I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid, so I didn't know what to expect. Well, here it is. - 2 hour wait for pizza - no other food options except an empty salad bar - tables a mess, no one cleaned them up and they stayed a mess for the entire hour we were there - the manager was the one taking orders, manning the prize booth, and refilling straws Apparently, 2 people called out sick and we came at a peak time, but still... They've been in the business for a while. You would think things would run a little more smoothly. I felt bad for the manager. His staff didn't seem to care at all. read more

Cheese is very understaffed my kids and I sat and wait 35 mins just to turn the tickets to get there little prize once we got the prizes I had to pay the difference in cash to the items and they had us wait another 35 mins in line at the register to pay 4.50, I do not recommend going to this Chuck E. Very nice staff, extremely attentive, great discount, they helped us well during the party, filling drinks, cutting cake etc. Staff was very bubbly and sweet. Not sure why so many other folks have had bad experiences, maybe management changed things around. Restroom was a bit smelly, but heck it's a restroom, and it was clean. This place is is dirty and disgusting waited over an hour to get my pizza All the tables around me were dirty the whole time I was there. And the floor was covered in food and spilled drinks. We have been wanting to take the kids somewhere fun. So today we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese. Almost all of our kids favorite games were out of order! Probably at least 10 games out of order. Really?! I would recommend checking out how many games are out of order before getting tokens. If we would have known how many games were broken we would've went somewhere else. We are avid chuck fans! We have lived all over this country and every time we PCS somewhere we seek out the closest one and check it out. This one by far is the cleanest and I love how the games are broken up by age groups BUT this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Walk in and there are two groups a head of us, one was kinda big with about six people and a then one couple. 25 minutes later the party of six is still at the counter. One young lady looked pretty frazzled so I asked another team member if they could open another line. He tells me he isn't allowed to do that, okay understandable I have worked in restaurants where only certain people can work registers but wouldn't you think he would try to find someone who could? There where three.... THREE men walking around doing nothing and what I guess was a cook walking around. I had a coupon so I was trying to buy my game card at the counter. I finally gave up and went to the kiosk to buy play cards. My mother waited in line to buy some snacks and a drink. Two orders of French fries.... that's it. After another 15 minutes she finally places her order. Oh it gets better. 45 mins later still no fries. There where maybe thirty people in the entire place more than half where there and seated when we arrived. Finally as we are getting ready to leave I finally asked for a refund. The girl tells me they where about to walk my fries out. She walks in the back in the kitchen for a few minutes and comes back to confirm they are coming. I told them no thank you and she happily refunded the order. As I walk back to the table to gather up my kids and grab our stuff we are walking to the door and a man walks up to me and tries to hand me the fries. This is probably about five mins after I received my refund so no my order was not about to walked to my table. They where dropped in the fryer as I came to ask for a refund. One more kicker. I saw a blonde woman sitting at a table hidden in a corner wearing a black shirt and had some papers in front of her doing NOTHING as this all went down. Now reading the reviews that blonde is the person responding to yelpers about customer service. I hate writing bad reviews but this whole incident was a mess and someone should step in. read more

The average adult dreads the trip to chuck E. Cheese's but this was the worst visit i have ever had at ChuckE. Cheese's. This was my first visit to this location and the staff and manager are the worst. The customer service was zero stars! We waited an hour and a half for the food. Apparently they were short staffed. I walked up to get salad and was immediatly told "that's all we have there is no more what you see out here is all we have left." im quoting the employee Freda. Then the lady behind me in line got the same message as soon as she approached the salad bar. Unprepared,unprofessional inexperienced manager who runs this place. I wouldn't recommend this location, well maybe you should call in before showing up to be certain they are not in a food shortage first. read more

My family and I went on a weekday during lunch. It was perfect. My kids got to run around freely and the lack of a crowd was awesome for chasing toddlers. Not the best pizza in town, but still good enough to enjoy. It's clean and the servers were sweet. read more

