I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in probably over 20 years. Returned recently for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and it was PACKED! Quite overwhelming but now it's all electronic and tickets are gathered on a card. There's still a salad bar, they serve pizzas, wings, fries, and even dessert options with cakes, and dip n dots. They stamp adult hands when you are with a kid so when you leave they make sure you have a stamp when leaving with a child. They have a jungle gym that you have to pay far. They have some smaller children's rides and tons of games. They have membership plans with certain discounts to play with too. The staff are working hard trying to get the families and children together with Chuck E comes out. There's a large parking lot and it is quite over stimulating.

New Kid Check is no longer effective. I liked the old setup better where there was a designated person checking hand stamps as families leave. Now, workers behind the counter get too busy and distracted. They can't give proper attention to those leaving. My daughter waited at the counter to check out with her baby. Meanwhile, we watched several people leave with kids... defeating the whole purpose. Basically, anyone can leave with your kid if they wanted to.

    What's wrong with this pizza...

Our pizza came out as if you took random pieces from a pizza and tried to fit it together. I am certain this is not slices from the same whole pizza

I want to give this place and the staff some love. We recently signed up for the monthly membership and have been getting great value out of the program and the experience each time is very positive. The staff are attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make sure the kids have a fun time. The manager today even noticed my son was scared of Chuckie Cheese and redirected the staff. The facilities are clean and all the games are functioning. The Photo Booth is fun and does not cost extra. My kids have fun running around and so get to play a bit with them or sit in a booth and use some free Wi-Fi while they run around together. The food is consistently good. With the membership I get a discount and the price is reasonable. The pizza crust has a nice garlic/butter flavor and the stuffed crust is good. I've had the cheese bread with red sauce and ranch and the wings with dip and celery. Better quality food than I remember as a kid. The place is pretty busy but it's spacious and the noise is not overwhelming like other similar places. I also like the entertainment they have with the music videos, dancing with Chuck E, and the interactive dance floor. Fun outing for me and the kids!

Five star service - everyone we encountered were super nice and friendly especially the young man at the register. I had problems with my Groupon but he and his manager got it to work. Their food came super fast as well. The place is the cleanest I've seen a Chuck E. Cheese's. The kids had a blast!

Good ol' Chuck E. Cheese! My family and I refer to it as the "little kid's casino". This Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot, since the 1990s, to keep up with the current times. The facility is much brighter than it was when I was a kid, which I do appreciate now that I have my own. Many of the games have a lot of bright, flashing lights and music, giving that "casino" / arcade vibe. The service we received here was pretty good. Some employees were more friendly and patient than others, which is quite common nearly everywhere you go. I do, however, appreciate how the gentleman working at the reward counter was very encouraging with my niece when she was trying to win an additional prize. The food was actually good. We ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas for my family, which we pretty much devoured during our 2-2.5 hour stay there. There was a salad bar there as well, but I was quite hesitant to try it since little kids had access to it. My mom, however, had a plate of salad and didn't get sick, so I'm sure the employees monitor the salad bar quite well. They have a pretty decent selection of various arcade games and rides for the little ones of nearly all ages and sizes. They also have a bounce house type section for the older kids to enjoy. Overall, we all had a good time at Chuck E. Cheese. It's always a good feeling to see your kids and niece laughing and having a fun time, so it was well worth it.

Where a kid can be a (happy) kid!!

Such an awesome location! The managers are extremely kind and great with the kiddos here, you can tell it's more than just a job for them - they actually enjoy what they do which is special. They keep this location very clean and the games are never "out of order". In comparison to the Concord one where there were a handful that were blocked off and the staff wasn't as attentive... we are very happy with our experience at the Fairfield Chuck E. Cheese and would highly recommend getting the fun passes!

We are Bronze fun pass holders and we enjoy the Fairfield location very much. All of the staff are so kind and friendly especially the General Manager Mohammed and Allie. Everyone there continues to provide amazing service everytime we visit. We recently celebrated our daughter's 5th Birthday there and our host was great as well. They keep the place as clean as possible which makes for an safe and fun environment for the entire family. The pizza is also tasty. We've tried almost every topping and have yet to find a pie we didn't like. We highly recommend this place where a kid can be a kid!

