I usually go midday during the weekdays, when there aren't too many people here because it can get quite ghetto. I went there today with my toddler, we walked in and waited at the rope to be greeted and stamped. 5 minutes later, I just walked in with my son. Pretty clean place and we were helped when one of the machines took our tokens. Machines are rather stingy with the tickets, even if you're good. But my son had a good time, so that's all that mattered. read more

Its where a kid can be a kid, with that being said, the food any drink are ok, but the bathroom thats another story, I have come here twice with in two years and the bath rooms need to be kept up they are nasty i can only speak for the woman's bath rooms but if they had there workers taking are of the bathrooms it would be alot better 5 year olds have to use the bath room alot and it sucks that they dont keep up with them better. read more

Gotta say my expectations were pretty low, but this place was pretty cool. The staff was really helpful. Our nephew loved the games. The "puppet show" was pretty lame, but how can you go wrong with skee-ball? read more

This is the second largest chuck e cheese i have seen in the bay area. The first is in san jose. This place has a lot of nicer rides and games compared to other chuck e cheeses I have been too. The downside is this place is close to richmond, san pablo, and oakland, so all the hood rats come here. In other chuck e cheeses, you drop your coins and people pick them up and give them to you. If you drop your coins in this place all the hood rats will try to grab as many as they can find. Also some kids will see a kid playing a game and move them out of the way. One kid tried to push my kid out of a ride. Obviously the parents are watching there kids, cuz I pulled him out of the ride by his shirt and no one noticed. So if those other kids get out of line just slap em around, no one will notice. read more

Went here about a week ago with our three and a half year old and had a fun time. The food was pretty good here, clean facility, and not a lot of games out of order. Def the best Chuck E Cheese we have visited. read more

If my kids can write a review they will give it 5 stars. I am willing to meet them half way. Chuckee cheese any where I go it's basically the same. Greasy games, oily pizza and the salad buffet? You got to be kidding me right? Next time you go to these places keep an eye on the buffet area. Count how many little fingers pick through the food. Coughing and sneezing near the area. yuk! yuk! Now you might wonder why do I keep going to this place. Believe me it is not by choice . My kids keep getting invites to Bday parties. I can't just not go because I don't like it. At this location it was on a Sunday @4pm rainy windy weather outside. The door swung wide open and the noise level already gave me a headache,I know this is going to be a long night. My kids for that matter loved it. You can see smiles across their faces. Overall parents like me who will muster pretty much anything to see their laughter. Eat before hand and sneak in a snack for yourself. What can I say it's about the kids right? read more

We had my daughters birthday party on July 21! I love this location. Much better than the hayward one. It was a bit crowded for a Sunday though. It wasnt a lot of parties going on which was good. We didnt have to move after our 2 hours was up! The only down fall were the dirty bathrooms!! Other than that it was cool!! read more

It's Chucky Cheese. I don't go in expecting good food. It is about birthday parties, fun for kids. I remember growing up with Chucky Cheese fondly. Lots of video games, skee ball, the animatronic show. It was fun. Some of that is retained but it is different. There aren't many video games any more. Most of them are more like rides. The skee ball does remain. Most of the animatronic show is more video. But Chucky does make a brief appearance for the birthday kids. Our daughter has had fun every time we have gone and it doesn't seem like it is a fortune like so many other places. It is good for what it is. read more

Worst Chuck E. Cheese my family and I have ever been to. The staff doesn't want to be here and they're not helpful at all. They have more games than others in the area but this place doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. Avoid this one. read more

This place is the pits. Extra dirty. The night crew is not cleaning and the morning crew is not cleaning. We went to this place twenty minutes after they opened and it was gross. There were about four other families there at this time. Twenty minutes after being open every booth was dirty. I'm talking bout crumbs, leftover pizza, the token cards, candy. We had to wipe our booth down, twenty mins after opening. They hadn't filled the games with tickets before opening so kids were playing games but getting no tickets. It was a mess, they did make it up to the kids with tickets. The bathroom floor was so sticky, the carpet leading into the bathroom was sticky. The kids had fun though. When we left they didn't even check the safe kid hand stamp. I emailed the corporation because the state of that place is dire. Our last time going there. Oh, the customer service was good but overshadowed by the filth. read more

