If I could give Alex 10 stars, I would. I hired him for my civil ceremony in Santa Ana and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I had a tight budget and Alex offered the most reasonable price. We agreed that photos would be taken outside and of course as soon as we got to the courthouse it started raining.
