We got HIGH QUALITY service that would normally cost us thousands and thousands of dollars. Tom delivered such beautifully captured moments that I still look at on the daily. His work speaks for itself. My husband and I feel like Tom was almost more helpful than our coordinator! He directed everyone when it came to photos, which is exactly what I needed ! I was able to relax the entire time because Tom took it upon himself to be in charge... cannot emphasize what that did for us. We just got to enjoy the moment. We found Jason's work on Wedding Wire and then browsed his portfolio on his website and Instagram. We met up for coffee to get more info and were really liked his calm, reassuring personality. His prices were within our budget and very reasonable. Jason's eye for light was the biggest draw for me - you gotta love those golden hour pics! In November of 2019 we booked an engagement session with Jason and we couldn't have been more impressed. When our original plans of shooting at a park fell through, Jason suggested the LA Arboretum instead. We spent a few hours there with him and it was a really fun, laid back time. He made us laugh and kept it comfortable. We were so thrilled when we got the pictures back; we knew we'd made the right choice for our wedding photographer. Fast-forward almost a year to 2020. Covid19 hit and we weren't sure if we were going to be able to hold our small, 30 person wedding. We decide to scale it down to a micro-wedding with just family - 11 people total. Jason was super flexible and encouraging. It was particularly important to us to capture the day with photos to share with our family and friends who wouldn't be there / couldn't make it.