DIRTY....is about the nicest way I can describe it. The clientele is not the best...I would consider traveling to a different site, maybe Concord. read more

Ok, i went to CEC on a friday with the family and it failed on all tests. There was no one at kid check, the floors were so dirty and havent been checked, bathrooms were sooo dirty and the food was cold. The employees didnt even know what they were doing! The only thing good about this place was it had a big game selection. read more

Oh gosh, this is like my 4th and last time going to this chuck e cheese. The workers are lazy and pathetic, I brought my 3 yr old here on a Monday around 11am, and only one worker there and tried to get token saver at register And lady was like "uh my register is on freeze cause I pushed out for break, can u come back in 10 mins" wtf how are u gonna work and go on break when u just started ur shift!!!! Plus no one to relief u!!!! Wtf ..... Also the last time I will ever go this place because it is very unsafe to those parents who let ther children go off on their own.... As we were leaving no one was at the door to Check stamps wtf!!! We left without being checked ...... Someone could easily have taken someones child right then and there!!! ... I gave this place 2 stars cause it's huge and spacy.... Id rather drive all the way to concord!!!! read more

I'm not a big fan of Chuck E. Cheese but I've been here several times for a birthday party and it's usually always packed. It's nice and big. There are a lot of tables so you don't have to worry about being crammed up. They have a lot of games for children of all ages. Staff is friendly but can be ghetto at times. Besides the stuffiness, I don't like that the bathroom stinks and there are no mirrors. Overall, pretty cool place. read more

This is probably got to be one of the best Chuck E Cheeses in the Bay Area! In comparison with all the other ones (particularly San Bruno), this one is extra big and more games, more tables. More room! If I were to choose to throw a party at a Chuck E Cheese I would definitely pick this one. Even the staff who help out with the parties are great! Well this one at my nephews birthday party was. She was very attentive and got the food out in time and was very on top of things like keeping the tables clear and serving the food. And her attitude was great! The place is five times bigger than San Bruno, and all the games and rides WORK! All in all I was pleased with the services and would consider coming back here again! read more

The line to get into chuck e cheese was long as there was only one teller. She looked unkempt and forgot to give us our salad plates for all you can eat salad bar. She seemed frazzled. Most of the tables were vacant and obviously not cleaned up even though all food was done. Bathrooms were filthy and toilets all clogged. No one was attending the front to give us new plates when we returned to salad bar so we ended up having to use out dirty ones which is a health code violation. Salad bar ingredients were messy and wilted and mixed around. This was yesterday sept 12th at 7:45pm read more

My experience for my son's birthday yesterday was the best. Place was not crowded at all. No ghetto ppl around or rowdy kids. The manager who was the best help us throughout the party. Manager was awesome with her services and hooked it up in the end. Best time to do your party here would be on the weekdays where its not so busy. Also you get unlimited time at your table reserved. May be a hit or miss kind of day if you had bad experience, but we got blessed for our day. We truly appreciate the service from manager. read more

Super clean and well maintained, service was great. Tried the new thin crust pizza and it was excellent. Great fun for the kids and a wonderful lunch. read more

Look, your kid WILL have fun. They're there for the games and prizes. On the other hand, if you're looking for great service, clean bathrooms, and expect the machines to work all the time, then sorry. The workers are either too young to care, or are old enough to be considered plain inconsiderate. PLUS, they all look like they want to shove a cactus up your butt and out your ear. o.O But your kid won't notice. If you're there for the games strictly, you'll be ok. :) read more

On a slow day very pleasant the BIG issue is the cleanliness... but what do you expect from children everywhere and teenager employees.