I wonder if owners would consider opening outdoor dining with the mascot coming out, bubbles and music, maybe some toys in the pizza packages to play with at dinner? Our kids are bored at home and it takes much less to entertain them these days!

Do you reuse unfinished pizza from other customers? Thanks.

I got used to arcade pricing at places like Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge or other destination location arcades. The prices per game here make your money go a long way. Note: They do offer regular ticket and non-ticket type games as well. We just didn't invest in them during this trip. Experience: My husband and I were really surprised about stumbling into this location while driving past the different stores available at the outlet. We had to stop by to not only check if there were claw machines, but if the prizes were good enough to invest in and we were surprised they were! We did the $100 deal that allowed us to get more bonus credit and a mystery prize, which ended up being an adorable Halloween Bulbasaur that had a pumpkin instead of his typical bulb on his back. My husband was having better luck then me in the machines, but I had fun regardless. What was cool about the claw machines was if you got 5 plushies from the same machine, you would be able to win the supreme size plush on top of the machine and no joke they were humongous! We didn't have too much luck in getting at least 5 plushies from one machine, but we did walk away with a handful of plushies, a small figure from a shooting game, and a bunch of cute little keychains. Definitely would want to try our luck in getting one of the supreme size plushies, but gotta make room at our apartment before than lolz

One gripe I have is that I wish the workers were a bit more attentive. We went on Monday and there wasn't anyone at the front desk for maybe 10minutes. They didn't have us watch the safety/instructional video which normally plays on a loop at the front of the pit gate. We had two double karts because our kids are young and we were put in a race with multiple other adults. The employees in the pit were good, one was a young lady who seemed new and a young man who obviously had much more experience. I'm on the shorter side and he recognized I needed the pedals adjusted and a booster seat. He also rechecked all our belts because the girl didn't put them on tight enough. So during our race we had to go slowly for the first lap, but then it was on! Unfortunately, I had to go slow because my daughter is small and apprehensive about the whole experience. I'm sure we were a hindrance for the faster racers, but most were very respectful and drove around us. One person in particular (an older black man who uses the name "007 Speed") hit me into the barrier 3 times and hit my husband and son's kart at least twice. He hit us with such force both of my kids have been complaining of neck pain. I told the experienced male employee but no consequences for Mr. 007 Speed even though each time he hit us they overhead announced, "No hitting other drivers or barriers. Next time you will be out of the race." When the race was done Mr. 007 Speed never acknowledged what he did or apologized. As we were leaving we saw him complaining at the front desk. So overall, I really like this place. It's geared for children and families, but definitely for anyone who wants to have fun. It would be ideal if they grouped drivers separately like they do for junior racers. Group adult racers with ones who have children/want a chill experience and a group for retirees trying to relive their glory days

