Chuck E. Cheese is not the same my oldest is 25, 2 in between, youngest 12...Chuck E. has hosted many birthday parties for us and many Saturday afternoon indoor fun....but today we are not impressed. There are now wayyy more tables than games, many of them out of order/not working. The food was below standard, frozen pizza is better than what was served. The salad must have had some bad ingredients because all of us that ate a salad vomited immediately when we got home! We will try Vinces Pasta Pizza next time. read more

Let me start by saying mother who have kids and refuse to teach them manners should not be allowed to have any more kids!! Ghetto kings and queens are the majority of customers in this place. Kids running around like crazy and trying to get on rides as you are trying to put a token so your child can enjoy themselves. Not cool. Some kids were a little pleasant but the rest nothing but a nightmare. Where are the parents? Food was alright. We paid 2 all you can eat adults with drinks and a special promotion cup for my child for around $22. Pizza was all gone and had to wait for it. The salad was surprising good. It tasted fresh like it had just taken out of the refrigerator and had it cut. Pizza was not all that but suitable for lunch. As soon as the pizza came everyone was acting like they were starving at a detention camp it went pretty quick and then once again pizza was gone. Establishment was dirty and it had a smell to it. You can clearly see it needed some bad disinfection cleaning. Floor were disgusting to the max. Some of the toddler rides needed wiping and disinfecting with bleach. Some of the rides and games did not work and the staff failed to put a "out of order" sign. Employees were nice but they do need some training on what to do with all these unsupervised kids. They should suggest to management to put a sign up to let parents know not to let your kids run like wild animals. Employees just stand there and turn the blind eye on the bad behavior. All kids should feel safe and be able to get on rides without having someone else kids trying to get on them. read more

I've made it through 40+ years of life with only two trips to Chuck E. Cheese. The trip when I was 17 (with someone else's little brother), didn't scar me too much. I had heard things from other parents, but I have a birthday party to plan for a kid and I had to check it out. We went on a Sunday at about lunch time. It was about what I expected. Total pandemonium. Way too many kids running around unsupervised. And I don't think they were eating, because there was next to no one in the main dining room. I don't like having to correct other people's kids, but when they start banging on the same screen while your kid is playing... I digress. The staff did do this cool thing with marking my daughter and me with invisible ink when we first came in, to keep someone from leaving with a kid that doesn't belong to them. When I could finally get the staff at the register to acknowledge my presence, we ordered food. The pizza was ok, but very expensive for what it was. We got a small with two toppings, a kid drink and an adult drink and it came out just under $18. We didn't eat it all and didn't bother to take it home with us. They did have a pretty good selection of games. Some of which my soon-to-be-five year old could play on her own. The funny thing is, I think her favorite "game" was the machine that counts tickets. (@v@) They did have a better selection of prizes than Vince's does. However, due to the atmosphere of 75+ unsupervised children running around like lunatics, the food cost and the risk from my daughter's possibly killing someone playing skee ball, we're gonna pass for birthday number five. Went there for my G son's 5th Birthday. Started out slow and the attendant did not show up for 20 minutes after my daughter was announced to the staff by radio. After that the service was not too bad. The pizza tasted like frozen micro wave and the salad bar selection sucked. UNTIL..... I ordered a Bud lite. When the beer came the server decided to CARD ME. Hey, I have a gray beard, and hair, am fat and could be most of the server's grandfather. I don't really mind being carded if that is their policy to card EVERYONE. The PROBLEM is when she tried to take the card out of my wallet out of my hand. I told her no it stays and why did she want to take it out of my wallet. She stated she had to take it and scan the information on the license. I told her to take back the beer as there was no way she was taking off with my license without me going and additionally there was no way she was going to scan the license to get my personal information without being law enforcement. I just called Yvonne the G.M. and she confirmed that is the policy to scan the licenses and would not give me any information other than it is the policy. Chuck E Cheese just not the same as when I grew up. Here at this location they only have one cashier that takes orders and does tickets for prizes and the door. So this slows down service when ordering. They used to have the pizza buffet was cool they don't have it anymore. I'm giving a one star based solely on purchasing the salad bar and getting a hair in it. It was a blonde one so taking a picture is hard to show. They have cameras so they know. So I brought my kids to chuck e cheese after a long hard day at work just for them to be able to have a little fun and to release energy, and to my surprise the security guard told us as we are walking in to get our hands stamped that the wait for food is 1 1/2 hour, I was like really? We came here to play video games only. I choose not to eat here because the pizza is the worst and tastes like a frozen microwave pizza. Half of the video games were either broken or not giving out tickets as they should. I wonder if they cancelled their maintenance contact. There was no one attending the video game area so no luck there either. Looking around this place, it needs some serious management attention. this place is gaining down hill. I came here on a monday at like noon or 1pm haha, when all the kids are in school. I had a GREAT TIME!!!!!! All the arcade games were MINE =P and it's the best place to play arcade games cause they're only a quarter. My dad wanted an all you can eat salad and we were told they only sell the lunch buffet from 10am to 3pm so my dad thinking he was having a salad for the lunch buffet, when all they had to offer was a choice of two kinds of pizza their sweet pizza and some lettuce! No sides for the salad not even croutons! I asked if they had any croutons and the girl rudely said we only serve them after 3pm . I said well that is just ridiculous your call that a salad bar! My Family and I had a bad experience at this location today. We stood in line for 55mins just to order for our table. Saw the worker who had our pizza, standing with our pizza in hand conversing for 8 mins with a young lady before he brought the pizza to our table. I was pissed. I am here now with my son, and omg this place is disgusting. There is food all over the floor. You can tell from the sticky and greasy that these rides and games are not cleaned regularly. It's a sespool of germs and infection. And I am not a germaphobe. And it smells of body odor and garlic. I understand that there is a lack of competition out here in Lancaster but this is ridiculous. I'm giving this place 2 stars because my kid enjoys it even though she doesn't understand what's going on let alone she's one 2 years old. The other star is for the poor employees. Don't get me wrong the little of them are doing a kick ass job with controlling service and letting people in and out the right way making sure every kid is getting in and out with the the guardian with the matching numbers. Not sure if the managers are the ones with the different colored shirts aside from the regular associates if yes I've spotted always one on shift and they aren't much of a help. They kind of leave their staff struggling. The place had out dated games and most aren't working. Every time I went and my daughter wanted to take those paper pictures it's either not working or the printer is all out of wack. The food is alright to be honest. They literally send our pizza out with the on that goes into the oven and never coming out presentable on a tray like it's supposed to. The pizza also literally looks recycled. I don't understand honestly. The salad bar hmmm I can't tell you it's good. The texture seems like everything has been sitting there for days, almost spoiled. I take my son like 4 times a week to the Chuck E. Cheese's in Lancaster, CA. I have to say that the staff there is amazing and so friendly! My son is two going on three and I will be having his third birthday at chuck E. Benny was very helpful in explaining the birthday packages to me. Benny and Alexis are my sons personal favorites. Never again!!! Our visit was ruined by someone letting their child come to our table and go through our food and drink our drinks. This child was not supervised at all. I politely asked the child to leave our table and they did not. I spoke to an employee and they were not much help at all so our whole meal went in the trash and we ended our visit. I have been coming to this place for 4 years... Was the best Chucky Cheese's compared to all the other ones I have been to... The reason for the 2 stars, is they removed a lot of games! Good games! like Mario Cart, Deal or no Deal and others... The place feels empty...lesser games now... and the few new games are not that great...Disappointing... So we just came back from Chuck E. Cheese. This location has really gone downhill since Ivonne left. The old cast was at least better trained than this new one. We walk in and weren't even greeted by the cashier, she was helping a family ahead of us then went on to help a guest at the prize counter. We waited in line and then comes in more guests. Paul the manager walked in and didn't acknowledge anyone nor did he try to help. The young lady could've called other team members to help at the counter but i wont blame her for poor management, then as she was ringing a customer up for the prizes she called a manager over the the register and this manager did not acknowledge the people at the front waiting to be checked in. As we got seated, i started to notice all the trash on the floor, and the trash cans being full with trays from not being bussed. I know from before at least team members and even managers would walk around cleaning the floor or wiping tables down. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. All we had was an XL pizza. The pizza looked as if they stretched the regular large dough which would make sense but this dough was stretched out too much that it was all greasy and it might as well should've been a thin crust. There were 6 team members there, there shouldn't have been an excuse as to why it was so dirty and why no one was helping the front. read more