My daughter loves it that's why I give it 3 stars. The customer service is terrible lol and I suggest never come here on a Sunday. Last time I came here for my daughters birthday, I saw two employees throwing out gang signs. read more

We went over Saturday about Noon and had a good time. The three two years olds had a good time collecting tickets for prizes and climbing on everything. Things were clean until more kids started showing up and leaving candy wrappers on the ground. The bathrooms were just fine when we left at about 2:00. The pizza, surprisingly, was very good. We used to call Chuck E Cheese pizza "cardboard pizza" when we were kids but it was good this time. They offer beer but you can only buy one at a time and only get one an hour. they should just not sell beer then. The bad things about the experience: Walking in there is a sign saying "absolutely no firearms." If that sign needs to be there, it usually means there were issues in the past. My friend was flashed gang signs when the other driver felt he was cut off (he wasn't) Final thoughts: We had a good time but probably won't got back. There will probably be no issues (especially early in the day) but there were too many warning signs that there could be trouble. Bringing my kid to a place where there might be trouble is something I won't do. read more

First time there today. Not impressed at all. First thing you notice is the terrible smell when entering. It makes you nauseous. We were very close to leaving just from the smell. Then the music is blaring!! It was so loud I couldn't even hear my husband talking 2 feet from me. 40% of the "games" my son wanted to play were not working. The attendants were more than willing to give you more coins if you deposited coins into a non functioning game, but it was disappointing that so many games were out of order. The place is unclean and dirty. The whole place needs a deep cleaning. We didn't have any food but it looked pretty unappetizing from afar. We spent about 20 minutes here before leaving. I don't think we will ever return to this particular location. read more

At first I was put off by some of the negative reviews, but after spending an afternoon here with the family, I think this is one of the nicer Chuck E Cheese's in the Bay Area. Like most Chuck E Cheese's, you bring in your kid and they stamp your hand, then you find a seat, and get your pizza and pass ordered at the counter. We used the coupon deal from the website for pizza, drinks, and Playpass points, which helped save money (very much worth it). The pizza didn't take long to come out, and the order was correct. Took the kid around to several games like the train coin toss, dragon bopper, skeetball, and the flying bike thing, and they enjoyed all of it. I was really impressed that all of the games were working well, and how clean the bathroom and table was. They even have a security guard on duty at the front door, and employees were constantly moving around the floor to clean up or help people, and the Chuck ticket toss was a treat for the kid - whoever was in the costume was friendly and professional, and waved to all the kids as they walked by. We definitely need to visit this Chuck E Cheese again in the future. read more

If I could give his place no starts I would! First of all the staff is horrible! I took my son for his birthday and we left around closing time. We where at the front trying to get the kids their prizes with the tickets they won. The whole time one of the employees is standing by the salad bar saying "oh my god these people need to get the fuck out of here" I was furious I understand that they where going to close but that is unacceptable and so unprofessional. It so horrible that you bring your children to a kids place and the employees are using that Language! If the employees don't like their job they should quit! Instead of offending the customers and using inappropriate language around children! NEVER taking my kids back!!! read more

This chuck e cheese is amazing! lately i been coming and folks that are working there are friendly! They had ran out of ice cream and they went to the back to get more! thats real customer service love.!!!! read more

We are always treated so awesome when we go to Chuck E Cheese Pinole. Yesterday we went with friends and they thought that the staff knew us personally. The chef is the sweetest person you will ever meet! Also, met the assistant manager yesterday. What a sweet and funny man! read more

I would rather scoop my eyes out with a spork than ever come back here. The food sucks but honestly who goes for the food? This place is insanely busy most of the time and this is the first Chuck E Cheese that I have ever seen a line out the door. The parking is awful. The bathrooms are dirty. Did I mention how ghetto this place is? I would rather drive to Concord Chuck E Cheese. What a waste of space. read more

My kids love this place. Fortunately so far, probably since this is a newer site, and almost all of the games appear to work. I've only had a few coins eaten at this particular Chuck E Cheese so it wins that extra star. read more

POOR MANAGMENT kills this place. Their machines are always out of order and they WILL NOT post signs saying so. Most people don't complain so they don't care. We spoke to the manager and he did NOTHING! He did give us 4 whole tokens though!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

