There are a lot of uneven surfaces inside and on the side walk I noticed, and for a pregnant woman, this is definitely a hazard. What we did like was how the local sheriffs department had a free car seat inspection and gave my friend tips on how to make sure it is safe as can be. I know that really put her at ease.

We paid extra for VIP, only to find out that tables were an additional $100 each. It was frustrating because most people would expect a VIP section to already include seating or tables. The atmosphere was not family-friendly at all. There was smoking, vaping, drinking, and marijuana use all around us despite rules saying not to do those things. I have never smoked in my life, but by the time we left, my hair smelled like weed, my tongue tasted like marijuana, and one of my children, who has asthma, came home feeling sick. One of my kids also seemed affected by all the smoke in the air. We were constantly getting pushed, crowded, and harassed in the VIP section. People were all over us, and we did not feel safe or comfortable. We had to leave early and missed the performance we came for. Overall, this event was disorganized, overcrowded, and not appropriate for families with children. If you are expecting a true family-friendly environment, this was not it. I would appreciate it if someone from the event team could reach out to me to discuss a resolution regarding our experience.

Since she said she wasn't sure and didn't remember I took it as a loss. Only 3 adults and 4 toddlers 5 and under. I should've gotten $79 back but got $29. I didn't think to check because I was tending to my kids and when I saw the $20 on the outside of my change, I just expected the rest would be in the cash I got back but basically I lost out on $79 all because she was preoccupied. I've been going to the Bowl for over two decades and this place is just such an LA institution, I…read morecan't imagine a spring, summer or fall without going to at least a handful of shows each year. We are so lucky to have such a gorgeous open amphitheater overlooking the Hollywood Hills that have wonderful acoustics wherever you sit and world class talent you wouldn't see anywhere else. It's a wonderful place to gather with friends or family and enjoy a variety of shows and events that you won't see anywhere else in the world. It's also been host recently to a variety of musical features, symphonies with movies, and even comedy shows. If you sit in the garden boxes you can order food in advance (make sure you do it at least before 6pm the day before your performance online if you want it delivered). Or you can bring food and beverages (no cans allowed and also you have to bring empty bottles to fill your water and depending on the event you should look at policies to bring alcohol like wine. Parking can get a little tricky. I like Lot D but that is currently $55 online (also recommend buying in advance). The closer lots are more expensive and/or reserved for VIP or season ticket holders. Another option are the park and ride/ shuttles that will get you to the base of the Bowl and it's a short uphill walk to the entrance. Typically doors will open 1.5-2 hours before the show. There are picnic benches and tables outside and inside the bowl area if you aren't in the garden boxes and people also often bring food to the benches. Seat cushions available to rent as well. Escalators/people movers available for some of the higher seats to help with the hike up.

The GSS when leaving to walk up the stairs he had to wait, as game was in play, while waiting he was more than obnoxious to the man standing next to him and his lady (while he waited ) he started screaming very cllose to his ear "let's go Condors" less than 3 ft away from the man, I literally butted in and told him to chill and he went further up the stairs to continue yelling let's go condors which is fine but just not in someone's ear anyway, hope I never have to deal with this dude personally because it shows you what kind of person he I believe he felt emboldened because he worked there and he had approximately 20 family members there that day but I can tell just in that moment as a Condors employee he's a problem. If not to anyone else to people he doesn't believe deserves respect because he seems to think he's above them as an employee. Anyway we had a good time the food for me was way too expensive but a friend of mine bought me a $2 hot dog this hot dog wasn't worth 15 cents it seem to be overcooked the bun was soft but too moist for a hot dog to be enjoyed so I decided to leave at the beginning of the third quarter when the Condors were down 3-1 and knew it probably wasn't going to get better as we walked out. I had a blast at the Country Night game with my Mom. The outside of Dignity Health is stunning, I love the fountain, spacious plaza, and shiny windows. The entire property is super clean and inviting. I walked in and the Dignity Health event staff were friendly. Everyone had a lovely attitude (minus a gift shop dude) and was very helpful. Our usher/attendant downstairs ( a younger, heavy-set gentleman) was absolutely amazing! He had excellent customer service and was dressed professionally. All ushers had a neat uniform and were instantly recognizable. Our only issue with the venue, is that some of the concourse level is a little bland. It's almost too industrial and needs slightly more color. Thankfully, the arena has plenty of food, concessions stands and pop-ups at almost every corner! We tried the popcorn and it was decent (maybe needs a little more butter). The lady at the popcorn stand was kind. As for main event, we were impressed with the ice, seats, and Jumbotron. I had ample space for my legs and a cushion for my backside. Additionally, I didn't have to squint to see the stats, everything was easy to see from our vantage point. The arena has good lighting and has a family-friendly feel. Shoutout to the family restrooms, those are a lifesaver. Note: Parking on Level 1 of the adjacent parking structure is $20. Parking on every other level (2 and up) is $15. We opted to parking on the second floor as we don't mind walking down the stairs to get to the arena.

