Been here a few times with the family and it's always been fun. This location is pretty darn clean and the games are really good compared to others. The variety pars with Dave and Busters so it's nice for the kids. But it was the birthday party we just had here this past weekend that finally prompted me to write a review. I said I would never plan a party at Chuck E. Cheese for my kids cause I always like something nicer and more original but my son really wanted to hang out here with his friends and I couldn't find a better location for the cost. In any case, I don't regret having our party here cause it was great. Our party host was Emily and she was always on it. She came to check up on us several times, she always gave us a heads up on what was going to happen, giving us choices but also advising us accordingly. She was amazing. She worked with us to get the best deals on the food for adults and to basically get the most bang for our buck. She didn't rush the pictures with Chuck E. Cheese as I've seen with some parties. I was even able to get a group picture of my son and his friends with Chuck E. Cheese. I would definitely book another party here again and ask for Emily to be our host. It was awesome! One of the cleanest ChucK E. Cheese locations. Not too crowded and the young staff are really attentive. I see them approaching tables to remove trash and trays. They're sweeping and vacuuming the carpeted game areas and also wiping down game stalls. Friday evenings are the best because there's nobody and my kids can roam around and work off some energy! I wanted to take my kids somewhere to have fun since it's spring break for them. I called chuck e cheese and Carlos answered and said they were having a soft opening this weekend and only allowing 25 people inside at once. We rushed down here and the kids had a blast playing the games ($25 per card for 1hour of play). Not crowded at all and the whole place is spotless and I saw them cleaning the games periodically. We decided to stay and have lunch. They have an awesome $20 special going on and it's completely worth it. We decided on wings, pizza, and cheese bread. The food came out fast and was very good! Let's support our local businesses again. The employees were very polite and enthusiastic. Really loved the new arcade games that where added. The pizzas are really tasty as well. Had a small birthday party for my daughter she had lots of fun while enjoying the food. The manager on shift was also really friendly. He knows what customer service is all about. The manager D'Mario treats his customers well. That one kid cant stop crying. Another one wont stop staring at me. I think kids with a lazy eyes are cute. I'm going to knock some kid mama out if she keep messing with me. This review is for an employee named Luz because of her laziness towards my 5 year old. This happened at about 4pm on Friday, April 8, 2016. It was slow as the evening rush had not arrived yet. My son was playing a game that awards tickets and when he finished, the machine said to call an attendant because it was out of tickets. So I pointed out an employee (Luz) working the entrance/exit for him to report the issue to. As he started walking towards Luz, another employee came to the entrance/exit podium and Luz started to walk away (in my son's direction). As my son approached Luz, he told her that the game was out of tickets and Luz told him to talk to the lady at the front, pointed at her, and kept walking. My son wasn't sure which lady so he walked back to me because he didn't know who to tell. I pointed out the lady at the front and he went to tell her about the issue and she called someone on the radio to address the issue. My issue is with Luz's laziness because this is a place for kids and the kids are their customers. She could have and should have helped him. She had a radio and could have easily called someone to address the issue while walking to wherever she was going instead of sending him to someone else for assistance. I had seen Luz working alongside Chuck E. earlier giving out tickets and she definitely does not enjoy working there based on her lack of enthusiasm and demeanor. I didn't address her about what she did but she happened to be working at the exit when we were leaving and she checked our stamps as we left and didn't say a single word to us like bye, thank you, or have a good evening. Not a single word. Terrible customer service. On the flip side, our party host, the other employee my son spoke with, and the lady working the prize station were all very pleasant and helpful however. read more

My inner-kid can be free here! I just visited for a 5-year-old's birthday party and my was it a grand time! Each table has their own Chuck E Cheese coordinator. He/she is in charge of talking to the table and getting them excited to sing and meet Chuck himself! I spent a full hour playing some Terminator game and forgot to finish my slice of chocolate cake and ice cream. The tables for the birthday is only reserved for a small time frame and they push you off to a smaller table when that time is up. And as advertised, every game/ride is only 25 cents. I suggest printing out a coupon from their website before going. The coupons are better value deals than what they offer on location. read more