2-24-18 The manager opened 10 minutes late and then gave attitude to all in line because kids were excited. Some kids saw their aunt and ran in, mom didn't see. Mom questioned manager why kids were let in without her. Manger took offense. These people were there with a kids sports team of 3 and 4 year olds. Kids, coach and most parents didn't see the exchange. Manager waited about 45 minutes so they could order and play games and then canceled their pizza and kicked the entire team out! Kids left crying because they had no idea what had happened. Maybe manager should have kicked out the problem parent and her kids (clearly older kids not players) not the entire team. First and last time here! We came in to bring our twins to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time and thought it would be perfect on a weekday as soon as they opened. It wasn't packed which was great but the service was horrible! First of all the nuggets we ordered with our pizza were burnt and super crunchy! We didn't say anything just pushed them aside and ate our pizza. Then my husband orders himself a beer and a good 20 mins passed and no one brought it out. He goes to counter and girl says oh sorry we will bring out in a bit. We wait another 10-15 mins and we decide to take kids to play and hope drink is there when we come back....played for a good 25 mins and go back to our table and NOTHING! How long does it take to get a beer?! We are ready to leave so we ask them to just cancel drink and refund money.... manager refunded but no apology or explanation why the bad service. After 20 minutes of trying to get ahold of the manager on site on the phone, I had to go back and take a picture but by then it was too late, so I am left with "here, say" so.... all good until my little family and I walked out... The dumb woman at the counter "checking stamps" WAS NOT EVEN CHECKING THE DAM STAMPS!!!!!! She let me walk out with my daughter without even verifying if I was a part of her party!!! Yeah... She checked my right hand for the stamp and then said with a smile, "ok your good" I cease that, only problem is THE STAMP WAS ON MY LEFT HAND! This breathing dead beat was not even checking stamps!!! My daughter could've walked out with any idiot with her "checking stamps" this happened at exactly 12:55PM ON 6/27/15... I wish I got the girls name but I was too shocked to see this happen... Just yesterday at my job (armed security response patrol) a little girl was sexually assaulted... The new Chuck e Cheese is much bigger, and more ventilated. However, when I went to my neices birthday party 4 months ago it was crazy there. When we walked up a group of gangbangers were outside banging on each other, and I had my 2 year old daughter and 10 y.o sister with me so this made them scared to walk by. I did not care because I am use to that type of behavior, sadly. But, NO kid should feel afraid to go somewhere for children that means they need more security. When we got inside the place was packed and the people there were rude and mean. The service was okay and the staff was friendly. I would definitly go back on day.
