First and last time here! We came in to bring our twins to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time and thought it would be perfect on a weekday as soon as they opened. It wasn't packed which was great but the service was horrible! First of all the nuggets we ordered with our pizza were burnt and super crunchy! We didn't say anything just pushed them aside and ate our pizza. Then my husband orders himself a beer and a good 20 mins passed and no one brought it out. He goes to counter and girl says oh sorry we will bring out in a bit. We wait another 10-15 mins and we decide to take kids to play and hope drink is there when we come back....played for a good 25 mins and go back to our table and NOTHING! How long does it take to get a beer?! We are ready to leave so we ask them to just cancel drink and refund money.... manager refunded but no apology or explanation why the bad service. The only reason I took away one star is because of the customers. I have taken my kids here several times! The staff is always friendly, the food is great (Get the BBQ Chicken Pizza!) and the prices are amazing (amazing on the games, food is expensive, LOL)! But just got to be careful with the crowd. 95% of the people are cool and are there for their kids.. I think the other 5% got lost on their way to the bar. Not Chuck's fault though. NEVER visit this place on a Saturday! It was absolute chaos! It's full of unsupervised kids running around like zoo animals. Even climbing on the kiddie rides while my kids were on them lol. If it wasn't for my kids being excited about being there I would of walked right out. The place is filthy trash and food everywhere I hardly saw anyone cleaning. The machines kept stealing tokens and tickets every other machine was either busted or stealing it was all but pleasant. The prize line was enormous and they only had one employee on the counter. Spent over $80 and food sucked. Salad bar was half way empty and refilled. All the machines were taking tokens but not giving out the tickets won. The staff was not responsive at all. Had my daughter's 4th. bday here and when I got there it was like a disaster. From a previous party people were still sitting on the tables to where my party was going to take place when I had reserved it 2 weeks prior and had arrived 10 minutes early that. But of course thank god the hostess I had was IMMACULATE AND AWESOME! She apologized and made sure once everything went smoothly after that. And of course I have to say Bry, my hostess and Taylor, the manger were just awesome and great service was given to us that day. I was stressed out at first but Bry made sure my daughter had a great day. Very thankful for a great hostess. This one is way bigger and cleaner than the one in Valencia. I love that everything is 1 token to play and loved the deal they were having with $20 for 100 tokens. A group of kids kept following my son and I around the entire time and jumping in on his games after tokens are inserted. I've never experienced such rude unsupervised children anywhere else! They kept trying to tell me they wanted ice cream, toys, and more tokens. I'm not your mother! And started being rough with my 3 year old. Employees are severely understaffed, the food was a rip off and the ticket counter machine undercounts your ticket amount. I myself counted 150 and the ticket receipt said 130. So crazy how a lot of these reviews explain the same problems I had. read more

We were here for my son's birthday and we had a great time. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. All the food came out quickly and all the kids had fun. It wasn't too crowded and Chuck E. I just wish the management would set the same kind of example as the employees do, because I have noticed how disgustingly the management treats their employees. There is never a time or place to yell at or be disrespectful/rude to your employees. Don't bring them down, push them up. Compliment their work. But no, here at this Chucks the managers are fucking AWFUL to the employee. Especially this one manager who I had noticed would leave the building just to fucking smoke. Are you serious? I had been bringing my daughters here for their entertainment for the past 7 years. I took my daughters 2 weeks ago and it was very disappointing. I will not he going back. The floors/carpet are stinky and you can actually feel the wet, sticky floor. Its dirty and nasty. I don't feel comfortable letting my children play in a place like this again. Where to begin? In January we had a party here and it went smoothly. Today it went to shit even before we got in. Walked in at 2:45 to begin decorating and the employees hadn't even put the table covers on or the name on the reservation board. We had to help put the covers and basically set up. The host came by and took our food order around 3:45 almost one hour after the party is to begin. Pizza takes another 30 mins to come out and they bring one at the time by then time the servers came back out kids were asking for their slice. After that the host is on a hurry to do the cake and the ice cream. Host walks