Very clean trampoline park. Had security out front, team members visible and helping. Darren the manager was great. We'll be back for sure.

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Anything for adults to do here if you're not into jumping around on stuff?

I worked on my laptop while my child ran around with his friends. There's a nice bench with outlets that's convenient. If you were thinking more activity-wise then there's an arcade there.

Our school has been bringing our 5th-grade students to Sky Zone for our end-of-the-year field trip…read morefor the past several years. The facility itself is large, parking is easy, and there are plenty of attractions that keep students entertained. The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be.

A group of 10-12 girls and boys appearing to range in age from 10-14 are cussing and hitting each other. It is clear this behavior is acceptable and allowed as nothing has been addressed. They are speaking loud enough for me to hear across the room. The staff look bored, with one ignoring the obstacle course zone while talking to staff in the next one. The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. It is unlikely she will return with me, this space does not allow me to feel comfortable.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

Pros: facility is solid it has a lot of potential activities and different ways kids can grow and learn gymnastics. They also have a play area which is clutch for dealing with kids who don't have class at the same time. Cons: teachers look often inexperienced and turnover is common. First few months we had two younger but quite vocal and directed coaches. Now it's tricky. In my other class we have more experienced coaches, but midway through the class they tend to lose focus and kids are sorta all over the place. They have some odd rules and enforce or change them at what seems random. Sit in the wrong spot? They'll announce a general warning not to do that. Bring your kids to the door that they used to let them in last week that without warning was changed to the other one? You bet that's gonna be a public service announcement about you messing up. Overall: experience is going to be class dependent especially with the teachers. If I knew there was a clearly better option I'd probably take it. As of now I believe USC is probably the best option in the area.

There are a few different areas to play, including one for basketball and one for dodgeball. The kids didn't play at the basketball area as much since there were teenagers playing there but they enjoyed the main trampoline area where there are plenty of trampolines to jump around and a section where you can dive onto a mat. The place is considerably clean and we didn't find anything that would have raised any concerns. However, the set up for birthday parties can be lacking since there's a long table for guests to sit and eat but it can be cramped if your party size is larger than 10 children. The space for guests to use when hosting a party can create a bottleneck when the food arrives, with everyone trying to get food in a limited space. Luckily the party next to us finished early so we ended up using their table as well. Parking in the area can be challenging during the weekends, and costs $3 per hour. We found this place to be safe enough to let your kids run around by themselves while parents can relax.

When Kindergarten appeared to be overwhelming my…read moredaughter ("Dad...It's EVERY DAY?!") she asked me about gymnastics, and her work-outs here have become the highlight of her school week. I admit I browsed the mixed reviews here and had my own doubts, and I also sent an email that never got responded to, but this gym deserves a ton of credit, and here are the reasons: For starters, it is a sprawling, well-organized facility divided strategically for toddlers/beginners, advanced, and parental spectators (me). I was really surprised at how big this place was, as you couldn't tell from the outside. To get enrolled, check out their website, or I wish I had just gone in-person from the start to see the gym and ask my questions. Basically, there is a $100 enrollment fee, granting access to their portal to register for classes. They also have their own mobile app to do this. The classes are organized by date, time, and age/ability level - and limited in size. For my 5-year old, the max class size is 5 students, and while that can make it tough if your time slot is filled, it's ideal so the instructor can give your child more attention. Our daughter's coach is great! Giving her a mix of fun, encouragement, and discipline all at the same time. We're not expecting her to become Simone Biles overnight lol, and we're not sure how long this gymnastics phase will last, but it is a joy to see her try new techniques and find pride in her own accomplishments. Thank you, PESA!