Yes, I am a twenty-something that goes to chuck e cheese because I enjoy it. And yes, the place smells a little weird, but they have dirt cheap arcade games! Who needs dave and busters where they use points and you cant even tell how much they're charging you for the games? At chucke's, every game costs one token, and If you print out a coupon online, each token is like $.10 or something ridiculously cheap. They have most games you'd find at d&b, and I think they even have deal or no deal and the big bass fishing games now, along with arcade staples like skee ball, flaming fingers, Mario kart, race car, and air hockey (mini but its ok). The best part is they have the photobooth machine where chucke will "sketch" your photo. Normal photo booths these day would cost you $5 or more. This is just as fun and wayy cheap. Great and cheap place to send a lazy weekend afternoon with friends or your bf/gf. (it may take some convincing, but everyone who's gone have admitted that they had a great time) read more

Okay, really people? What do you expect from a place named after a mouse with crazy eyes and killer moves? And how dare you complain about kids running around and screaming. This place is for kids! It ain't no romantic dinner date. We normally have birthday parties at home for my nephew, but this year he turned 3, which is prime time for Chuck E. Cheese's. We didn't pay the overprice amount for the actual birthday festivities, but we were able to crash the party behind us that was getting all of Chuck's love. The pizza was hot and tasty (a little on the greasy side but I wasn't expecting anything too spectacular), the salad bar was well-stocked with fresh greens, veggies, beans, olives and other goodies. The games were entertaining and with the purchase of a pizza and some drinks we got 100 coins to play. I highly recommend the Ape one that tests how long you can stand high voltage on your hands. Awesome! Spent a lot of time taking silly pictures in the multiple booths and you can't forget the bowling--always brings back fond childhood memories. Ed, the manager was so nice. He kept up the place impeccably and made sure everyone was having a good time. I've honestly never been to a Chuck E. Cheese prior to this time to attend a birthday party for a friend's son. Hence, I was a little excited to even see the inside of one. When I walked, wow, total chaos of little kids running everywhere, parents chasing after kids and multiple birthday parties happening at the same time. Located in the Hastings Ranch Shopping Center and in the same plaza as The Habit, Whole Foods, Wells Fargo Bank and Aaron Brothers Arts and Framing, this little kiddie amusement area is truly a kid's play area dream. Once you walk in, you walk past the check-in area to determine if you're there to join a birthday party of just of the games/food area. The birthday party area is towards the back on the right hand side while the regular diners are in another area and the play area is basically right along the front. Games use tokens and you earn tickets which you can later redeem at the gift area for other prizes. They serve sandwiches, pizza, salad, wings, etc. and have a section of drinks as well. There are birthday packages you can place to determine what food gets served during the party and what gift bags and other goodies come with it for the invited kids. A pretty clean place actually even with all the kids running around and the staff there was quite attentive with constantly bringing out fresh food and serving them timely during the entire party. Chuck is definitely a bit scary looking and might need an update on his entire look as he did scare some kids at the party. We just had our daughters birthday party a @cec Pasadena and it started out rocky with not knowing who our host was and our kids food coming out late but once the issue was brought up to the manager she was so kind to come and apologize and from then on out we got a host and the manager herself was making sure our party met our expectations she really took charge and made us forget about the hiccup In the beginning. Brought my soon to be 2 year old daughter here, it was her first time at chuck e cheese. We chose this location because I wasn't to fond of the Burbank location, when I had gone there for a birthday party many years ago. Well, my daughter had a great time! We stayed in the toddler section the whole time, she didn't get bored at all, which is great. Had a cheesy smile on her face when Chuck E Cheese came out to dance with the kids. The ticket toss after was great as well, she really enjoyed that. After all of that play, we sat down and ordered food. Buffalo