away and then we have another server come and say we need to move. No piñata,no gifts or the ticket cruncher but the sure gave us the bill with a side of move to another table. We asked to speak to the manager and first they bring someone out and then she has to go and get the actual manager. They basically just repeated the same stuff we need to prepare for our next party. Finally we get help from Patty who is probably the only competent worker here. Thanks patty. The whole time we were having a civilized conversation with the manager and patty and then a security guard comes and stands next to us as if were criminals. We asked what he was doing and just said I see you two screaming at them. We told him that was not the case and the manager told him everything was ok but still lingered like a fly in the wall. Last Saturday Sept 28th my local Chuck E Cheese in Southern California had a security breach with the "Kid Check" system. The employee at the door allowed one of my sons to leave with my family not me. The crazy part is only my two sons and I were the only ones with matching numbers. That night I spoke to the manager on duty, the stores General Manager and the young gentleman at the door. The General Manager tried to offer me free tokens and vouchers, mentioned this is a training issue (its not), I do not complain to get free items. I bring this to "Attention" as my child or anyone's child could have been kidnapped. I proceed to ask for corporates information. Since Monday I have left three messages with there Risk Assessment Department and I have yet to hear back. Chuck E. Cheese is not a safe place for children when a child is injured the only thing management offers is brown tissue with ice. What about the child they are left with a scar. My son was injured I informed corporate the only thing management offered was assistance with medical bills. What about compensation for the child's injury which resulted in a facial scar over the eye. After filing a report I never heard back from corporate. Bad place for kids. read more

I would give this nasty place a zero star review if I could. When walking in only one register was open and a line almost out the door. Took 25 minutes to order the food.. I ordered two separate checks for the same party. The cashier told me it is a 40 minute wait for the food after I paid and I said that's fine. The first order came right around the 40 minute mark which was only one cheese pizza for everyone and didn't feed us all. The second two pizzas did not come out after an hour of waiting. I'm vegetarian and ordered the cheese one for me, but had to share it all since the other two took so long. The other two were pepperoni for all the kids since it was my nephews birthday he had to wait so long for his pizza it was upsetting. The cheese pizza was gone and some of our party did not eat and couldn't eat all together so I asked for a manager after an hour she came to the table she stated she would send out the first pizzas that were made which took like 30 minutes longer. I asked for small plates for the cake and she never came and brought them. I asked for cheese and peppers the guy said sure will be right back and he never came back. The place is dirty, salad bar was not filled and was all over the floor.. no ice and the soda was flat at times it dispensed gross water.. also the floor is disgusting and so sticky plus they only have one diet option. The tea machine was dispensing water no tea.. after paying 20.00 for the game cards my nephew was playing and the machines were not dispensing any tickets at all.. he ended up with a nasty candy for $20.00, because there were no tickets dispensing. No one was at the door checking the hand stamps until people were out the door and the manager was yelling across the room to come back. The guard was walking around like she was a badass and ready to arrest someone at a kids place. No one was keeping up with the tables and it was not even packed for all this to occur. It was busy, but I've seen it really busy and never had a problem at other locations. The mouse didn't acknowledge any kids only the reserved birthday party kids. Two hours later the pizza finally arrives and it was greasy and gross had to take grease off for my nephew with napkins..workers are not friendly and they seemed annoyed.. only helping the ones for the reserved party next to us. I complained again to another so called manager and I told him I'm calling corporate to let them know this is not acceptable and he didn't even seem concerned didn't acknowledge me and ask what was wrong.. trash was not being taken out and was all over. Corporate needs to check cameras and see what the workers are doing since they are not running this place right. This place is a waste of money. Will not be going back to the this place again especially to this location. read more

