I love anything cinnamon and was craving for a fresh cinnamon roll so I came to the mall to get this. There was a short line when I arrived but it moved pretty quickly since they hand you your items immediately afterwards. I also noticed how some staff would ask what the next person in line wanted so they can get started on their orders. I ordered a classic cinnamon roll and it came out fresh and warm. You can order more icing on the side but I didn't think it was necessary as the cinnamon roll already came with plenty and tasted really sweet.
A classic cinnamon roll that stimulates your taste buds every time you walk past it. They really have perfected their craft and do it right. At first I thought it was not popular at all since I never see anyone in line, but the reason is because you get the cinnamon buns instantly with no wait. They always have everything ready to go and you can just walk up and go.
They will not accept Hot coffee as drink for the T-mobile promotion. I have to buy the ice cold brew vanilla coffee for $6.07. The app only gave 55 points. The staff is unfriendly because I have to wait 10 minutes for the service. The app said the store opens on 10:30am. I arrived at around 10:45am. Macdonald ice vanilla coffee is only $1 dollar. The Cinnabon app charge online service fee 3%.
Can't help but also stop by for a Cinnabon! It seems like a lucky day since every items on this mall crawl has been fresh and delicious. Nice and friendly customer service too!
My colleagues and I came after lunch for some delicious dessert. Perfect to be paired with coffee or tea. The lady was nice and waited for us patiently. She didn't lose her cool as we are being loud and some of our colleague took time in ordering. To go only. Located near the food court so there is plenty of foot traffic and table to sit down while devouring your yummylicious Cinnabon.
Who doesn't love a good cinnamon roll. This pillowy soft ooey gooey mess of a snacky snack always hits the spot especially when they are fresh out of the oven. Each roll is big enough to share. I personally like picking up a box of Cinnabon versus a box of donuts. You definitely can't go wrong with Cinnabon.
This location is inside the Santa Anita Mall. The mall is typically busy and there is a lot of foot traffic and noise. Their store is near, but not inside the food court. Consequently, you do need to park and go inside the mall to make a purchase in person. Most of the complaints for this location in other reviews had to do with poor customer service and not the food quality. Consequently, if you are willing to deal with potentially rude or indifferent employees to get your Cinnabon fix, then you will take your chances here. On our visit, the lady who took our order was actually polite and we had no problems like several others have reported. We got the classic Cinnabon roll. I cannot speak to the freshness because I broke it in half and saved it for breakfast for the nexttwo days. However, it still tasted good reheated. Cinnabon is pretty sweet and has a lot of calories in it, but it is great for an occassional treat. The 2.5 star Yelp average needed to be interpreted by the typical ratings fast food places get on Yelp. For fast food 2-3 stars is pretty normal, 3-4 stars less typical, and 1-1.5 stars means you should avoid it. Very rarely if ever will a fast food place get a 5 star average on Yelp. Consequently, the 2.5 Yelp average means this location is not bad for fast food and you should give them a try, especially if you have never had Cinnabon before. However, we recommend sharing cause they are so high calorie. Tips: (1) Park in the parking garage at the back of the mall near the race track or in the lot by the food court entrance to get closer to Cinnabon. (2) Be patient, service might be bad at this location. (3) Share your bun, they got a lot of calories in them.
Every once in a while, it's hard to resist the warm cinnamon goodness baking in the air as you walk past Cinnabon. This last visit to The Shops at Santa Anita (formerly known as Westfield Santa Anita) was this case, plus Hunny has been craving it for a few days. They make the BEST cinnamon rolls! They have other versions of the sweet treat here too and coffee/sodas. Classic Cinnamon Roll - is made on location and still warm when you get it. It is perfection. It's a large size cinnamon roll with ooey gooey frosting, warm soft pastry roll and perfect amount of cinnamon and sweetness. We usually share one and get one once in a long while, but when we do, it is spectacular! We didn't see anyone making them live this time, but at other locations, it's always fun to watch them make it. Seating is available in the food court area a short walk away. We always eat it immediately as that's when it tastes best. Service was quick and friendly. It's located near the food court area but tucked toward the back near Chick Fil A. There's parking near that area on the 1st floor of the parking structure. Definitely recommended!
This was my first time trying Cinnabon ever! Obviously I've heard about it, and I'm a big cinnamon roll fan so it felt sacrilegious that I'd never been here before. So I happened to be at the mall with a friend who is a Cinnabon enthusiast and decided to give it a go, finally. It was quite good! I got the classic roll I believe, which is just your standard warm, gooey cinnamon roll. My favorite part is the center bit which is extra soft and covered in frosting, and apparently they sell those alone as well. They have quite a few other menu offerings that all sounded intriguing and delicious. It's a pretty big serving and I ended up having leftovers that reheated well in the microwave. No complaints. Overall it was a tasty and long overdue experience, but not something I'd do often.
My family and I decided that we wanted more dessert after having some bread at Paris Baguette. We were initially going to order some minibons, but my mom noticed that the lady was putting frosting on 4 freshly baked Cinnabon's. My mom asked if she can get the fresh one, but the lady said they are only to be purchased as a pack of 4 and told us the ones in the window are still fresh. My mom asked again nicely if she can have the ones that just came out, but the answer was still no. Then, my mom asked if they can bake a new one which the lady started to seem a little irritated by it. Finally, she agreed, saying the wait would be 15 minutes. She didn't expect us to want to wait that long, but we did. She didn't seem happy putting the frosting on nor did she say anything after giving us the Cinnabon. Regardless of the mediocre service, the Cinnabon was delicious!
The cashier looked so annoyed and was unfriendly. She just slid the bag holding my cinnamon bun on the counter towards me instead of, you know, just handing it to me.. Then when I got home and started eating it, I felt something hard while chewing and spit it out to find a piece of cardboard. It was in the very middle of the bun too! It was too hard to be paper but not hard enough to be plastic so probably cardboard.. Another star though because it still tasted good, cardboard and all.
Real legit Cinnamon rolls! So soft and baked fresh on the hour! Highly recommend the Classics. Staff is very friendly and they always have free samples! Try them out before you decide on what you want! Don't look at the number of calories per roll though :P It might scare you away! A must try!
I came for the $1 classic roll promo for National Cinnamon Roll day today. It was only an hour after they opened but there was a long line from their counter. Thankfully they moved quickly, keeping the line organized and contained. Regular price is around $6 so this was a great discount. I enjoyed this sweet-but-not-too-sweet dessert. I think their dough is premade though. I saw staff taking it out of the fridge. read more

