I love Chuck E. Cheese .....where a kid can be a kid! We had my granddaughter's fourth birthday party there. She had so much fun!! It was a little expensive I believe it was $30 a child which included a lot ...two hours play all the games they wanted pizza beverage, Dippin dots ice cream in and the best Chuck E. Cheese comes out! I was a little disappointed they have a machine that blows tickets up in the air for the birthday child to collect as many as you can, and it wasn't working. They were understaffed the day we were there I was told six people didn't show up for work that day. So the food didn't come out all at the same time there was no clean up at our table. And the place seemed a little overcrowded. It was so hot inside. There was no air conditioning or airflow. More on the positive, they have such an array of games for the kids so easy for the little kids, and a little more challenging for the bigger kids. Chuck E. Cheese comes and dances on the floor with the kids and at the end of the two hours he comes out and sings happy birthday with the staff! The bathrooms were clean. And they have a system where they stamp you and the children in your group so they can't get out without you not full proof, but very helpful. Would definitely recommend having a party here. We came here with our 18 month old and 3 year old and they had an amazing time! It was very clean and we came on a weekday just after they opened so it was pretty quiet and only a few other customers were there. We did not have food but it seems very convenient for families. There are not very many games but this was perfect for you get kids like ours. The baby just liked walking around and pretending to play the games which is perfect and the 3 year old got an unlimited bracelet and he was planning to never leave but we live nearby so we got to leave on the condition that we come back! Place has gone to crap. Greedy! Made all games now impossible to win any decent amount of tickets. Spend your money else where, where you atleast have a chance of winning. For example skee ball jackpot was won at 40k points, now it's 70k points which you have to hit with 8 balls meaning you have to hit 10k points seven out of 8 times! Total rip off! Additionally they have increased the wait time between swipes if you choose a timed card. Another rip off! Don't be fooled by the " all games are now 1 point". Not knocking on the staff, they did their jobs just fine, service is okay, just no longer a good value if looking to have fun and eat. read more

It was during the week and I accidentally canceled the reservation but they were still extremely accommodating given that they had no other parties for that day. The customer service was outstanding. Food- the food was surprisingly really good! We ordered a combo- the pepperoni pizza with the appetizers and 4 drinks. The pizza was crispy and flavorful! The appetizers were good, but the portions were small. It's probably good for 2-3 people. There were wings and cheesy bread included in the appetizers. There was enough pizza to go around- so if you have a big group, you may want to consider ordering an extra appetizer. Service- the service was good. They took our order and served our food in a timely manner. We also saw a worker making rounds to check in on the guests and provide assistance, if needed. Ambiance- it was loud. I initially was going to a different location but I am very excited to come to the Fairfield Chuck E. Cheese. The best customer service was provided for my little one's Birthday! I had a few issues with the machines and I was helped right away. At first I thought Chuck the mouse was exclusively for the birthday big parties and they allowed us to see him and take photos....Kalyse was very helpful and the manager Kehlani!! This location is very clean...I always see everyone picking up messes...and fresh veggies get filled at the salad bar....after coming here on January 23 of 2024 I come here every weekend due to the great customer service and all the personable individuals that work here....I came when the trampoline first opened and it was an awesome add!!! Allie, another manager, is always here excited and remembers our faces and treats us like family!! Everyone here is awesome! They showed us about the app which is amazing! We always enjoy our time at Chuck E. Cheese! I always have to come on a Saturday or Sunday!! Everyone here is always smiling and happy!! Very bad experience. It was my daughter's 10th birthday and we were a small group. There were 6 parties at the time and They kinda ignored us till the end. Everyone else got their food, cakes, balloons, goody bags but we got nothing. It was as if we were invisible for the staff. When Chucky came to sing birthday song, after me pestering the manager, they bought the cake. They got the order wrong, 3 different servers came and one of our guests left without having anything. Everything that were on the package we chose, they had to be reminded to provide us. Kids were hungry and filled their tummy with coke and cake. By the time pizza came, they were full. As an adult coming to Chuck E. Cheese is obviously a much different experience than when I used to come as a kid. I came to this location to see their renovations and to see what was new in games. After reading negative reviews I was on edge about coming, but decided to see for myself what it was like. I thought the games were fun and although they no longer have a physical ticket system, their new game card is more easier to play with. It's