Worse experience ever. The manager was such an grump. the staff was ok. I bought one buffet and a large drink. My 2 daughters one is 2 1/2 the other one is 1, my mom was helping me. I grave my first pizza slices for my girls and started feeding them, I ask my mom to help me by bringing me a salad, I totally forgot I had the bracelet Which meant only I was able to grave food. My mom came back with my salad and the manager had this nasty look!! She told me your mom can't grave food, then she left with an attitude. So I got up an went to get more pizza, next thing I knew the cashier told me the same thing the manager has just told me, ( I was upset because that was already twice) Then my mom had a bite of one of my pizza and next thing I knew the manager came again! She was so angry and told me, your Not allow to share your food!! Then she left. I seriously didn't want to argue with the unprofessional lady. Next thing I knew she was telling All the employee to keep an Eye on my family so I was being fallow when I was playing with my daughters and my mom helping me, I was SO UNCOMFORTABLE I hated being there! I couldn't believe what this lady had started! Only because my mom took a bite of my pizza, I was so annoyed by the employees looking at me like I was stealing something. What made me so upset was that I saw a father using the "Cups" that are only use for WATER! He had them with Soda! And I didn't see the lady going up to him with her nasty attitude! Then I saw a mom using her child's sippy cup putting soda, I didn't see the lady telling her anything or All her employees to keep an eye on them and tell them Off just how she did 3 TIMES!!!! plus one by the cashier. I always come to this CEC! and I have Never being treated like this. At the end I ended not finishing my food and in top of that as I was leaving with my girls and mom she gave this nasty look and I just gave a peace sign. I wish I could give this location a negative 100! Buyer beware! My debit card was swiped so many times at this location that my bank flagged the transaction as fraud. I contacted my bank and told them I recognized the amount and the charge went through. Unbeknownst to me the waiter charged me again. I called the store immediately and everyone I spoke to was rude and the Sr Asst Mgr Theresa was the absolute worst! She basically called me a liar and told me I would have to wait 3-5 days to get the second charge dropped. I asked to speak to the General manager and was told she was not in. Theresa said she would have her call me tomorrow. We shall see. Over the last twenty years I have been to chuck e cheeses in several cities across the country and this one was nasty dirty and the manager was just as nasty. The absolute worst Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to. My family and I arrived at this establishment at about 3:00 pm Tuesday for my son's 5th birthday. The restaurant smelled awful and was dirty. The woman at the front was rude. We stood in the line waiting to order and the woman sorting the tokens into cups asked if we were waiting to order (i guess because we were watching her as my son was interested in why she was putting them into cups) I said we were and we she pointed at the line and said we needed to stay there. I told her thanks and she pointed again and slowly said to me "You need to be in that line" . I took a small step to the right and she went back to counting the tokens. The girl taking the orders was inpatient about my son being distracted by Chuck E Cheese dancing behind us. We ordered. When we get to seating, there were 2 open, clean tables. The out of the other 10 tables, 3 were being used and the other 7, S-E-V-E-N, were atrocious. On the other side, near the younger kids games there was 1 used table and the rest were also covered in trash. A child threw up while we were there (it happens) and their idea of cleaning it up was spraying a solution and picking it up with napkins. There was no further solution used to clean or even cover up the smell from the reminisce. Then, in an attempt to bring the state of the store to the managers attention, I spoke with him briefly before he was needed to fix another broken machine. he politely excused himself and told me to wait right where I was and he'd be right back. I waited. And waited. And waited. He fixed the machine, spoke with another customer, walked through a door and I did not see him for the remainder of my visit. I was at this establishment for 2 HOURS and when I had left, the tables still weren't clean and it still smelled like puke. I wish there was a no star with a way to still leave comments. read more

I hate to give a bad review but I spent way too much money in this place and one too many things went wrong. It was a birthday party. I know we have two hours reservation, they where late and everything was rushed. Chuck E. Seemed to be hung over from the night before and was not exited to be there. Our host was great happy and cheerful, I do apreaciate her enthusiasm. Most of the arcade games kept showing error, had to chase the tech around the whole time, most of them where not fixed after we left. only two ticket machines available, had to wait a long line to redeem the tickets. The last straw. We brought home the left over cake, the next morning after it had been in the fridge over night, it smelled like rotten fish.
