This Chuck E. Cheese location has been in my memories since I was a kid! I remember the dark dinning area, the electronic characters, and the dirty play area. Now, the whole place has been revamped from what I grew up with. Bright, open floor plan, plenty of games, and play area. I have to say that having birthday planning here have been the best decision we've made for our kids. Great tip: plan your birthday parties in the early mornings, that way you'll know that the bathroom facilities are clean and it wont be too busy. For some reason, the stuff crust pizza really impresses everyone. The crisp bottom and cheesy toppings and crust is delicious. During our last two birthday parties, we've had to order two additional pizzas for in addition to our three pizza orders. The employees here are extremally helpful and happy to assist in anyway. During the birthday party, they communicate when the next activity is going to happen and when our party time is up. They've helped us move our party to another table while our kids are still playing. Yea, the prizes are cheap but for our kids it's earning those prizes that makes it worth it. read more

However, the $15 per person fee feels a bit steep, especially since parents are also required to pay. The $5 sock requirement is understandable, though it would be nice to see a discount offered for returning guests who bring their socks back clean. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in probably over 20 years. Returned recently for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and it was PACKED! Quite overwhelming but now it's all electronic and tickets are gathered on a card. There's still a salad bar, they serve pizzas, wings, fries, and even dessert options with cakes, and dip n dots. They stamp adult hands when you are with a kid so when you leave they make sure you have a stamp when leaving with a child. They have a jungle gym that you have to pay far. They have some smaller children's rides and tons of games. They have membership plans with certain discounts to play with too. The staff are working hard trying to get the families and children together with Chuck E comes out. There's a large parking lot and it is quite over stimulating. read more

New Kid Check is no longer effective. I liked the old setup better where there was a designated person checking hand stamps as families leave. Now, workers behind the counter get too busy and distracted. They can't give proper attention to those leaving. My daughter waited at the counter to check out with her baby. I love love love this Chuck E. Cheese. The staff is always so friendly. The food comes out fast (obviously longer on weekends) and they have a game attendant always servicing the games. I've gone to the Concord and Pinole locations and it does not compare to this one. The employees here are better than the other locations. However the other two locations did upgrade their trampoline playground to have the Mona course. Fairfield is only the trampoline. That would be the part that lagged for me. Chuck E Cheese has gotten expensive, but don't blame the employees. They don't make the prices. Pro-Tip if you have younger ones (under 5 or 6) stick to the points instead of the unlimited play. I want to give this place and the staff some love. We recently signed up for the monthly membership and have been getting great value out of the program and the experience each time is very positive. The staff are attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make sure the kids have a fun time. The manager today even noticed my son was scared of Chuckie Cheese and redirected the staff. The facilities are clean and all the games are functioning. The Photo Booth is fun and does not cost extra. My kids have fun running around and so get to play a bit with them or sit in a booth and use some free Wi-Fi while they run around together. The food is consistently good. With the membership I get a discount and the price is reasonable. The pizza crust has a nice garlic/butter flavor and the stuffed crust is good. I've had the cheese bread with red sauce and ranch and the wings with dip and celery. Better quality food than I remember as a kid. The place is pretty busy but it's spacious and the noise is not overwhelming like other similar places. Good ol' Chuck E. Cheese! My family and I refer to it as the "little kid's casino". This Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot, since the 1990s, to keep up with the current times. The facility is much brighter than it was when I was a kid, which I do appreciate now that I have my own. Many of the games have a lot of bright, flashing lights and music, giving that "casino" / arcade vibe. The service we received here was pretty good. Some employees were more friendly and patient than others, which is quite common nearly everywhere you go. I do, however, appreciate how the gentleman working at the reward counter was very encouraging with my niece when she was trying to win an additional prize. The food was actually good. We ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas for my family, which we pretty much devoured during our 2-2.5 hour stay there. There was a salad bar there as well, but I was quite hesitant to try it since little kids had access to it. My mom, however, had a plate of salad and didn't get sick, so I'm sure the employees monitor the salad bar quite well. They have a pretty decent selection of various arcade games and rides for the little ones of nearly all ages and sizes. They also have a bounce house type section for the older kids to enjoy. I'm so disappointed I used to come here often when I was young , we took our daughter here today with some friends and family. 3/8/26 they have a new play structure which is 15$ per kid, we got a card with 2 hours play time on it. When we got done the guy at the desk tells me I only got 30 tickets . I'm sorry I thought I heard him wrong and he looked at me like oh well. How is that even possible. 