Drove close to 50 miles to try this alley out and between the costumer service and the overall upkeep, I'll definitely make a second trip at some point. Nowadays good/great customer service isn't a given and this alley on my first visit passed. The lane had carry through the beginning and mid part, but at the end there was a sharp reaction. Overall, it was very challenging from a good perspective. The ball return for my lane was proficient and my balls during an eight game session had zero scratches and no scuffs I could find. The approach wasn't akin to moving on an ice skating rink or trying to run through a hot tar pit. Funnel cake fries were not overcooked and they delivered it quickly. The bathroom upkeep was good. Honestly it was my second time going to play pool with my son and really enjoyed the place.But a black family argue loudly and almost got into a fight several times in front staff and bartender this continued for about 30 minutes. And staff acted like nothing happened every one felt very nervous and uncomfortable . I complained and nothing happened a place full of families having fun ruined by bad management and lack of security personnel . One of the guy reached into his pockets for something and I felt unsafe and left. I guess they rather sell beer and deal with unruly customers for profit then to make families welcome. I used to come here all the time and loved it. Just recently started going again and this place has really gone down hill. The flooring is warped, the ball return constantly gets stuck, the sensors for the pins doesn't work right. Said we had 1 pin left but there were 4 still standing. Then the next person got a strike and the machine took forever to reset. The next 2 players turns were skipped and it showed they had strikes as well. The women's restroom was dirty and the other one was closed off. Has been for the past week we have gone. We have passes and we know it gets crowded but after this last time I don't think we be back and buying passes again. They stuck us on a lane with no seating near by so we all had to stand and the party next to us left midway through our first game. We took over their table. While getting drinks the lane next to us opened up and the worker took our table and pulled it over to the open lane for a huge birthday party. We came and our shoes were thrown to the side. They told us the worker who moved it said no body was sitting there. The group next to us leaves so now we have 2 lanes to the side of us open. They then put a smaller group over one space and then a huge birthday party next to us. The parties on both sides had kids running all over blocking people from bowling. They even almost tripped a disabled person who was trying to bowl. The area in front of the bar entrance is blocked off by stools everywhere so people can go live on tiktok and that side of the building is the only side with the working restroom so you have to fight your way through the chairs you can't use because they let the leagues pretty much control the alley. The staff is pretty rude when speaking to customers or when you ask for help. They don't even offer compensation for multiple issues. It shouldn't take over 3 hours to bowl 2 games when only 3 people are playing. You constantly have to ask for help because the machines are breaking down and stuck. They claim there is nothing they can do. read more

I called the cops because there was no security after a group threatened me. The manager offered to throw them out but if she did they would be after me so I said no. Then the group threatened me again & when I asked for a refund the manager Megan said I can't do anything because you said to not do anything the first time. Thank you to the staff and manager for the amazing experience! They were so kind. Even when we had issues with our lane they were very helpful and apologetic. It was my kids first time bowling and they had the best time. The manager kept checking up on us asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We will definitely be going back. Btw I booked a lane online. It cost us $136 for 2 hours of bowling and shoes for our group of 6. And because we had a couple issues with our lane they gave us the time we lost. I am livid. My husband is an active duty service member and we decided to get out of the house this Memorial Day weekend because this day is brutal for our family. I made a reservation, spent almost $250 during our visit, just to be asked to move tables three times for other guests even though we arrived first. After the third time we were asked to move there was no where else for us to sit and "they couldn't refund us the extra time we paid for because it has to be approved by the director." On the one night my family needed peace we only got to play one game even though I paid in advance for 2 hours. This was the worst bowling alley I have ever visited. Ok another update. The machines seem to be working again and not breaking down as much, except for foul lines sensors which still are not operational. The alley has been a lot cleaner recently, which makes coming to league bowl more enjoyable. The music is more of a background level and not blaring so loud as to drown out the bowling. I absolutely love it here very good customer service. I came in on Easter at 12-4pm the staff was extremely nice, professional and attentive. The staff is amazing they have good energy and it makes it a fun place. My car actually died outside and the employees helped me I lived hours away and had to pick up my baby so it meant the world and more to me. They are truly amazing. Top tier customer service. Do not! Do not book a party there. Horrible slow service, The general manager Samy-Rae has no personality, she shouldn't even be a manager because she has no people's skills. They brought the last meal when the bowling was turned off. Did not bring the cake out. Then when we sat to eat the cake the manager tried to kick us out. Negative 3rd experience. First of all the bathrooms around noon were very dirty and not fully stocked. Secondly and thirdly... every time we come it appears there is no availability abs we gave to get in a wait list but never get a call from the wait list. This was the first time we've ever had a party here but definitely not the last. The managers, the servers ALL the staff was so attentive and kind. They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we need and we're having a great time. They allowed us to stay a little bit after our reserved time to allow the kids to finish their game. I was visiting family and found this place. This place is super expensive for the experience. They take advantage of the locals since there's nothing else to do here. $144 for 2 games and 6 shoes. There's not enough balls and the kiosk is not even digital. The lanes are so crowded and people walk through you chairs. We tried to order a pitcher of soda and it was denied because I was not buying a "combo" pizza or wings. So they don't care you're thirsty. I just wanted something to drink as I was not hungry. We went in on a Saturday anyway for my sons bday with a large group of nephews & nieces & aunts & uncles who wanted to bowl with him& we were greeted by the front desk Girl who was so nice, explained the prices, super polite every time we went up & asked for something. At the end asked us if we had a good time. Because the manager noticed we had so many kids he gave us free cards for the kiddos to play in the arcade. He was super polite as well. The guy at the bar carried my mother n laws drinks over for her. Just an all around wonderful experience. The place was clean & had been redone inside since we were last there.
