My kids had so much fun here! The ninja warriors course was actually harder than I expected! There's a good amount of different areas for everyone to choose from. My kids love the ninja course and the dodgeball area-- don't worry, the balls are soft! There's some areas where you can just jump and even 3 basketball hoops to try to dunk. The jump zones are extremely worn, show immense signs of filth by the dirty black adorning the colored mats, the ropes "enclosing" the battle area are touching the mat it is "protecting", one of the battle sticks is deflated, there are three balls in the dodge ball zone, but the mats themselves are providing the support needed for all the movement happening. A group of 10-12 girls and boys appearing to range in age from 10-14 are cussing and hitting each other. It is clear this behavior is acceptable and allowed as nothing has been addressed. They are speaking loud enough for me to hear across the room. The staff look bored, with one ignoring the obstacle course zone while talking to staff in the next one. The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. It is unlikely she will return with me, this space does not allow me to feel comfortable. read more

We had my daughter's birthday party at Sky Zone and overall I'd give it 2 stars. The staff was nice the day of, and our party host was really sweet and helpful during the process, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the experience frustrating. They stored our snacks and food in another room and some of the snacks were never brought out. I also had to ask for the cups and straws that were supposed to be included in the Mega Package. They were also about 10 minutes late setting up the room, and the decorations were pretty minimal (just a banner and a few centerpieces that were simple to assemble). After the party, I left a message for the manager and was told they would call me back, but I never heard from them. I called two more times before eventually giving up. While the host was very kind and the kids still had fun jumping, the overall experience with the party setup and follow-up was a headache. Because of that, I probably wouldn't book another birthday party here. read more

Very fun place to bring your kids to play. I've been here twice so far for birthday parties. While this trampoline park is on the smaller side, my kids always seem to enjoy themselves. There's also a food court with arcade games for your family to enjoy. My only negative is that there isn't an area dedicated for toddlers or kids with special needs. We visited Sky Zone for a play date. My 8-year-old and her friends had a blast. There were different areas for different types of activities. There was a main area filled with just trampolines, a jousting pit, basketball hoops, a ninja course, and a couple more little areas we didn't check out. Don't expect a real ANW-style course though! Overall, I found it to be small, crowded, and lacking seating. Staff supervision also seemed limited. There appeared to be one staff member assigned to each zone, which wasn't enough in my opinion. There were a few older kids who really needed some adult supervising. Occasionally I'd look around when some kids were acting up and no staff would be around anywhere. One poor little toddler lost his mom, was crying and there wasn't a single staff member in sight. Fortunately an older kid came over to help the younger child (whom they did not appear to know) as I was looking around wondering who to ask to help the child. There's concessions just outside of the trampolines with your basic chips and pizza and sodas. We didn't try it out because the line seemed slow and you can only eat outside of the trampoline area where there was even more limited seating. It was about $35 for a 90 minutes of play time. We ended up letting them jump for 2 hours because no one was really monitoring from what we could tell. I'm not sure this location was worth the 30 minutes drive and traffic on the way home. I signed my kid up with the monthly membership, worst mistake ever! While signing up the girl said it was easy to cancel anytime online or over the phone. That statement was an absolute JOKE! Its impossible to cancel the membership over the phone or online. If you call the AI just keeps sending you in circles and you get no where even after several calls with 20 minutes or more on each call. I tried online and they keep making me either make me make new accounts because it says I dont have one or when I do make one it says I dont have a active membership yet im getting charged every month. The place itself is fun for the kid to go run around but signing up for a membership is out of the question. More worth it to pay the few dollars more each visit. I moved out of the state so I cant go to the location to cancel. Going on month 3 at 30 plus dollars a month with no progress made! read more

