Nasty drink station everything was out or not working or sticky including the floors
    Chelsey M.

Ok... ok... ok. How do I even begin. . . As an avid Silver monthly Member for over a year we go once to 5 times a month if not a week depending on our child's behavior at school as a reward or is the weathers terrible but we need an outlet. We love going to the "pop-up" events they have and decided to try the Halloween trick o treat one tonight... if you weren't able to attend don't worry YOU DIDNT MISS ANYTHING! Let's begin: Service took forever- due to lack of staff The event was under whelming Overcrowded Not enough staff to upkeep the prize area, salad bar, drink areas, Not to mention 1/2 the restaurant tables were flipped to the side (used to state were closing these areas to keep them clean/ or from being used) The add stated every hour starting at 6 chuck e and his friend would be coming out and handing out candy and partying and taking pictures with the kids... yea we were there from 5-9 and he came out 1 maybe 2 times and my son got 1 piece of candy. We bought the buckets(which they didn't even have them prepared on the floor they had to walk to the very back to get them and then bring them out). But we thought for an event that is selling buckets the kids would be leaving with at least 1/4 maybe even 1/2 their buckets filled nope he got 1 piece of candy. Now Let's then talk about the members treats... we didn't get our "slime cookie" our dip n dots were not as pictured in the display. And rock hard (frost bitten) The staff were broken and looked like they were ready to cry. This was the worst I've ever seen this place in complete disarray. The floor manager I think his name was Ray or Raymond - when asked to step in and assist he said I had to wait for one of the girls to help me as it felt he was not to be bothered.... He went back to the kitchen and started joking with the cooks. Then come to find out at 7:45 the kitchen was announced closed- assuming the night chef was a no show or called out. Again short staffed. So let's wrap this up. Over all HUGELY DISAPPOINTED for the $40 spent for tonight's evening - The 2 hardest workers I saw tonight was Dayton cleaning everything he could keep up with and Sophia. Her first night closing from what I heard she rang people in took orders did tickets got people their dip n dots answered questions etc. Yall need to get Ashley in there more for these events seems like when ever we go and she's working the floors always look good and the staff is always happy. We love walking in and seeing her at the front we know it's a good day to come and play with her there. She truly shows her passion to make every kid feel special and have a good time. She always has a smile on her face even on the crazy chaotic days. Give that girl a raise or give that girl the night managers job because she would have done a better job tonight than he did. Just saying. Do better Chuck E. Cheese please.

I was dissapointed. Maybe my expectations were to high after seeing it got remodeled. From the time you go in, you can smell the old carpet. I waited around 40 minutes for food and when i went to ask the girl working the kitchen. She seemed very bothered. The pizza was thin crust. Was overcooked with burnt areas. French fries not worth it at all. Burnt and no flavor. I got lemon pepper wings and tasted like regular wings no flavor. My celery sticks had a very small mosquito and of course my kids got grosssed out to eat them. Overall prices too high for food quality. In my opinion your better off buying frozen pizza. Taste way better. Games are ok not too many. If you looking for arcades near by. Its ok. I wouldnt come back here. If i do, not for food. Food not worth price. I would prefer Johns incredible pizza. This is way behind them. I arrived at 1210, only about 6 families inside.

Not pictured are the trampoline socks that we paid for at our last visit.

Ehh...So we pay for the Silver pass which is 12$ a month for daily passes basically. As you see in the photo we have all the bells and whistles. We came around 1pm and it was maybe 12 people in the whole establishment. As any 2 year old frequent visitor would my niece put her trampoline socks on and went to play. She was the only baby besides two older girls in there, we never had this issue in Los Angeles but today (our first time here since relocating to the area) two separate men came and said she couldn't jump...one even suggested I go in the jumper and case a two year old around (uhh no lol it's not even that serious). Granted it's the company fault as it should be super discounted if you are a pass holder BUT they were just being too picky. The place was already empty and the girls were playing so nicely. 4 grown men just walking around bored. Hopefully there is a less uptight location we can try out, if not the 12$/month pass and 12$ for the trampoline every visit plus food cost just isn't worth it. Sidenote lol: Some of the games took our tokens but didn't play the games, the seats were dirty AND MOST IMPORTANTLY we were there over two hours and Chuck E. never came out! One of them bored men walking around should have went and got in that suit!

There's no place like Chuck E. Cheese's. My kids truly enjoy the arcade games that are perfect for their size and height. They love the mini rides and I especially enjoy the photo/drawing booth.

