So this place could use some work. First let's start with the bowling balls. They're all cracked and I believe that affects how your bowling game will go. I'm not too sure if they could, but based of their prices? They should be able to invest in some new balls once these ones get this bad. Secondly we had ordered a pizza and margarita pitcher bundle.. I had a party of 6. They did not like the pizza but the wanted another margarita pitcher. There's not an option just buy another margarita pitcher. They tried convincing us to buying the combo again but we DID NOT WANT another pizza. So instead we had to go without. The environment looks nice but I think they need a touch up on their menu and equipment. A good thing is the wings were good. read more

SUPER impressed with the new Bowlero in lancaster!! We haven't been there in so long because it was so run down. But the new owners and renovations are beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to make my son's birthday perfect! Our server Meonni was a constant presence making sure we had everything we needed. The manager was always checking in as well, and even gave us the sweetest thank you card. I would come back just for the staff but literally everything was perfect. The food was great and so beautifully presented. Their packages are affordable and so customizable and the fact that you can do everything online in advance makes it so easy to throw a party! They even included a chocolate chip cookie cake that was delicious! Will definitely be returning! If you haven't been since they were owned by Brunswick do yourself a favor and give them another try. The young man at the front desk was kind and helpful, but after buying a ball from the pro shop my ball gets scratched up like crazy not to mention another employee was not helpful and was pretty rude when I kindly asked him how to start the game since the system was slightly different than what I'm used to down in Texas. He looked at me like I was a bother and explained to me how to do it in a annoyed manner like I was a child asking a million times Other than the lane scratching up my ball which was nothing major but still a big inconvenience the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful the pro shop was nice and the man running the pro shop was very helpful and knowledgeable, if you aren't bowling league I would call and see what times they have league because it looks like they mostly always have a full house which I understand being a league bowler myself. Management really needs to get it together. We were a large group, so we called ahead to make sure it wasn't a league night and were told it was open bowling. We arrived to find out only the 1st 6 lanes were open, the rest reserved for league play. Not happy. We put our names on the wait list and played pool while we waited. Once we got settled in our lane, we went to the bar and food court. Bar - only one person making drinks for the entire bowling alley. Went back for a second drink to be told I needed to bring my first glass back. Foot court- a complete disaster. Orders took an hour plus. The 2 working spent more time arguing and being petty towards each other than anything else. Not once did a server come to our lanes to take an order. read more

Me and friends had an ok time playing but our main issues we had is The huge wait time for food and bar. Each spot had 1-2 people working at a Friday night and they look very stressed, I don't blame them. Management do BETTER On hiring more people on busy nights! We ordered food the first time and told them the correct lane number and they delivered it to the wrong lane then we had to wait an extra 35 mins because the pressure was on them. 6/10 read more

My experience at this Bowlero location was just OK. First issue I had was redeeming gift cards. It seems like the staff is inexperienced in gift card redemption, and it took them a very long time to check the balances. Also, when I wanted to use it towards a food & drink purchase, the cashier was quick to say no. Luckily she tried the gift card anyway and it actually went through. They have a small arcade area that was cool but I didn't get a chance to use it so I can't speak to it. Parking easily available on-site. I also didn't like how they do their charging/payment system. All of the shoe rentals were added to my lane, so it was hard to determine how to split the bill and it ultimately fell on me to collect payment from the other bowlers in my group/lane. The music choice/playlist was great and the AC was a great retreat from the summer heat. However, I believe my experience definitely could've been better so this is why I'm only giving it 3 stars. I'm not sure I would come back, to be honest. Time will tell. read more

These are the most inefficient employees I've ever seen. Sat for over an hour and a half waiting for an open lane. Despite there being 9 lanes sitting there with no one using them and the lights were off. So then we ordered food and literally watched them do one order at a time of their platers rather then drop a large amount of each when they knew they had 12 of the same orders. Although there is a long wait most nights, it is worth the cosmic bowling experience. My friend and I went on a Saturday night. Their service is amazing because they attend to you right away and put you on a waitlist with your phone number and name. They text when the lane is available. Due to COVID-19 there is an admin fee for food, drinks, and shoes but, it is affordable. There is no limit for games but, I generally get tired after 2 games. There are also arcade games, pool, food and drinks available. I would completely recommend bowling at Bowlero. read more

This is by far the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. The ONLY reason why people still come to this bowling alley is because there are no other options to have fun and maybe that is why the individuals working here feels the need to be condescending, judgmental, scornful, and snobbish towards their customers. This is my second time with the hostess - Jennifer and her nasty attitude. (everyone working on February 15, 2022 from 9pm-11pm had a bad attitude and it seemed like their customer service skills went out the window - disgusting)- Everyone in this work environment needs either a higher pay rate or don't need to be working at all here. There are two registers there for a reason - why do we need to stand in line for 40 mins to check out after we turned in our shoes. Please help us make sense of this. PLEASE READ!!!! I'm never going back to this bowling alley. It is ridiculously over priced and the way they advertise their prices is miss leading. They charge you after you bowl, and they do that for a good reason. Me and my kids played 2 games and they charged us like if we played 12 games. A total of $117 for two games!!!! Came here to have a good time and some drinks with my friends. I'd give 1 star if I was rating based on customer service but I'm giving 2 stars because we did have a very good time, but Jennifer at the bar was extremely rude. She told us our entire party needed to be present in line in order for us to get a pitcher of beer and when we had our whole party come up to the bar to show their ID (after we had already all been ID'd and given wristbands) and when they all came up, she gave us attitude and told us they needed to wait in line and could not serve us. I do not recommend this business because my kids came to bowl. They are teenagers, very respectful to adults and the ladies renting shoes were extremely rude to them. It's not okay to talk down to children especially when they are speaking to you properly. They are paying customers, just because they are younger than you does not matter. I watched the entire encounter as I sat at the table. I did not step in because I wanted to witness the FULL encounter on how my kids are treated without the presence of an adult. I'm shocked and saddened to see the lack of respect by the worker and manager. It's shameful. With customer service like that I doubt they will remain in business much longer. read more