Had a great fun experience. We ordered a pizza but told the staff we wanted it later and they brought it to us right out of the oven at the time we asked. Staff is friendly, all the arcade games were working. Guy in a chuck e cheese costume comes out and gives free tickets to the kids. =) I did not give them 5 stars because the tokens are 3 for a dollar! Next time I'm definitely stopping by the bank and getting quarters since their arcades take quarters too. Will definitely go back often! read more

I was there for a noon-2pm birthday party last Saturday. The emergency exit alarm near the party tables went off and no one checked to see what had happened. In fact, our party "coordinator" made a little joke about having to speak up over the sound of the alarm. I left the premises with my friend's 5-year-old son, whose hand stamp didn't match mine. It was a test to see if they'd notice. We were scanned but not called on it. The employee looked, but obviously didn't process the information. read more

My son loves going here. Best time to go is on a weekday in the morning when it's less pack! It's like he has the whole place to himself!

If it was possible to give zero stars please believe I would have. The customer service here was horrific. I was there for a child's birthday party there was no assigned hostess and the only time we saw someone was to reliever the pizza that was ordered. The Worst part of my experience was the fricken bathroom!!!! I've never seen something so nasty in my life I take that back yes I have because I've seen porta potties. What was even more horrifying was that parents were letting their children go into the bathroom with out checking it out first. There was toilet paper all over the floor feces on more than one toilet. Water and god knows what else on the floor. I immediately went and told the manager she called someone to the restroom but no one arrived I know I waited for them she herself came to the restroom 10 minutes too long later. Just very gross and Un organized I will NEVER go back there! Get it together people!!! read more

One of the worst experiences of my life. I've tried to keep a promise to myself to never see Forest Gump or Titanic and to never go to Walmart or Chuck E Cheese. Because of my dedication to a good friend and his birthdaying child I failed on the Chuck E Cheese front. Line was long, food, which I did not dare try, looked disgusting, games were jammed and mostly uninteresting, ticket winning scam is exactly that - spend $40 so you can cash in 160 tickets for a lead painted necklace made by 9 year old kids in Thailand, and that my kid will either be bored of or lose within 12 hours. Kids and parents, many of which packed at least 150 extra pounds, undoubtedly caused by over-consumption of fake cheese, bread and "chicken wings," were obsessed and bordering on scary. No actual "real" food or drink to be found. Last time I was this relieved to leave a place was when I visited a chicken slaughterhouse near Fresno. read more

Gross. This place has horrible service- floor worker to manager. The smaller children section was dirty, there was trash all over the floors. We waited 45 minutes before I checked on our food order, which ended up taking an hour and a half, of which it still hadn't come out after the MANAGER working Veterans Day (today) said he was going to make it himself and would only be five minutes. 35 minutes later I asked for a refund! Not only that but almost every time I put my son on a ride - other people's children would climb on the ride after we paid for it. No one was available for assistance with the machines, food orders or other questions. Overall we will never come back here. I understand places get busy, but that tells me it has poor management/operations. The type of crowds this place attracts, people were homely and several adults cussing and yelling at their kids. They also had a security guard if that tells you anything. Just, gross. read more

The bathroom was completely disgusting. Almost every bathroom stall had pee in it or poop the toilet. If it didn't have one of those it was filled with toilet paper and it was hanging out of the side. On one toilet the was dried pee at the top of the toilet where the lid is. Gross but dang it's amazing that someone can even get pee there. It's the girls restroom I would ha e to see what the boys looked like. Mean while as my neice and her friend we're in there with me and we were talking about how disgusting the bathroom was there was a worker a tall girl that walks out the stall with her uniform didn't even wash her hands and she was back to work behind the counter after just seeing her in the restroom not even 10 minutes before. Never going to this chucky cheese again. Brentwood chucky cheese is my go to its alot Cleaner and healthier. I'm leaving this review hoping that you can hopefully learn and correct what is going on here very unhealthy place where your kid can a kid and get sick from a unsanitary environment. read more