Seems Friday's here can cause a little confusion. A normal day pass is $39.99 and that includes all day of a normal day(8hrs+). However Friday they open at 4pm and sell that same day pass for $39.99. They fail to inform you that at 7pm an additional $30 + $5 for a special t-shirt is required to stay until closing time at 9pm. Why on earth would the same pass be sold at the same price knowing you're only giving the customer 3 hours use of a full day pass? Seems like Friday's are not the best day to come and purchase a day pass. The manager Michael was very quick to step in and offer a solution for us and the 7 children in our birthday party. It did cost a little bit more but from our past experience here we knew we would be back again so the compromise offered was super appreciated. read more

I brought my Daughter here for her birthday and although she had a lot of fun, she was very disappointed that she couldn't do the obstacle course for some reason. The obstacle course has a big hole in the middle so it was closed the entire time of our visit. I would love for them to get that fixed so she can maybe come back and enjoy and future visit here. It doesn't seem right to charge people full price when you're not even able to utilize every aspect of the facility and the obstacle course is a big chunk of it that a lot of kids look forward to so for that entire area to be closed off, seems like we're getting gypped out of the experience So whoever the owner is hopefully he can make the necessary repairs. read more

We have been members since September 2025. I have a very active nonverbal 5 year old autistic son. Today was our first time where the staff told me that I could not jump with my son. They allowed me to be on the pads, however I could not jump. My son was so disappointed that he only jumped for a few minutes, and we proceeded to sit down on the bench. So upsetting that they couldn't cater to my special-needs son. My son can get aggressive and I have seen him pull hair from another jumper. That's why I'm always near him. I was told that if I wanted to jump, I would need to get my own membership. I'm a great parent who wants to play with her son. Really great and enormous, fairly INexpensive trampoline, indoor play fun, for all ages. My boys are aged 4, 7, & 14, and all three of them seem genuinely to equally to have an absolute blast. The monthly pass (per-child rate) seems to be the best deal. They clearly incentivize it, being that it is essentially an identical priced to a (per-child) 1-day pass. So that's kind of a no-brainer, imho, and I would imagine that rockin jump / sky zone are themselves incentivized to set it up that way [to point you toward the obviously more cost-effective monthly pass] because they just want you in the doors.. Then they can sell you on (rather pricey, tbh) consumables... i.e., food & drink (even h20, which is also prohibited from being brought in from outside the facility!!) as well as the assorted, extra 'pay-per-play'-type games that they also have on-site. Anyway, all told, imo: worth it on a rainy day and/or whenever you need a safe outlet to facilitate the release of some 'pent-up kid energy', or for parties, etc. Just bear in mind that if you have multiple kids, the cost of the required facility "grip socks" can start to add up ($5 each, I believe?). You can bring them back and reuse them, but you cannot bring ones which originated from outside rockin jump / sky zone... so make sure you hang onto them & wash them & bring them back with you for next time!! I booked this place for my daughter's 5th birthday party. It was a success. The greeters/party room attendants were great. They made sure everything was going smoothly. The only negative I have is the pizza that was served. It had a very thick layer of cheese. But other than that, my guests were happy and so my daughter. Be mindful and keep an eye out on your kids. Terrible experience!! Kids, ages 10 and 12, (one of whom is autistic) were harassed by a group of at least 15 teenagers. They ganged up on my kids and through dodgeballs repeatedly at their faces repeatedly while calling them slurs. They threatened to beat them up while flashing American flags at their faces. My kids told them to stop but to no avail. The staff should have been monitoring the play and they were nowhere to be found during the ordeal. Negligent staff. When the staff finally did make an appearance it was at the behest of the bullies and they told my 10 year old not to hit the teenagers, which he did not do. Attended Emmet's 3rd Birthday and it was a blast! We've gone when it was Rockin Jump and I believe it's under new management since. Always extremely busy on the weekends and tons and tons of participants and viewers. Each party has a coordinator that helps shuffle the attendees to the different play areas and at the end, escort to the party room w/ pizza and nachos and chicken fingers. Fairly organized and good flow of activities. Kids loved it and helps exert all their lovely energy. Win win! read more