The new upgrade has really made my kids experience the upmost best. I booked a birthday party and it was well worth it. The team was friendly and very helpfu.

Such a fun/ cute experience. Definitely brought out my inner kid. The arcade had a good amount of games, good energy, and was perfect for a spontaneous night out. I have passed by this place many times and honestly wouldn't have gone if it wasn't on the card, so I'm glad it pushed me to try something different. Play for adults I believe was $15 for an hour. Unsure how they handled making sure they weren't overcrowded or people were waiting too long to get a chance at the games but they did a great job and I never felt like I had to wait (or wait too long) for a machine to be available. They have a large variety of games from more modern ones like Switchs in the back, older versions of Mario Kart, older games in general like Pac-Man and my personal favorite Burger Time. Loads of pinball machines too. The entire facility (and bathroom) were very clean and the ambient noise was never too loud and I never had to yell to talk to someone next to me. Some games will have slightly sticky or unresponsive switches but it's just what happens with the amount of people that use these machines. We had an issue with a pinball machine and they were very quick to come help fix it and immediately get us back to playing. Overall a solid experience, not what I'd actively look for myself, but would gladly go again if someone else wanted to.

The eating area is spacious and has plenty of tables. The food is actually better than expected - especially the pizza. Reasonably priced as well. The only slight complaint is the very young staff. Seeing my kids eyes light up when I say we are going to Kids World..... PRICELESS!!! Normally, my kids are pretty easy to entertain. Give em an IPad or put on episodes of Bluey and it gives me the time I need to do the dishes, start the laundry and even run the vacuum. But after that's all said and done and the house is magically back in order (for now).... My kids will often say, "Daddy we're bored, can we go somewhere fun?" So we will usually go for a walk or ride their scooters which 9 out of 10 times is just a ploy to get me to take them to our local park. They get me, Every. Single. Time. Other times we will take a dip in our pool, especially now that it's summer. But sometimes not even the park or the pool is what they are looking for in terms of fun. So every now and again I will throw the, "hey do you wanna go to Kids World?" Instantly, their eyes get real big and their smiles get even bigger. For the record... Kids World in Oak Park is truly a Family Fun Center. Known for its indoor "playground" where kids and possibly adults (if you are good at ducking your head) and aren't afraid to get balls thrown at you from the ball pit can really have some fun all while creating good memories for you and your littles. Hey, maybe I'm just a hands on Dad, or maybe I just never really grew up, but I absolutely love just being a big goof and running around like a crazy person chasing my kids in an exciting game of tag. Through the twisty slides, the never ending tunnels, padded barriers, and of course the foam-balled, ball pit.... You and your kids are destined to get have some fun. Plenty of complimentary open tables to host a party; there are of course paid reserved areas available for larger celebrations. My only negative is the Kitchen area... They have a section in the back where it appears they used to have food? Maybe food is coming?? But the last couple of times we've came.... Nothin'. They do allow you to bring outside food and drinks which is nice, but I'm hoping in the future they get the kitchen back up and running. So the next time you feel like rewarding your kid with that play date you've been promising, or maybe you are looking for a fun place to host that birthday party without making your own house a mess... Come check out Kids World Family Fun Center!

What I liked right away was that it's not just a bowling alley--it's more like a full entertainment spot. We were able to bowl, grab some food, and spend time in the arcade all in one place, which made the whole night feel more complete. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, but still fun enough for adults too. Everything felt well-organized, and there was plenty to do even when we took breaks between games. The food and drinks were a nice bonus as well--it's great not having to leave the venue to grab something to eat. You can tell it's designed for groups, whether it's friends hanging out or a family night. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The management is awful, and the lane maintenance is completely subpar. Between my son and I, we have had multiple bowling balls severely damaged by these lanes. One of my balls has suffered damage so extensive that it required a full resurface on four different occasions. Even worse, both of us have brought in brand-new balls, only to have them gouged and damaged on day one of hitting the lanes. Whenever an incident happens, they will address the immediate mechanical issue, but they completely neglect to maintain the lanes to prevent it from happening again. It has become such a frustrating cycle that I actually dropped out of my league. I refuse to pay their high prices just to risk destroying my equipment week after week. Through all of this, management has never once reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. I know it's become such a widespread issue that they recently started fixing ball damage in-house, but frankly, I'd much rather pay out of pocket to take my gear to my trusted pro shop so I know the repairs are done correctly. If you care about your bowling equipment, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