Because it's such a popular venue, they keep this place prettty clean, inside and out. The Kia Forum is, however, a bit on the dated side. Not that it's bad, but when you're inside, you will see that the structure of the place does show its vintage style and age. The coliseum itself goes super high - if you get seats on the third-level, be prepared to climb some stairs! There are a lot of steps at this venue - even to the restrooms. The restrooms are about two long flight of stairs, that leads to the restrooms that are basically in the basement. Again, it's clean and maintained, but there are lots of steps. The sound system at my last visit and with previous visits have been great. You will get great sound anywhere in this venue. One of the best, in my opinion! Staff are also friendly here if you have any questions or need to find something. My only gripe with this place are the parking fees. I paid $55 for parking, but it will vary from $25-$55 for general parking, depending on the type of event. It's very steep! There's parking around the neighborhood, but unless you know Inglewood very well, it can get sketchy outside of the venue. Other than that, love Kia Forum!

SoFi is across the street, so the whole area can be crowded during events. It can be difficult to get there from OC or SD, because it's not far from LAX. You may need to go the backways to avoid traffic. Parking is now one of the highest in LA for events. Even prepaying, it was $50! SoFi is even worse ,and so is Dodger Stadium. At least the Greek is only $40 for normal parking. We were in the 100s, and the seats had very little room in between the rows. There was a premium section near us with better seats and more room, but you will pay even more for those seats. Sound was fine. It was weird that you had to go downstairs for the restrooms, luckily there is one set of restrooms with handicap access on the entrance level. We ate before we came, so we didn't have to buy food there. A personal pizza was $19, and a soda was $8.50. Yikes. We only come her for shows where the artist isn't playing anywhere else in SoCal. I would rather drive to Orange County, Riverside, Pomona, or Palm Desert to go to a show, over LA proper.

The ticket I bought included a box lunch which was a sandwich. I wasn't eating for the month of January because I was fasting. But she told me she enjoyed the food which brought me joy! The ambience was very light hearted and it was my first time at the venue. Which was nice. I would totally go back The overall event was great. It inspired me to walk closer to god while learning and applying my knowledge to do his work! They had key motivational Christian speakers come out and speak on different topics! I wished I would have wrote about this sooner because I'm thinking about it and it's causing me mixed feelings. Of what I wanted but why god wanted was something totally different! (Since this is the case, why do they even have a box office?) Additionally, the QR code provided does not link directly to the app. Many audience members may be elderly or might not have access to a smart phone. Their insistence on the app is both ageist and classist, and I'm not sure why a venue this nice is engaging in this exclusionary practice.

Amazing to be that close to the action in a D1 game. They have concessions but didn't get to try those. They have sponsored contests between time outs and periods so keep you entertained. General admission is on one side and cheaper. A lot families and people of all ages. Reserved seating on the other side is more sedated. This is real college basketball with even Vegas lines. My wife is a CSUN grad and I grew up nearby so go Matadors. Can't wait to return!

STINGY, GATEKEEPING STAFF! Oof, this new affiliation with the Rancho Quakes has turned for the…read moreworst. As an Angels fan I was pumped to root for the Quakes and get a "newer" venue. However, the culture of the staff is absolutely different in a bad way. Typically, giveaways with the 66ers in San Bernardino were plentiful and joyous. Not here! I arrived for a Rancho Jersey giveaway and the staff stopped passing out jerseys after a few minutes after the gates opened. There were loads of fans who didn't receive a giveaway item. Meanwhile, staff stored boxes of jerseys away, I saw a dude take some to the back! What?! I absolutely hate when staff store things for themselves. It felt more like a slap in the face when they started distributing tons of rally towels instead of the jerseys. This was planned, this team's front office are cheap penny-pinchers. I arrived early before the game, I know how these events work. This was one of the worst sporting experiences I've encountered. Staff were standoffish and condescending when we asked them what their deal was? I was polite and professional, I don't like these Rancho Karens one bit. At this point, this is a betrayal to the Angels brand. I never have this happen at a major league game. Yes, I know resources vary but this is rude customer service. Only Tremor and Aftershock were chill, this team needs to cool it. I won't be coming here till people fix this mess.