the same system as a lot of gaming centers now like Round 1 and Dave & Busters where you can reload the card to keep playing and the tickets are loaded electronically to your card. It's like $28 for one hour of unlimited play and I thought it was worth it. Their new photo booth is not the same nostalgic sketch photos it's now a more modern Photo Booth where the pictures are better quality. However, they do still have a sketch Photo Booth but the photos are more fun filters such as stretch, mirrored and frog eyes type. Their pizza was surprisingly good a little greasy, but very tasty. One thing I did notice was that despite there being a lot of employees around, it was hard to get help from anyone. There was like 4 employees behind cashiers and only ONE helping customers which I thought was odd. I would come back! It's nostalgic coming back, but it's definitely more for kids. :) read more

This was our first visit since Chuck E. Cheese reopened post pandemic. They switched to timed cards, which seemed great, however I noticed my 9 year old spending more time walking around, wasting precious minutes, so I feel like he missed out on winning tickets. Chuck E. Cheese was very friendly, making sure he said hello to each and every child, took photos, high five-d, and made the kids happy to see him. It didn't feel like he rushed back to the back. Cheese in a long time and I love the fact at the moment you walk him a check in with whatever kid you are with and ask if the party is together or not. The service at the desk regarding the menu and specials they had was very informative and the staff each and everyone of them were really service orientated. Let me tell you the pizza not too bad on price but I'll tell you the taste and quality was really good from what I remember as a kid as always the salad bar is pretty good and stack with pretty fresh vegetables and they are not afraid to refill it if you ask for something or need something like any place the ambience is loud and fun and very exciting for the kids as they earn points to win the gifts. Had a 9th birthday celebration here! This was one of the best decisions, and I highly recommend having your next event hosted here! We had the pleasure of Kalani host our event, and let me tell you, she is in simple form AMAZING! Kalani interacted with the birthday kiddos and made sure they all were taken care of with food choices and drinks, which was REALLY nice. Gave us time to chat with the adult guests that accompanied their children. The timing was right on from guest arrival , taking our food order , gathering up the kiddos over the PA, accounting for everyone, food arriving hot, and enjoyable to all. Not only did the kiddos have an enjoyable time, as did the adults! Some of the items we ordered: Of course the Pepperoni pizza, you have to try the BBQ chicken wasn't dry, very tasty , veggie and cheese for those who aren't fans of Pepperoni or chicken. The Korean BBQ wings come with celery were pretty good as well. There is that salad bar that looked really fresh, crisp, and well tended to. When it was time for the cake, it was brought out everyone engaged in the Happy birthday song, which was really fun for all. I also noticed Kalani was also using ASL, which was super cool.. She then again right there cutting, serving and interacting.... The man of the house, Chuck E Cheese himself, visits each birthday table for individual greetings and pictures.. Wow, what a fun filled, happy, memorable day for everyone! I WOULD LIKE TO ALSO GIVE BIG THANK YOU AND GRADITUDE TO MR. Where to start... Utter chaos. Lack of training and organization, Management needs to do better. We had a Ultimate Fun package reservation from 12:30 - 2:30, when we arrived none (all reservation parties) of our tables were set up. We didn't get seated until 1:10ish. Our hostess introduced herself and said if we need anything to let her know. When I did she said she wasn't our hostess, but that she would assist. Our pizzas were delayed and I had to keep reminding them what we ordered. We only got 2 pitchers of drinks with 1 refill for a party of 14. No goodie bags were given because "they didn't have any", however, on our way out, I saw them putting some together. They did end up replacing them with cotton candy but they also didn't have dipping dots. We weren't given our unlimited play cards that were suppose to be available immediately, until I asked for them, which was a mission. They brought the balloons out near the end and they didn't do the ticket blaster. The birthday "star" didn't receive anything special, not extra tickets, not even a tote bag. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. The only reason I am giving this review 3 stars instead of 1 is because I feel horrible for the employees. They tried so hard to assist all the angry parents when the manager was nowhere in sight. None of them were disrespectful, they kept a smile on their face at all times, and were very apologetic. Also, I understand the concept of a hostess to handle everything for our party but please when an adult says "no thank you, I got it." Please let us do it. One server asked if we wanted him to serve the pizza slices, I kindly declined and he insisted again and again until I sternly said no. Especially because all the children were playing. Same thing with our cake. It was a 3 layer cake and the server was not experienced to handle something like this and the cake was basically ruined and frosting was everywhere. Horeibale service I receive from Abby. Had