Tried their coffee for the first time. I got the cinnamon roll cold brew iced coffee. It was a bit too sweet for my coffee, but did taste like a cinnamon roll. Without the bread it feels like it is missing a lot, it's really just a very sweet drink. Service was quick and the area looked clean. The area did smell good. I love cinnamon rolls. read more
Came for national cinnabon day and the $1 promo. There was a line but only waited for around 20 minutes or so, which isn't too bad. They were baking rolls really quickly so it was hot and fresh. The cinnamon rolls here are just delicious and not too sweet! It tastes the best warm and was really good. Hard for other places to beat their taste. The prices aren't too expensive too. read more

Real legit Cinnamon rolls! So soft and baked fresh on the hour! Highly recommend the Classics. Staff is very friendly and they always have free samples! Every once in a while, you just gotta treat yo' self! That's exactly what I do whenever I'm craving a cinnamon roll. I love the original flavor. The cinnamon roll itself is always fresh, hot and chewy! Easy to cut with a knife or fork, and that generous amount of frosting on top, heck yea! The smell is always intoxicating whenever I walk by. A tad pricey, but when treating yourself every once in a while, it's worth it! Best of all, I love getting my free Birthday Iced Coffee drink. It's a sweet and nicely chilled treat, and the coffee never tastes burnt. Mixed in with cinnamon, delicious! It's an instant pick me up for whenever I need that second wind before finishing up the rest of my shopping, or for the ride home. I like this Cinnabon location. It's bright and clean. The delicious smells of cinnamon rolls baking, and you can watch them make it is always cool. Service is always nice, and I leave here happy with my treats. If you sign up for a Cinnabon account, you'll get promotional discounts from time to time, and of course, your free birthday iced coffee drink too! read more

Sweet! Went to the mall today to do some errands and get out of the house. After everything finishing everything I had to do, I was craving something light and sweet. I decided to go to Cinnabon since I haven't been there for years. Based on my cravings, I decided to get the cinnamon sticks. The cinnamon sticks were good. They gave us a little container with icing that hit the spot! I thought this treat was pretty delicious. After finishing the snack, I felt good! I didn't have that groggy feeling one gets after eating a hefty amount of sugar and bread. The place is conveniently right outside of the food court. It is kind of pricy but now and days, what isn't? Cashier was nice and helped me out. I will come back when I am craving something sweet and light. Overall, I give this place a solid 4/5. read more

It's been a long time since I've been here, and was acting on a $2 coupon for their mini bites. Well, I felt that hook at the corner of my mouth after seeing the minibons. pretty small for a large price, and I think it costs more more, by weight, than the normal Cinnabons. I was hoping these morsels would be a tad cheaper than the regular size, but was sadly made aware of the whole minimalist trend. I get it, less is more now, and I won't gain as much weight, but to make things smaller and charge more is just not right. I think next time, I'll comparison shop and not use the coupon as a motivator to purchase a rather expensive bun. read more

I appreciate the young lady who served me today (^.^). I am juggling with items I purchased at the mall--mainly drinks. It can be a handful! When you have someone who comes along and be considerate that means a lot! And stepping up and beyond, kudos! Even small as the service, it counts big time! For me. :-) The day my friend introduce me to Cinnabon, I really love you guys! I can smell the rich aroma of the cinnamon and the glazed cream sugar just flowing all over the dough! Of course healthy eaters beware! It really is guilty as sweet sin! I like to spoil myself with this Classic once awhile...I definitely know how it is made and what is in it...but oh so delicious! Of course, I did notice the price difference for each locations. This location was a little pricier. I know some places charge about $3.99 for a Classic Cinnabon Roll. I usually go there but I was in the vicinity today. Nonetheless, as of now, less than $5 here...good idea to get coupons beforehand... I gave it 5 stars due to the service and attitude! It takes All the people part of Cinnabon! I know business can get busy! And there can be all kinds of stress, but thank you for making my experience all the best every time I come! read more