We had a great experience here at an early Saturday morning birthday party. Our hosts, Alexa and Maddy, we're AMAZING!! They kept with the schedule, they were on top of all their tasks, and most importantly, they were beyond pleasant to work with! With every interaction with us, they put a smile on our faces - definitely ask for this dynamic duo! Overall, we had a great experience. Jump time was adequate, we had lots of fun! We are a Black family, and during our visit, a Caucasian child approached my son and explicitly stated, "I don't like you because you're Black, and I hate Black people." I immediately addressed this with the child's father. Shockingly, after confirming with his son that these words were indeed spoken, the father responded, "So what? We don't like Black people," adding that his son is only 8 years old. I reported this incident to the manager on duty, yet to my dismay, no action was taken. To make matters worse, an employee--whose name I believe is either Brice or Reese--openly stated that he has different political views, agreed with the racist individual, and added that he does not like Black people either. Don't be like Lea and not research the times of operations. I've got two kids under four and did a last minute decision to take them to Rockin Jump during their general admission ($20/person... no matter the age). If you have kids under six, I highly suggest going for their tot time to avoid the crowds and the older kids running around. Although the trampolines are large and EVERYWHERE, It's easy for the area to get packed and overwhelming. And on top of that, as a parent I needed to pay for myself to watch my two year old. I highly encourage the tot time because the price includes the parent. But was it worth it? Yes. Most definitely. If money wasn't the issue we'd be there as much as possible. I had my daughter seventh birthday here, and our experience was absolutely exceptional! The staff were attentive, very friendly with the kids, well organized, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's special day was perfect. The food was perfect, arrived on time, and was absolutely delicious! The whole facility is super clean, and the staff make sure that the kids are playing safely, and there's certainly a great staff to jumper ratio. Coming here on a busy day can seem crowded. They do have a bunch of different options to choose from ninja warrior course, free jump, open play, dodgeball, beam, basketball hoops and rock climb. In the open play area they have a designated corner for six years and younger. Note you must use their socks to jump so buy one and save it to reuse. They also have a few arcade games and some lockers to lock up your personal property. Parking is convenient and no outside food or drinks allowed. read more

We called for a birthday party but they didn't have the staff. They told us to come and enjoy the park and allowed us to bring in a cake alas long as we bought their food too. It was perfect! We really appreciated them accommodating us. My special needs son had the BEST time with his friends. The other families at the park at the time were so kind to our group as well. They had staff everywhere and they were so good with the kids. I was so worried how this trip would go but it was such a good time for all. Just remember you have to buy their socks. First time visit today and was told the wrong thing and was put in a weird place to say the least. The employee felt I wasn't telling the truth because the system was currently down and found it weird how I received socks without signing my waver. Mind you there was only one front desk person and was dealing with a bunch of people with parties and reg check in's she was trying as best she could she seen I asked twice about getting socks to jump with my little one so she gave me them due to not knowing when it would come back on and start working.. she was extremely helpful and thank you for that.. Other Employees other wise were awesome! As for the two who were trying to make it seem as if I was trying to get over, that was not needed or that I was making things up to be false. If you had questions you should have figured it out instead of being rude and making it seem as if it was something wrong I was doing. Be helpful not bring more issues to customers. read more