Wow! This is my first time coming to this location and let me just say. I won't be coming back! My son came up to me with a toy from the toy stand and he than ran off. I went to look for him at the toy stand and there he was and as I walked up he was crying his eyes out. I simply ask what happened and where did your toy go. He sat there and told me the man took it from him and didn't give it back. Mind you, this man was a worker there. I couldn't believe my eyes and what I was hearing. my son who is only two. The employee did not tell me anything or simply explain why he took the toy from my son. So I grabbed my sons hand and told him it's ok. We had to wait on a one medium pizza for over an hour. We stood in line for cotton candy for over 35 mins. And the moment I come back from waiting in this line for cotton candy, someone has thrown all our plates and cups away as if we We're done with our area. Went on 9/3/17 second time at this location. This is the best Chuck E Cheese I have been to, and i have been to many! The staff is always so nice and works hard. They answer all questions and fix games with a smile, even when they are very busy. The person who was dressed as Chuck E was awesome, they did the dance, threw tickets, and even waited around and took pictures and gave the kids high fives, which is my son's favorite part! This Chuck E Cheese was also very clean. There was no trash in sight. The games were all working and each ticket counter was working as well. The pizza was good and we had alot of fun. I live 40 minutes away and am about 10 minutes from 3 different locations (two in San Bernardino and one in Fontana) and would rather drive to this location. read more

Took a trip to Chuck E. Cheese this past weekend and i was VERY pleased with the new manager Rebecca. My family and I come here often and usually in the mornings to early afternoon since it's not too hectic in there. We had a miscommunication with the points and minute system they had and Rebecca was quick to help resolve the issue and ensure that the kiddos and i had a great time! So glad to see that Rebecca helps her team out on the floor when the lines in both the ticker bar and cashier line for long!!! Will definitely be back, Rebecca made our experience great! read more

Attended Chuck E Cheese's Monday afternoon, it was a little busy but not too hectic as per usual. Very sweet worker named Lilly helped us with an issue we had regarding our tickets. Their game technician was useless and did not attended to any of the games we needed him to get to. The tables were not cleared off. I let Lilly know my complaint and she got right on it, within the next 20 minutes almost all tables were cleared and we were able to play Super Bonus about 20 times and our tickets were actually coming out. I found out Lilly wasn't even a manager, but she made my visit a lot more pleasant. read more

My family and I came to chuck e cheese on a Friday for a couple hours and when we entered into the building you get hit with an awful foul odor(vomit). That isn't all it seems as if none of the employees where around to clean up the old food that was spilt on the seats and food piled up on the tables. The food didn't come out in a timely manner either it was about 45 minutes before one pizza came out. I have to say this place needs to be shut down for a few days to disinfect the games and shampoo carpets and whatever else they can do. The health department should make a visit. This place must have different management. I have come here for many years and have actually loved their salad bar. This is the salad bar we get now. Absolutely the WORST experience we have ever had at any family establishment. I used to love Chuck e Cheeses as a kid so this is not against Chuck e Cheese, just this location. My best friend was having his Daughter's second birthday party at noon on a Sunday. They were out of pizza, AND all beer. Management skills suck. They wouldn't let us bring outside pizza and didn't offer any sort of compensation or discount for anything else. Its a crock of sh*t if you ask me and horrible mark on the name. I would stay clear of this location if you care about you or your child's experience. One more thing, I will comment good or bad on places. We had a little walk in birthday party this past Saturday and we loved it! The staff was so friendly! The cashier Valerie kept helping us with every question we needed and even when I had mentioned I hated being such a bother she said it was completely fine and I genuinely felt that. Jovany was the worker for games and he kept a smile on his face that lit up the whole room! We came back yesterday since the kids had no school and we saw them again! It wasn't as busy as Saturday so when the kids finally went to get their prizes I got to speak to Valerie and it was nice talking and getting the customer service that should be expected from everywhere! Love the staff, love the food, love the games, only downside are that the prices have changed with token in the past year and they don't accept military discount, other than that I will be bringing my kids back more often! read more