wings were pretty good, the cheesy bread was fantastic and the options at the salad bar were good. My daughter was giggling for ear to ear even while we were eating. She enjoyed it much more than I expected. Big selling point was that it was not crowded, the place is very spacious, very clean, and organized. There's always someone at the door just in case any kids wander to the exit. I'm giving this place 5 stars because my daughter's happiness was priceless. What a cool, fun, clean place for the kids to go and have a blast!! The kids I'm referring to are not teenagers... I literally mean kids! I've come here for a few of my little ones friends birthdays and man, between the games, the food (which seriously is delicious, they do an amazing job making good tasting pizza), and the enthusiasm of the employees, this place seriously rocks! The reason I bring up the employees is cause they have to get all riled up during the time that they sing happy birthday to the birthday boy/girl. Its seriously intense! lol Something I would NOT be able to do! I give the employees props for being so enthusiastic when they need to be and patient with the kids when they need to be. They keep the place clean. They have great games, like bumper cars, which my little one had a blast with! I came here on a Tuesday afternoon with my five year old niece and it was awesomely empty so we pretty much had the place to ourselves - how sweet is that?? I've been to other locations on a weekend day but this was my first time coming on a weekday - holy crap, what a difference! No crowds and the workers were attentive (well duh, it's empty so why wouldn't they be??) Don't get me wrong, I actually don't mind the noise level when it's crowded - I work with kids so I'm use to that part of it. It's the fact that you usually can't get anyone to help you if the machines aren't in working order. Anyhoo, this location was clean and the workers were peppy (which should be the case since they work at a place that serves kids right?). We did come across a few game machines that ate our tokens and didn't give us our tickets but the workers made up for it by coming to our aide. The prizes didn't seem all that cool to me but it doesn't matter to my niece - she's just excited to trade in her earnings for something out of that window case so as long as she's happy, I'm happy. =) It's a good place to spend some fun time with the youngsters in your life and I'll be bringing her back to this location on our next "Auntie and me" day. read more

The place to be if you are a kid, saw a few parents that had tapped out and looked exhausted. Was here for 3 hours and had fun seeing my friends nieces have a great time. Tip : never mention chuck e cheese to a 4 year old going on 10 that you will take them to chuck e cheese because they will pull out the "when are we going" card often. So after a few weeks mentioning this place to my friends niece we arrived and got a table by the window, now this place is split into two sections, one section is for toddlers and young kids. The other side is for older kids and much bigger games. They even have bumper cars. The girls were happy to go on numerous rides and even play in the big kids section. Bring your energy that is for sure. The place is well maintained as far as cleanliness but I noticed a few games Out of Order, but plenty of options to choose from. They have a large table section for parents so if you want to see The Big Cheese himself make sure to make a reservation, if you don't you will be sat on the side tables along the windows. The big Chuck E. Cheese show seems really boring. It was also extremely noisy, so we couldn't here the show at all. If you desire tickets, and who doesn't, there are a few games that have jackpots of at least 50 or 100 tickets if you win. I watched a couple of dads taking turns wining thousands of tickets playing mini cyclone. So my recommendation is go somewhere else for pizza and then hit Chuck E. Cheese for games and prizes. Whoa! Has Chuck E. Cheese's stepped up their game! When I was a little kid, I used to come here and the games were old and sticky. I brought my nephew here, and he had a BLAST. I was amazed at the new games and technology they have now. It's like a mini DnB's. What I absolutely LOVE that CEC does is that they stamp you and the child(ren) when you walk in with the same number. That way they know who can leave with who! Who knows? For my dollar, this Chuck E. Cheese's is better than it needs to be. They have dozens of regularly rotating games. One side of the room is for smaller kids (I'd guess the appropriate age range would be 2 to 4) and then the other half of the room has games for bigger kids and fun-loving adults. They even have four bumper cars that kids can ride around in and crash into each other. The pizza isn't going to offend your toddler's taste buds. And if you have fond memories of Chuck E. Cheese pizza from your youth, the flavor might just shoot a nostalgia beam