I had a craving for something sweet with cinnamon and pecans so I came here after work. Around 7:15pmish. I was surprised there was no line because there WAS always a line here at this time of night. I figured it was slow. no it was the people behind the counter trying to sale me old cinnabons. 2 cinnabons for $10 so I got the box of 6 for $15.99. The cinnabons in the box looked old so I asked for a new box. The guy didn't even bothering answering me and continued to give me the box. Apparently, the box had been sitting on the counter since 2pm. The asian girl tried to assure me the cinnabons last 3 days outside and 30 days in the freezer. How disgusting! It is summer. You do realize if you leave frosting outside for more then a day it tastes somewhat sour. Even when I ask for a new box you sale me old cinnabons anyway. I came home, tried one which was old stale and tasted more then a day old. so I put it in the microwave for about 25 seconds still tasted the same. nooked it for an additional 15 seconds and the frosting tasted so old and sour it was disgusting!!! And by the way the pecans are stale. I called the number they have on yelp to complain. I was not surprised the number was disconnected. read more

I don't eat these very often - or ever, really. But there's one time when they're all I can think about... When I'm sick. I'm not very good at being sick, generally speaking. I hate being stuck at home. I hate feeling like crap. I can't stand laying around all day because I'm too tired to do anything else. I hate getting no sleep because I'm coughing up a lung all night long. I hate missing work (that PTO would be better spent lying on a beach somewhere). But in the end, there is one thing that helps me feel a little bit better (aside from codeine): an ooey, gooey Cinnabon. It's warm. It's delicious. And when you don't have an appetite for anything remotely healthy, it's a great option. Calories be damned. I need the strength to fight off the sickness. (Extra frosting, please.) read more

I swear I never crave Cinnabon.. Not once in my life but I was really hungry didn't eat anything all day and couldn't walk much further to anywhere else This Cinnabon is surprisingly busy for being so small .. Is there another one in this mall? I was at the one on second floor next to JC Penney ,.. Just bought giant Cinnabons yesterday . Love the service. The male employee at the Eastridge location has been there for awhile. He is personable and charming and knows how to promote the product with a smile. My reason for scoring so low, is that I swear they have changed the dough recipe. The bread was not gooey & soft; nor was the unique creamy sauce and cinnamon flavor present. The bread was dry and tasteless. I bought two big ones from the tray under the lamp.Was only going to get one like I usually do however Mr. Cinnabon convinced me I should bring one home to hubby. We both agree the bread was not the same. Sadly, we ' have lost that "loving feeling, woa that loving feeling....now it's gone, gone gone", woe ooh, woe ooh, woe". If you want to buy old Cinnabons that have been sitting around for a while, drying up under the heat lamps, this is the location for you. The counter help will tell you that you can't have the ones that are fresh and hot on the counter in front of you because apparently, they need to put them under the heat lamps to get old for future customers. And that's when you can take your business elsewhere and leave them an honest review like this one that calls them out for poor customer service and dishonest policies. read more

Was finishing up some school shopping with the kiddos and came to this location with about 10 minutes to spare before closing and the rude employee at the register refuse to service us. She stated they were close despite the fact that it wasn't 7:00p.m and there were other people in line. If you have a line of people waiting for service (we had already been standing in line before then) it is your job to serve them even though it's 10 minutes to closing. I was so excited to find Cinnabon on doordash so I decided to place my first order. I ordered a mochalatta chill and I even went on the Cinnabon website to see if it was what I wanted and it appeared to be a Frappuccino with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top so I was so excited to get it. How do I order arrived it was just a simple iced coffee. And I also paid for extra frosting and only got one instead of two but I was charged for both. I don't usually eat the sugary stuff from here much, but it works once in awhile. I would always see them making fresh things all the time when I walk past, and it smells good, but I don't really ordered anything, but when I bought one of the dough things, it was pretty good, but it was too sweet for my taste. Best Service Ever!!!! Went to Eastridge mall n decided to try Cinnabon at this mall to see if there was s difference. WOW!!! What a difference from the Cinnabon at Oakridge mall. Eastridge Cinnabon workers were all on point. My purchase was fresh n not day old tasting. At Eastridge Cinnabon they gave me 2 packs of cream for a box of mini rolls. Just literally left this location, and couldn't be more upset. I asked for a box of 6 Cinnabon rolls and the employee at the register told me they didn't have anymore when to the side of me they had at least half a dozen boxes filled Cinnabon's in them. What kind of bullshit service and place is this??? How are you going to deny something when it's in front of the customers face. Ima big fan for Cinnabon. Love them!! But!!!!!! Please employees where a clean apron always... Especially when ur dealing with food n customers. Cuz it looks real disgusting with white/dirty smudges all over ur apron. N I'm speaking directly to that guy that wrks there. He seems sloppy. Like he didn't wash his apron for a month. Get it together cuz when I see dirty aprons. It shows that ur careless n that the restaurant is dirty, too. Next time I will have to say something to the manager. If I see that dirt apron again...:/.