a very unprofessional rude experience with the "manager" Abby or Addy I think she said her name was. I took my son the other day Fairfield on Oliver rd right after noon, ordered his game pass food and me a salad bar. My only reason for purchasing their salads there is because I can have spinach I'm not a Romain salad fan. I go over to the salad bar the spinach is so brown some are shriveled up others are turning slimy how old spinach does. So I politely go to the manager and I ask if they can bring some more fresh spinach from the back. She proceeds to tell me she will not do such a thing because there's nothing wrong with the spinach that's there. I then ask her to walk over and look and could she bring more out. With a nasty Attitude she says that's all we got. Surely you must have some more in the back being this is unlimited salad bar and Once this is done, you were going to bring more out for the next customer She yells over and over that there is not any more spinach in the building. Time goes by I pile my plate with the old spinach inside the bar and discard it right away now the tray at the bar is empty. I asked another worker if she can bring out spinach lo and behold she comes out with a huge clear Tupperware container of spinach refills the spinach with no problem. The manager was pissed. And was even more rude. Workers like her especially in a kids place makes it bad for business. She walked around with her face turned up the rest of the shift. read more

If you value your kids don't take them here! I'm not sure if they changed ownership after the pandemic, but the place is disgusting. Smells musty as soon as you walk in, you can tell it's not well maintained or cleaned ever. The food is highly questionable, mold in the ice/drink machines. Things are so over priced, yet they can't offer decent service, a clean restaurant or wipe down the games. A lot of our kid's favorite games are broken and they won't fix or help. For leap year, there was free use of the trampoline. I took my almost 2 year old grand-daughter and I was so impressed with Allie, the operations manager for this Chuck E. Cheese. I don't remember her title, but she checked us in and out and then gave the trampoline person a break, all with smiles and joy. Allie is your blessing due to her enthusiasm and how she treats guests. There was a new Chuck E., and she danced with him so he could remember his moves. Again, displaying her kindness for other employees to see. When it got time for us to go, my grand-daughter loved that she could read words that glowed on her arm and Allie took the time to do it more than once because she saw it was meaning a lot to my sweets. Perfect time to come is right before 12pm where it's not busy and the kids have time to run from one game to the next. We literally come here for the kids to have a great time and the adults enjoy the pizza. We LOVE their pizza! It's always order a lot so we can take the leftovers home. This place has a lot of things going on, Christopher whom is one of their staff is amazing! My kids love to have their tickets redeem to this staff because they dont feel rushed, he has a lot of patiences and customer service. Christopher is a 5 star employee. Another one who is doing great customer service is is the guy who has a band on his hair light skin black american who always help us when machines are broken. He is a 5 star too. The reason why I'm giving the 1 star is because the facility doesnt follow a strict sanitation. Michelle who I met in the cashieer counter is disgusting. She made a mistake with the flavor if the dippindots order of my kids, I saw her putting back the icecream, instead of throwing it away. When I asked "did you just put them back?!" Michelle said "No" then when she realized I saw her, she went back to the machine and pretented she clean them. Nasty employee. Wow have things changed. It's been at least 10 years since I've been to a Chuck E. Cheese. Yes even back then it was really noisy because of the games. I took my 3 year old for her first time and she just had a blast. But the games these days, no instructions on what you're supposed to even do. And honestly this is for the kids right? Nope not anymore from what I witnessed. Adults with tickets piled high from the floor to their knees. I actually saw a little girl pouting while I assume her dad was just racking up tickets. It became more obvious when we were ready to leave and turn in the small amount of tickets my 3 year old won. A fun and fairly cheap way to spend an afternoon or night with the kids. We come here 1-2 times a month. Sometimes the crowd can be a little....rough, but it doesn't bother us. We usually get the coupon online - $20 for 100 pts to save money. There are always coupons online for game play and/or food. I would say it's on the smaller side of Chuck E Cheese's but it works. The games are updated and changed out every so often and this group of games is pretty good. Kinda sad they recently took out the basketball games. We've also had a couple parties here and it's always been a good experience. I'd rather have 30 kids running around here than at my house haha! We ended up getting the unlimited game cards for all the kids. The adults had more fun than the kids! They would swipe themselves a game while the little ones were in the middle of playing their own. It was esthetically pleasing to the eye but it was very salty. Don't get this pizza. This Chuck E Cheese didn't have tubes/climbing/play area. This place only had token games.
