Cameron is the only one that returned my message. I talked to Cameron & told her our predicament. She jumped in quickly to help. They had a little bit of a scheduling conflict & it was possible they wouldn't be able to fit us in. Cameron found a way, communicated with the venue, fit us in & made it work. Cameron was super communicative & called back when she said she would. I'm so incredibly appreciative for her help & whatever work she had to put into fitting us in. The price was really reasonable & she was super friendly & helpful. Thank you so much Cameron for helping make my daughter's day special & fun. Would use A Special Flair over and over again.

Communication has been inconsistent, and we've repeatedly been told things like "I'll look into it" or "I'll send it," without any follow-through. Two days ago we were told the deposit would be Zelled back to us, but we still haven't received it. It has now been over a month, and we're still waiting for resolution. We also went back and reviewed the contract to make sure we didn't misunderstand anything or miss any conditions, and everything on our end was followed properly, including cleaning up after ourselves. The full payment of nearly $1,800 was made on time, and at this point we are still waiting on a $250 deposit refund that hasn't been returned.

I desired to have the best for my wife for this celebration with family and friends; this venue did not fail me. From the first step entering this facility, inquire what they offered to the end of the evening there was no disappointment. This venue offers everything needed to accommodate the desires we had. The contact this venue has with other vendors relieved the stress of us searching for centerpieces, DJ, transportation, and everything else in between. Stepping out of the limo unto a red carpet laid for us at the entrance, entering, we were taken back with the decor, the colors, and the lighting we envisioned. Our guests and family had so many great comments about the venue; my wife and I were so happy and blessed; this is what we wanted to achieve, and it happened! The facility manager Marshall Keyes is an exceptional and inspirational man. Always positive from the very beginning to the very end. He was present at our reception, opening the doors and welcoming us as we entered. Andrea, our coordinator from the facility, is an incredible person. She consistently communicated with us during the planning, ensuring our request would accommodate the vision. Andrea was also present at the reception, assuring all was in order. In the end, what is the most rewarding to hear, is my wife saying to me, "thank you for making this happen!." I am truly blessed! Thank you, Solomon Aghai! Side Note: I will post some photos once I receive them from the photographer!

Well anyway, here's how my experience went.... We pulled up close to 5pm, people were barely trickling in so we found a good spot to park. If I had to guess I'd say the lot could probably hold about 40 cars, the rest had to find street parking, which didn't look like it was a problem. We walked in to news that the AC wasn't working, but after reading a previous review it sounds like they didn't have one and instead relied on a swamp cooler & tons of fans to keep the air circulating, not good for the women wearing tons of makeup... lol.. Aside from that, it was a nice venue with plenty of seating and enough room to get your boogie on! We had a phenomenal time at the party, thankfully the hosts made the most of the situation.

Even the owner goes out of their way to be kind, personable, and welcoming. Their wines are amazing and delicious. Very high quality, and very reasonably priced. They regularly create new styles and batches, so definitely ask what's new when you visit. They also host fun special events that make the experience even better. One thing I really love is that you can bring in your own food. They do also offer charcuterie boards that are absolutely delicious, although they sometimes sell out because they're so popular. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and truly feels like home. Everyone here is genuinely friendly, which is rare to find these days. I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived. Highly recommend. p.s. Make sure your GPS gives you the right address. Occasionally, it will take you to the wrong location.