Very disappointing to say the least!!! Definitely not a place for toddlers anymore. Went in and paid $45 for a pizza, a small amount of tickets, and one beer for a friend. They only offered three video games for toddlers. How is a toddler going to enjoy three games at their age when you are trying to make an afternoon out of it. And they were all in a small corner. It seems that the quality of chuck e cheese just keeps going down and down. It's no wonder why no chuck e cheese in the southern California area has no more than four stores. There are so many issues I don't even know where to begin. It took twenty minutes just to get in with a line going out the door. We get to the front no greeting no acknowledgement nothing. We're just standing there wondering what's going on. I get it maybe they're at capacity but if someone would tell people it would at least make us wonder why. Then there's another line to order food. There's about ten people in the line and only one register open...that's just absurd not to mention it's an hour wait for just one pizza. If I wanted to wait that long for food I would've ordered Pizza Hut and just have it delivered here and I probably still would've gotten it sooner. We get our drinks from the soda fountain machine and guess what there's no ice in there so we're sitting here enjoying warm drinks. The men's restroom was absolutely disgusting, water is everywhere trash is overflowing and it smells disgusting. Then there's no more playground at this location, which means everything costs money. The idea of chuck e cheese was the games and indoor playground for the younger kids but now it's just games only here which means more money out of your pocket. There is no value in chuck e cheese anymore it's just another sell out. If I wanted piss poor customer service and crap food I would've went to hometown buffet. Poorest customer service, came for a birthday party for my sons friend, I came late after my husband and kids because I was working, the birthday party was great the food and cake was great, it's the employees at this place that give them the 1 star rating, if I could give no stars I definitely would...the way my son was treated at the prize counter was unacceptable. .the lady well i shouldn't even call her a lady, the girl CAITLYN was at the prize counter my little 7 year old boy (he has autism) handed her his ticket paper and she put it on her calculator and just stared at him..like hurry up... as he began to choose prizes she didn't even give him a chance to ask for what colors or anything, I saw how she treated my little boy and walked up to the counter and asked my son what else he would like and this PERSON had the nerve to ask if my son was finished In a sarcastic tone, who does that to a little boy, it's not like she was rushing because she had a line... there were only two people behind us,if we weren't in a public place surrounded by children let alone my kids I definitely would have given that girl a piece of my mind... point blank is this chuck e cheese would be a lot better if it had employees who genuinely cared about the children who play here, not the ones who come to show face and collect a check. Came here for fun with my family and the staff was incredibly rude. The place was crowded and I had asked the person serving to clear an empty table with trash that the people had left previously and the man grunted and grabbed the tray and trash in which everything flew all over us. This place currently sucks even more now. My son usually has to beg me to go in here.. I just dislike the place from the get go.. but it was tolerable once in a blue moon. He likes this place though so we come once in a while to reward him. Anyway.. this place bumped up prices, got rid of the play tunnels and instated a point card system. First off, watch your kid. I didn't pay attention to mine and he somehow burned through 20 points in less than 20 minutes no joke. Im assuming by accidentally passing his card over the sensors repeatedly.. lame. I had my own card and since my sons card got wiped out I asked to check my points. Only had 12 left after playing 3 games (one point per game should be) What?! Chuck E. I never leave bad reviews but when the customer service is this terrible I feel obligated to warn people so they can be spared this experience. I'll keep it short, I went there for my nieces birthday and after an hour of spending money on the arcade it was time to order some pizza for our party but at 12 in the afternoon they were out of pizza dough and said it would be hours before we could even put in an order. That was a huge inconvenience but the main issue was the staff and the managers who were completely unprofessional and rude. The manager was not apologetic at all and even laughed at one point. She even threatened to kick one one of us out because she was called out on her rudeness. Corporate needs to know that their employees conduct is unacceptable. read more

We are here on a Tuesday evening and this is by far the worst chuck e cheese I've ever been to. The games are all older games and very limited. They removed the play structure so the kids aren't able to do that instead. We ordered a family sampler platter that includes wings, breads ticks, and tater tots along with out pizza. Cashier told us there was a 45 min wait for food which is fine but when our food comes out the pizza tasted old (crust is hard) and instead of our family platter they only bring out wings. When I tell the gentleman that there was supposed to be more he says oh and takes the wings back. I wait about 15mins and go up to the front to ask what was happening and am told it would be another 20mins for the platter. I did receive my money back for the platter and the manager (after waiting 20mons for her to finally come over) gives me a coupon for a pizza and drink and 500tickets for my kids.
