If you…read morewant a carefree birthday party where you literally just show up and the kids have fun and the parents do absolutely nothing. This is a place for you! The staff was so tentative. I love the timeline they had everything was done. The kids had such a great time. They did the set up and the cleanup! The kids went and play and I love the fact that it was just our party and no other kids there so the parents had a comfort knowing that the kids cannot go anywhere and that we aren't watching somebody else's kids. It was such an easy set up probably one of the easiest birthday parties I've ever thrown for my son! And he felt so special! All of his friends had such a great time!

This is our current observations just by attending quite a few birthday parties multiple months in…read morea row, 4 to be exact including our son's. They don't call to confirm your party until a day or two before which was a little stressful, they were thorough over the phone, but no they did not specify that I would be paying for every child 2-17 so older siblings (mine is going on 18) was added to the party package along with a handful of older kids even though they just sat and didn't participate. For the amount of money you all make here, you sure do nickle and dime for every little thing. Please don't offer a photo package ($20 extra) for an employee to take terrible pics with a 1990's CoolPix camera that are blurry or are mostly just the backs of the kids. Maybe make an investment for a camera of this decade. The thing that made me most upset is that even though the party hosts were nice and polite, they didn't enforce safety rules in the rooms (like limit how many kids in each bouncer like the posted signs say) so my anxiety was through the roof watching 20 kids on one inflatable. Also I purchase extra pizza for adults and brought in as many snacks as I could to save money. Hosts let the kids mow through the adult pizzas instead of offering more pizzas to the kids OR bring out the extra pizzas for the adults. We ended up being stuck with 2 1/2 large crappy pizzas to take home. Our party plus the most current party we attended left a bad taste and we won't be returning even with our free jump passes. My next kid wanted to have her party here, but we won't be back, sadly and unfortunately.

I've taken my kids to Urban Air Temecula several times, and unfortunately, it seems like every…read morevisit involves some type of incident with either other children or their parents. While I understand that conflicts can happen in a busy family entertainment center, what has been disappointing is how these situations are handled. In my experience, the managers and staff do not appear to be adequately trained to respond to or de-escalate these incidents. Additionally, many of the play areas are often unattended, with little or no staff present to monitor children's behavior or help prevent problems before they escalate. I believe the facility would benefit from having more employees actively supervising the attractions and providing better training for staff on how to handle conflicts professionally. My kids enjoy the attractions, but the lack of supervision and inconsistent response to incidents makes it difficult for our family to feel comfortable returning.

Unfortunately, we learned after arriving that Toddler Time would not begin until August 17. We planned to stay for the full 90-minute session but left after approximately 45 minutes because of the lack of cleanliness, organization, and supervision. The toddler area was especially filthy. I honestly felt like bringing in a container of antibacterial wipes and cleaning everything myself. There was visible grime, duct tape covering multiple areas, ripped and damaged padding, lifting floor sections, and peeling walls. We also noticed dark staining and deterioration on the walls that appeared consistent with water damage and possible mold. I cannot confirm what it was, but it was concerning to see inside an area designed for very young children. The safety gate for the five-and-under section was loose, unstable, and did not feel like a reliable safety barrier. Some of the equipment also looked worn or poorly repaired. Several attractions, including the climbing walls, were not being used, so we could not fully evaluate everything the facility offers. The staff members were friendly, but unfortunately, they were not very attentive or hands-on. We saw at least three employees, and all of them remained at the front desk, frequently on their phones. We did not see anyone supervising the individual play areas, enforcing the posted age restrictions, or actively cleaning. Since the facility was mostly filled with children around six and younger that morning, having staff visible throughout the play areas would have made the environment feel much safer and more organized. This place has the potential to be a four- or five-star indoor play center, but it needs significantly better maintenance, cleaning, staff involvement, and management oversight. With young children touching everything and playing on this equipment, cleanliness and safety should be the highest priorities. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend a membership or a return visit unless some major improvements are made.

I salute the creators for such innovation, imagination, thoughtfulness, and creativity. With so much tech fueling the place, I totally understood that there was bound to be a glitch here and there. But the staff was on it and got things back up and running quickly. They even made good and credited us above and beyond what we lost during down time. It was the perfect time to refuel anyway. No matter what age group they have, they are able to provide fun and engaging structured activities. When we went there as a guest to the party, I was impressed with the age-appropriate activities that both the teachers ran. This was a group of 3 to 4-year-olds, and attention spans can be difficult, and behaviors can also be challenging. What I like is that parents are also encouraged to be engaged, so if a child is been warned consistently, the parent or responsible guardian is asked to assist. For the most part, the group had a ton of fun, and I was able to watch from the sitting area in the front. We liked it so much that my son decided to have his sixth birthday there. I was a little hesitant because it was an older group of kids, but nonetheless the teachers did an amazing job offering activities that were challenging to that age group as well as fun! The organizing and structuring of the party itself was seamless, I had a call with Jason about a week prior to go over any concerns that I had. We were able to bring in cake, and the staff was nice enough to portion it out and serve it. Overall, it was a nice experience. No additional planning was needed on my end, and that makes it easier to actually enjoy the party. The staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and fun, and I really want to recognize Jason for providing this environment!

After you grab your refreshments, you can sit at one of the many shaded tables adjacent to the stand. I was surprised to see this place open on the day I visited Wolf Creek Park because there weren't any games happening, and there were very few people at the park in general. But it's awesome that they were open because it gave us a place to cool down and enjoy a treat after playing on the playground.

She allowed us to start a little later to wait for our guests to arrive, but it did make me feel like the party was cut short because we started later and she got off her shift less than an hour later and it seemed to be a little rushed after that. They were extremely clear with the rules for the kids and adults and made sure to reiterate to avoid anyone going over budget which I also really appreciated.