I originally wanted to leave a 1-star review, but I'm giving 2 stars because the assistant manager and kitchen manager were genuinely helpful and tried to make things better. Before our outing, my manager spoke with whoever handles bookings multiple times to confirm our reservation. The package we were told was $50 per person for 3 races, 4 pizzas, and space for our team, totaling $1,084 for 18 people. Each time, my manager confirmed that it included 3 races, and we were told they were having issues booking it correctly in the system but would fix it when we arrived. When I pulled up, I noticed most of the staff outside. Maybe it was a break or a slow day, but when I walked in, no one was at the register. I walked around until I found someone to help me, who I believe was the kitchen manager. She was awesome and connected me with the manager, who was outside. The manager, who I believe was Jordan, checked my party in and confirmed that we were getting 3 races for $50 per person. At that point, everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, 4 of my team members could not make it, and we were told they could not refund the $200. The assistant manager was great and gave us credit instead for food and game cards, which we appreciated. She handled that situation with great customer service. Where the experience went sideways was when we were waiting for our third race. The manager then told us he did not make the change and that we would need to pay an additional $20 per person for the third race. I was confused because we were told multiple times before the event, and again when we checked in, that the package included 3 races for $50 per person. At that point, my team was expecting 3 races. We had paid for 18 people, 14 showed up, and the 4 no-shows were credited toward food and game cards. I also noticed they had a Thursday special for $20 per race, so I asked if they could at least price match and refund $10 per person for the 14 people since we were not getting the third race. That would have been $140. The manager said party packages do not work that way. But from a customer standpoint, it felt like we would have been better off just paying individually and buying the pizzas ourselves instead of spending over $1,000 on a package that was not honored the way it was explained to us. As a business owner myself, I was honestly shocked by the lack of accountability and hospitality from the manager. I even told my management team that this was a perfect example of what not to do in our own business. My business partner was also upset and went to speak with the manager. He asked if the owner could be contacted so they could discuss the situation owner to owner. Unfortunately, the situation got worse. The manager got into a loud verbal argument with my business partner in front of customers and kids. That part was completely unacceptable. Instead of trying to de-escalate, make things right, or at least show some level of hospitality, the manager became confrontational. To the owner of this establishment, I hope you take this feedback seriously. The assistant manager deserves recognition because she handled herself professionally and showed real hospitality. She either has hospitality experience or it comes naturally to her, but either way, it should not go unnoticed. Business owner to business owner, the assistant manager was the bright spot in this experience. The manager, on the other hand, did not take accountability for what we were told during booking or what he confirmed when we checked in. I'm more than happy to update this review if the owner replies and makes this right.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't post correctly, so I'm reposting it in English to make sure my review is published. Scandia Family Fun Center will always hold a special place in my heart. For many years, I brought my children here to celebrate several of their birthdays, and we always had an amazing time. Between the batting cages, go-karts, and arcade games, there was never a shortage of things to do. My kids had so much fun that they never wanted to leave, and I loved seeing them enjoy themselves and burn off all that energy. These are the kinds of memories you cherish forever--watching your children grow up and celebrating special moments in a place that always delivered a great experience. To me, Scandia isn't just a family entertainment center; it's part of my family's story. I highly recommend Scandia Family Fun Center to anyone looking to spend quality time with their children and create lasting memories.

I'm a SUPER BIG kid with a teeny tiny competitive streak so what better place to go than to Scandia. With a play card already in the car, we used the self service kiosk to load up on play points. Each arcade station costs so many points to play. The machine accepted cash, cards and mobile pay. A few of the machines were broken, so after the machine took our points with no play we approached the counter and were credited via the play card. There were racing games with cars and motorcycles, shooting simulators, street fighter/mortal combat style games, asteroids, pac man, air hockey and more. The Fast & Furious racing simulator is the best, power ups, nitro packs, the setup of the steering wheel and pedal felt real, the interface was super engaging. My husband and I went head to head and it was incredible! This game is literally the reason I picked Scandia. Miniature golf too, we did both grounds - 18 holes each. We had a grand ol' time. Our daughter and I usually venture to Scandia for her playdates and for her play, but this time was amazing since I got to play too esp play what I wanted to play without compromise. I already recommend and enjoy every visit here.

Located inside the Westfield's Mall at Solano Town Center (forever known to locals simply as Solano Mall for short). Better have your credit card on point or a wad of cash to see a good time here. We ate before arriving, as we were looking to move beyond the basic pub food offerings. So, can't really comment on the burgers n' such. Upon entry, it's pretty much an unorganized and haphazard way of seating yourself. But, we found a table close to the bar and with prime sight lines of the big screens. This, despite signs at the tables saying wait to be seated by a hostess (?) Took awhile to be acknowledged by a server, but we weren't in a terrible hurry either. Started with rounds of drinks. Non-drinker myself, my two 12 oz. canned non-alcoholic brews were $9 a piece w/o tip. My buddy had Blue Moon yard flights that were about $15 per. Your basic well mixed drinks range from $15-$20 per, with call drinks priced at market-bearing prices. The "eatertainment" chain also gets their hooks into you with their play passes. These are the cards that you can purchase for you & your kiddos if you wanna play their fancy, state-of-the-art video games. The venue pushes these pretty hard. They have very nice big screens showing the latest sporting events with no cover charge typically. Big plus there. But, of course, you're paying one way or another through the upsell. Server Tiffany was a sweetheart and took good care of us. Be sure to take care of your hard-working servers folks! The armed security guard-bouncers were (surprisingly) friendly & cool with us too. By chance, we bumped into old school homies who are well known in the music industry. They were looking to enjoy the place, drinks and the game on the semi-low. Linked up and exchanged rounds of drinks with them after they shotted us out. Separate bathrooms unattached to the mall were clean & welcoming, always a blessing when drinking of course. Look into adding the Dave & Buster's app on your phone to reward your spending. Why not get some credit for your purchases? And finally, if you drink, please do so responsibly. Use a designated driver or rideshare for the benefit of everyone (PSA). Thank you. Enjoy. Not a bad time at all, just can't let your financial guard down here or else you'll have quite another shock besides a hangover the next day.

