Brown tips of my Christmas tree

Hello I'd called your phone number and received a voicemail, I wanted to let you know that we have been getting our tree from this place for decades and been very happy.but this year very disappointed on our tree that we paid $123.24. though-out the whole tree we found dead tips. We did not notice this until we arrived home in the light, we just purchased this tree yesterday. We would like to return the tree for an exchange. Here are some pictures

I want to give this spot 3 stars because it's more of a kid-like theme park and not so much a patch. Granted, they have a small area to consider a patch and pumpkins inside the tents and they did a good job setting it up. They do have a pony ride which is great for kids too. They also have spots to do photos with because they setup backdrops; So it's good for photographers as well. The cons to it are during the busy season, the kid's area is very packed with limited space to sit down and it can be chaotic. In addition to limited activities besides jump houses and shooting paintball guns, in which the kiddos can shoot with parental help. Overall, if you're looking at a spot for kiddos to play and not mainly a pumpkin patch. Take them here.

Snow dusted trees

I highly recommend visiting this tree farm! They have a very friendly and helpful staff, offered hot chocolate, a great selection of trees of all shapes and sizes, and prices. They even have snow dusted trees available! They were nice enough to give me a discount for leaving this review. Stop by and get your tree today!

We come to this Christmas tree lot every year. They are very helpful and the trees last through Christmas. Very friendly. They also have hot chocolate and candy canes

Several of you out there may have been to the big blowup slides in American Canyon across from Walmart. Normally they're there just in October, but this year they have in addition to the big slides they have big water slides there!! My grandkids had an awesome time they thought it was so fun we would totally recommend it this this Labor Day weekend! And another fun thing that my 10 year old grandson loved there was the paintball arcade! So we totally recommend you take your kids down there. They'll have a really fun afternoon.!

Took my 2 1/2 year old today and she had a blast! First pony ride first big slide. She loved it. But in all honesty, why charge adults 8 bucks for an hour. We can't go on the slides or in any of the jumpers. Of course we watch our kids playing but it's just away to make more money which is unfair. The gentleman in the front who checked us in was really friendly and courteous so no complaints here regarding the staff. So I received a response back regarding my review, much appreciated but let me try and understand. Upon entry I was charged $16. The sign says $8 an hour. That's where I came up with I was being charged. I was given no ticket for the pony ride. In fact I purchased a ticket for another $8 dollars for the pony ride. So where is my confusion coming from. Hoping the owners will see this update and clarify because there's no way for me to respond back to them.

This year, the maze was designed to celebrate the USA's 250th anniversary, which you can see on the map they hand out. It's still a really fun experience and definitely a great place to revisit! The only downside was that some people were throwing corn inside the maze, which felt a little dangerous.

Serious Safety Concerns Regarding the Nighttime Maze…read more I'm writing this review because I have serious concerns about guest safety after visiting with my child and friends last night. I understand this is a family-owned business, and I genuinely want to support local businesses in our community. I also recognize that no business can control every action another person may take. However, what we experienced raises important questions about emergency exits, staff accessibility, and what guests are supposed to do when an emergency occurs. At approximately 8:35 p.m., while we were inside the nighttime maze, the kids were exhausted and wanted to leave. We tried to find a way out but could not locate a safe, clearly marked exit. I even searched online for a way out while inside the maze and called the listed phone number, but the call was a recording. We could not find employees inside who could assist us, and at the main entrance, there appeared to be only two teenagers/ young adults collecting tickets. This left me wondering how guests were supposed to get immediate help once they entered the attraction. Eventually, we felt we had no reasonable way out. I was hesitant to force our way through the corn stalk barriers because I did not want to damage the business's property. We ultimately climbed over a plastic fence without damaging it and had to walk along a dark road beneath the orange bridge, where 2 cars were passing with high speeds. As a parent responsible for children, having to choose between staying inside when we wanted to leave and getting out by walking alongside moving traffic in the dark was frightening and concerning. I also noticed a sign stating that the business is not liable for incidents hanging on the fence. I understand the purpose of warning signs, but a liability disclaimer does not address the underlying safety concern. If guests cannot find a safe exit or reach someone for help, what are they expected to do? A warning about the fence is not a substitute for an accessible emergency exit, clear evacuation procedures, and a reliable way to contact staff. The maze is intentionally dimly lit, which I understand is part of the nighttime experience. However, limited visibility makes clearly identified exits, accessible employees, and emergency communication even more important. Guests should not have to search Google for an escape route or attempt to contact a phone number that does not connect when they need assistance. Hearing about the reported stabbing later that evening made this experience even more unsettling. Had we stayed approximately 30 minutes longer, we could have found ourselves caught up in a frightening and chaotic situation. What was supposed to be a fun family outing could have become a traumatic memory for the children. I cannot know what would have happened, and I am not suggesting that the business could have prevented another person's actions. My concern is whether guests would have known where to go, how to get out, or how to obtain immediate assistance if a serious emergency occurred. This experience left me with some important questions. What emergency plan is in place if violence occurs, someone is injured, a child becomes distressed, or guests need to evacuate quickly? How are employees alerted to an emergency inside the maze? Are emergency exits clearly marked and accessible? And how can guests reach someone for help when the listed phone number is not working? I am sharing this because I care about the safety of our community and the families who visit this attraction. I want family-owned businesses to succeed, and I hope the owners take this feedback as an opportunity to review their emergency procedures, improve exit accessibility, and ensure that staff can be reached when needed. I understand that unexpected situations happen, and I am not asking for a nighttime attraction to eliminate every possible risk. I am asking for a clear, reliable plan for when something goes wrong. No family should have to climb a fence and walk beside speeding cars in the dark simply because they cannot find a safe way out. Guest safety needs to be part of the experience, not something families have to figure out for themselves in an emergency.