30 freaking tickets on the card we have been using for 2 hours. That's a little frustrating my daughter got a little spider and I bought her dippin dots and left. My family and I were very happy and pleased with the service and ultimate birthday party package at Chuck E Cheese in Fairfield. Our party host/attendent manager Allie/Ally was amazing! The birthday party was a success thanks to her. Our table was ready when we got there. Ally kept the birthday party flowing and explained how everything was going to work and was extremely helpful checking in on us frequently to ensure our needs were met. She kept our cake in the fridge until it was time to light the candles and even put on my custom decorations that I purchased from Amazon. My toddler son (age 3) has a ton of energy and Ally was able to help manage him and his toddler meltdowns. She got down to his level and redirected and reassured him. She is great with children and parents! She was very patient and understanding and made a point to ensure that I spent as much quality time with my family and friends. Birthday parties and hosting can be stressful but not with Ally at Chuck E Cheese. Everyone had a blast! Ally thought of everything and provided exceptional service. The pizza, lemon pepper wings, and dip and dots ice cream are delicious. They have something on the menu for everyone including a salad bar. Chuck E Cheese had something for everyone from our 3 year old to our 12 year old and beer for the dads. The atmosphere is kid casino. It can be overwhelming or overstimulating with a full house/multiple birthday parties(all the party tables were booked) but that's expected. The sound of content children. Had two notable experiences with C.E.C. this year. We had a great party host/team experience for my son's birthday earlier this year and then recently, great service on a random Friday nite! For both times, I felt at ease having the kids go about and play; the layout allows us to have an unobstructed view of them in the gaming area. There is always at least one cast member moving about, keeping it tidy and food service was prompt! I've never had a problem getting the kids back to eat, and kids enjoyed unlimited play before and after eating (the card pauses helped!) On the latest visit, one cast member at prize redemption stood out and was very attentive to the kids and even provided some trivia, which they all enjoyed! It made our random evening trip on the last day of spring break even more worthwhile, especially after a long day of work for us parents. Thank you Chuck E. This place is a hot mess. So many machines would take the points off the card but then not play/work. I don't recommend bringing anything inside unless you are holding it or guarding your table like security. Not once but twice the workers threw all our stuff away. The first time we left our bags, shoes jackets and some drinks with our Chuck E. Cheese photos at the table and not even five minutes later, had our belongings moved by employees and they trashed our drinks and photos!! The second time we got up while eating to use the restroom and came back to see they had cleared half our uneaten pizza, drinks and desserts we weren't finished with! Last time i was hear was before pandemic. This place has turned 360 for the better! I can't pinpoint what exactly changed but i know something has changed. It looks cleaner and more organized inside. I remember years ago that their food area was just not appetizing because it was messy. Now, it looks good and the salad area was clean and tidy. The number of games are the same but i like that the points are now saved in your card. No need to carry physical tickets and to feed them in the counter. That is a good improvement! Lastly, the 5 star service is for the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff that were on april 14. The vibe they bring was just different. They seem to love working there. That is not how I remember the staff years ago. I wish i can mention all their names but they know who they are. I wish they keep the positive attitude towards work. It means a lot to customers! Pre pandemic Chuck E Cheese closed and another similar place had taken over. I guess they didn't make it through the pandemic because they shuddered pretty soon afterward. I've been coming to the original Chuck E Cheese for over 23 years. My 24 y/o daughter had her 1st birthday there. The new CEC is remodeled and super clean. They had a good beer on tap too which was nice to see. The salad bar was freshly stocked and quite good. The pizza was pretty standard amusement park type. Not the best but it was decent. The churros were tasty too. What really makes this place awesome is the smile on my grandson's and granddaughter's faces. It made my day. Went to another birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese around 1pm on a Sunday, but this time at the Fairfield location. There was 4 or 5 birthdays going at the same time and there was a host at each birthday table, serving guests and making sure everything was organized and going smoothly as possible. There was a worker who was going around and checking if the games were working. As we were leaving, the same person that stamped our arm when we arrived, checked our stamps before we left. I asked the manager if they had more lettuce and he said that's the way they received it but that he would refund me so that was a blessing. The customer service is most definitely vastly improved from my childhood recollection of this place!It has consistently been above my expectations for each visit. They are very courteous to the little kids and the adults that go there for a reprieve to ensure the little ones are chuck e cheese wasted! In the past, I've never enjoyed eating the pizza here. That is no longer true. It's not Michelin Star Pizza, nor is it a NY slice, but it's pretty delicious in its buttery and garlicky way! In years past, I'd joke that there would be pizza stains, through up, pee stains, in the old chuck e cheese locations. That definitely is not the case! The games are routinely maintained and cleaned. The jump area is clean, and I don't feel like my kid needs to bathe in a bath of hand sanitizer after playing there. The tables and dining areas are maintained well, even on busy days.
