At first booking the hall and the beginning process went great but come the time of the event things changed. We had a quince back in Aug 2023. Let me say if you want a party in the summer look into another hall!! The AC does not work it was probably 85 inside they use these portable swap coolers around the hall but it only feels good if you're standing or sitting right in front of it. Once the hall started getting packed with our guest it just got miserably hot. It felt better outside than inside!!! I kept asking for the ac and they just blew me off said it was on (they were referring to the swap). My daughter actually had her day ruined because she got heat stroke and spent most of her night outside throwing up uncontrollably. I will say the security was amazing the one security guard gave my daughter a tshirt to put on because we had to quickly get her out of her dress to cool her down with loose firing cool clothing. DJ is horrible doesn't play the music requested and gets drunk of the liquor I had to pay for! Bartender for the most part was trying her best to help. The package deal where they recommend a photographer please do not use this guy as these pictures are not professional it's like someone's hobby and for all the money spent and all the horrible things that happened I can't believe we have such ugly photos. Bottom line if you want a party in anytime during the heat PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else where your guests can enjoy and be comfortable. Service was trash. The catering workers were getting drunk in the kitchen and caught them drinking from our bottles. We had confetti poppers and they were sweeping our guests feet while dancing. They were rushing us out and the slicing of the cake was sloppy and given with attitude. The dj kept repeating music and would skip genre to genre. The ceiling was leaking water I don't recommend this place to anyone it's not worth the money. Unprofessional service. The only pro was the nice decoration. We had our Quince there, The D.J stop the music multiple times due to power outages. Bar tender has a major attitude. The bathrooms were not ready for our guests. So they had to go out to look for bathroom. They claim that the sheriffs department will shut our party down multiple times due to people drinking by the pep boys. Which was not true. The bar tender did not want to serve alcohol to the people she thought they were too drunk even thought the security guard was saying otherwise. I would suggest finding something elsewhere before you hire this very unprofessional people. read more

Lady stole the bottle of tequila said she didn't my wife saw it there 5 minutes later it was gone try to hide a bottle of absolute vodka from us. Place was extremely hot you can smell alcohol on the DJ looks like he was helping himself to my alcohol I purchased. Other than that the place was beautiful decorations were great the food didn't taste the same though as it did in the restaurant. read more

I cannot thank Mario & Elizabeth enough for making my husband and I wedding day one perfect beautiful experience. Mario is very personable & goes above and beyond to make things easy and as you would like. Elizabeth I do not even have the words to express her talent and dedication.