The one star is for the effort of the "coordinator", she tried her best. But we noticed her annoyance. Everything wrong happened on our party here today. And I am sure that the many 4-5 star reviews here are from when this place was still Rockin' Jump. This was taken over by Skyzone a few months ago. We booked the highest and most expensive package( Mega VIP 1pm to 3pm) that includes 4 large pizza and 2 pitchers of drinks. Mind you I booked this from many months ago to be really prepared for my kid's birthday in May (today). We were sent an email saying the kids will have 90 min jump time first and 30 mins in the party room and no outside food allowed. But they changed their package's and policies recently and I did not even know this until I went on the website to review on what I need to do before the party. Now, the Epic package (one below mega VIP) were allowed to bring outside food with a 45 min to 1 hour in the party room. On the website as well, it says someone will get back to us and confirm our reservation on the week of event- I waited until the day before our booking if someone from Skyzone will call me to get everything confirmed and planned but NOBODY REACHED OUT TO US. I had to reach out myself to them and make sure my clarifications were answered. You are directed to a call center with representatives that are not in-house at their location. I called on Friday (the day before party) and they said- yes we can bring additional outside food. And our party room will be open to use for 45 minutes. The representative I talked to was CJ. I remember the representative had to put me on hold to confirm it with a Vacaville representative. So I thought all is well. This was Friday, the day before our event. To note, when I booked this, I also asked for party room 4 it but we were given party room 1 when we got there. But that's ok. 1pm the kids started jumping. 2:30 came and our room was still not ready. 3:10 and after constantly checking, we finally got in the room. Mind you, they didn't call our name in the overheard, I just went and called my friends and their kids when I saw the room being arranged. We waited for pizza and pitcher of drinks. WE WERE TOLD THERE IS NO NOTE THAT SAYS PIZZA AND DRINKS ARE INCLUDED BECAUSE THEY WERE TOLD WE WILL BRING OUTSIDE FOOD. Absolutely incorrect information. We asked if we can BRING ADDITIONAL OUTSIDE FOOD. I demanded for the pizzas and the drinks. The staff very much showed they are irritated with this request. Teenagers run this place. I get it you have no patience. Anyhow, our guests had to wait for the pizza. Some kids didn't start eating until the pizza was served-thats what ? 10 mins that has passed? They also tokd us they ran out of lemonade for the kids so they served siera mist to small kids that do not even like soda. At approximately 3:35 though, these workers came in our party room started cleaning up. Even brought their yellow water bucket by the door- to show that it is time for us to go. Nobody said a word until I said something to this boy staff member wearing black and I stated, YOU MADE US WAIT FOR PIZZA AND OUR ROOM BUT YOU ARE SO ON TIME TO KICK US OUT? Our visitors saw and heard all these came down. He said we are well over our time. He finally said I'll see if I can make you move to a different room. We haven't even sang happy birthday yet or cut the cake. And when we finally had to do this fast- the female coordinator was already all over in our room cleaning up not giving us the privacy that we would have wanted to enjoy at least that moment in the midst of all the stress that this event has already given me and my husband. The staff member in black came back and said we can move to a different party room to eat the cake. Really? We need to haul all of these stuff from our room just to be able to eat cake? It's so messed up. It was such an embarrassing experience for our guests to see. I was embarrassed. This was supposed to be a happy and fun day and no it wasn't for the adults who were in our group. But it was good that they witnessed the chaos. Very bad customer service. And on the website they said the coordinator will manage everything and take you to your party room etc? No none of that happened. She took kids to the dodge ball area that was it. We had to figure things out on our own. The information on their website is deceiving. I don't care about the cost, ill pay for good service and this one is absurd. Waste of our money and time. And it wasn't memorable in a good way. Kids were hungry and tired and no coordination at all from skyzone. If only someone who actually works at their facility reached out to us to plan and go over the details of the party this would have been avoided. If you have a little monster bursting with limitless energy then this is the place for you. There are 6 different areas where you can unleash your bundle of joy, including a dodgeball area, free jumping, basketball, ninja course, mosh pit and balancing beam, and a giant airbag for you to free fall. I personally liked the mosh pit since they also had these giant Q-tip foam sticks to fight other people on the balancing beam. The only problem was there weren't many adults willing to go head to head and knocking the kids off was simply too easy. A couple of the areas have sections for kids 6 and under so the bigger kids don't squish them. But TBH these kids don't respect the rules, it's like lord of the flies in this place, and the staff are a little slow to regulate. The prices are reasonable, but can get expensive fast if you've got multiple kids. I would recommend skipping the adults if you can since you'll tire out pretty soon anyway. You also have to buy special non-slip socks so make sure to keep them for the next time you visit. read more