at your taste buds and transport them back to your childhood. The tokens aren't cheap, but they get less expensive based on how many you buy. That means I usually end up buying too many. We always end up with enough tickets to pick out a few pieces of candy at the prize counter, which is great way to keep the kid happy when it's time to leave. Full disclosure: I worked at a Chuck E. Cheese's when I was a kid and it was a lot of fun. I have fond memories of donning the Chuck E. costume and dancing at kids' birthday parties. My past experiences at Chuck E Cheese have been okay, not great, but acceptable. I came here yesterday with my two nieces and boyfriend and I can probably say it will be the last time I come back. It was like a zoo! Kids were running around everywhere, tripping over each other, screaming, etc. My nieces were playing separate games of ski ball. Before I know it, some random kid is in the ski ball aisle. My niece can't throw the ball because it'll hit the kid. THEN he starts taking the balls from my niece and begins to throw the ball. He didn't even score any points! If you're going to ruin a game that I paid for, you can at least make some points while at it. Nope. My boyfriend and I couldn't say anything because the kid was really young and we didn't see any parents in sight. After he left, my niece resumed what was left of the game, which wasn't much! A second kid comes and attempts to play my other niece's ski ball game! I was pretty fed up by then. Where are the parents??? Chuck E Cheese is a place to allow your kids to cut loose and relax but some parents are a bit too relaxed! It's still your responsibility to take care of your children. It's not a day care! Pretty much all the machines to count tickets were broken. I had to wait in line for twenty minutes to redeem my tickets and another 10-15 minutes to redeem for prizes. Prizes are pretty cheap and not worth it. The whole point of Chuck E Cheese isn't about the prizes but having fun. Unfortunately, I'll have to consider other places next time. read more

Overall, this place isn't bad. The kids enjoy themselves and the food is ok for the prize ($20 for a large pizza and 3 drinks). Be sure to print out the coupons so you can save money. We tend to go through like 200 tokens during our trips so I just buy the biggest package (also with coupons) and it's only like 10 cents a game. My nephew is 4 so I go with him to play games. I would advise other parents/sitters to do the same. Otherwise other kids take their tokens or your kid will just plain give them away. This is good for a few hours of fun and the last time I went all the staff was really friendly. They fixed any machines that ate our coins or refunded us the token without any hassle. read more

Booked a party for my daughters 8th birthday. Manager Ed and are hostess (Sandra *may have this name wrong sorry*)where very polite friendly and helpful. We had a great time and stayed well with in my spending limit. Surprisingly for a Saturday they were not to packed and we where able to stay at are reserved table even after are 2hr reservation had expired. Horrible service. There was hardly anyone there, but the wait time was way longer than expected. I was really disappointed that I had to wait more than 30 minutes for a sandwich while the employees were standing around eating. Two other people complained to the manager while I was there waiting for my food. The manager was not even professional enough to finish eating before she came out to respond to a complaint about something in the salad bar. She was still chewing the whole time the man was telling her what he found In his salad. I don't know what was going on today, but management needs to get it together. This place is a dump!! I got there, and the tables had trash from previous patrons. We stayed for about 2 hours and the trash from the tables have not been picked up! A few machines didn't work. Doesn't take tickets from other locations We have been long time customers and son saved up his tickets from this location and the one in Monrovia. We went to redeem them for a prize. The man at the counter said he would not count any from another location. This is disappointing. I was told before they would allow up to one fourth from another location, but they didn't. The manager said it's not their employees' responsibility once they gave them to the parents of the birthday child. My kids are disappointed they did not receive the goody bags. My daughter is a huge fan. I came here for the first time last week, and we had a lot of fun. To the right, there are games for children, and to the left, games for older kids/adults. There are ticket machines that will print you a receipt for the amount of tickets you've accumulated to the left of the prize counter. You need a large amount of tickets to get anything decent from the prize counter, but thankfully my daughter is easily amused. We didn't try the food, but they seemed to have some sweet deals.