Every time I've visited, it seems a bit dirty and could definitely use more attention. It takes away from the overall experience, especially if you're planning to grab a bite while you're there. There's bowling, a good-sized arcade, laser tag, pool tables, a full restaurant, and a bar. Definitely plenty options without feeling too crowded. Even on league nights (Wednesdays), they keep some lanes open for the public. You can also reserve a lane online ahead of time, which makes things way easier. The bar area is always a chill spot. A lot of days we'll come in just to stop by the bar. There are multiple TV's, and plenty of space to sit and relax, even pool tables. And the bars always clean which is nice. Ashley, one of the bartenders, is the best. Super friendly, welcoming, and always on top of things, even when it gets busy. She is actually the reason we come by a lot. After our first visit and interacting with her as or bartender, this has become a go to spot. She's recommended drinks and menu items we wouldn't have thought to try. She's very fast while being efficient. Weekends have a really fun vibe with good music and energy, but it's also nice and mellow if you come in during the week. It's just an easy place to kick back, grab a drink, play some games, and have a good time. Definitely recommend :)

The atmosphere is the perfect mix of retro charm and modern style, making it a cool spot for all ages. Beyond the bowling, there's a huge arcade, delicious food, and even a billiards section tucked away by the bar. Speaking of the bar--it's massive and well-stocked, perfect for the adults to unwind while the kids play. Tons of TVs throughout the venue make it easy to catch a game while enjoying the fun. Everything is very clean, including the bathrooms (which are conveniently located on opposite ends of the building). The staff was friendly and helpful, and prices were very reasonable for everything they offer. With a huge parking lot, tons of activities, and a welcoming vibe, this place is perfect for family outings, friend hangouts, or even casual parties. Highly recommend!

So I can't remember the last time I had my hands on a pinball machine. Located in an industrial area, down the Street from Costco and less then a mile from park and shop. It's really just around the corner from Costco. You can easily walk here from Costco while you family shops you can be having so much more fun and not rush them. There was plenty of free parking right out front. The front is liked with live plants that mesmerized my mom. She loves plants. Soon as you walk inside you enter a framing shop. This is in the back rooms of a framing shop. It all started with the owner and his love of pinball machines and his love of sharing his hobby with others. And we are so thankful that he has shared. What a fun time and bring lots of quarters if you have them. We should have brought more from our coin jar. My dad had them all pulled out, then mom said we didn't need that many, we really needed that many. They also have a change machine. If you put $20 in you get $20 of quarters. It doesn't give change back if you only want a portions of quarters. We only spent around an hour there, but I could have stayed longer. I was having so much fun, but we ran out of quarters. Too bad, there were so many games to play. The front room were the oldest games and gave you the most plays for your 50 cents. I believe all those games gave you 5 balls. For beginners like us we need all the balls we could get. The cost of the machines are not on the coin slots it's on the bottom left corner of the pinball machine. These machines take quarters only, no game card that you have to refill with money. I really dislike those cards as if you put too much on there is no getting your money back. So yea! For the use of quarters. I love this feature of The Flipper Room. They have my vote. Other pinball places also have a feature that I'm not sure about, they have it where they charge you by the hours. There is one in Reno like this and Downtown Sacramento. Those have those pluses too, but I really am a fan of the quarters. We have so many saved up in our piggy banks so it's like it's' free to play as we aren't going to the ATM, it's just free change. I had fun playing the pinball machines and also playing the PAC-Man Game. It was just a regular arcade game that cost 25 cents. It was. A mini game that they t up on a riser so you didn't have to bend down. I have fond memories of PAC-Man. We used to have a mini handheld version that was lots of fun. My mom is one of those annoying players that keeps hitting the flippers when the ball is no where near the flippers. We tried to explain to her that's not how to operate the pin ball machine, but she got really mad at us. We're sorry Flipper owner. We tried. I highly suggest you check this place out. Even if you aren't in the area it's worth the trip. They have both new and old school machines. There are 3 rooms of machines so if you bring a group you won't be cramped. Come play and have fun!!!
