There are a lot of rules like no music even though it's a private room and they charge for every little thing. Even using a plastic cake cutter would cost $4. The party room is drab. It definitely looks like a warehouse, no fun colors or images at all. I would suggest you bring a lot of decorations so the room can look full and party like for your experience if you're party is held in the bigger room. I would definitely recommend it but ideally it'd be one hour of play, then the party room, & then another hour of play because after the party, the kids wanted to go back and play and were really disappointed it was all over.

They have computers to the right of the front enterance so you can sign your liability waivers. You pay per jumpers and $5 for socks. There's claw machines and they actually work. I won 5 rubber ducks all at once, oh yeah! There's a robot that makes your ice cream. The place could use some upgrades and cleaning but overall it's okay considering how big the place is and how many kids go there on a daily basis. They do special toddler hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. It's more than just trampolines. Theres obstacle courses, a swing, dodge ball, a foam pit, basketball, etc. We've come here for birthday parties as well and it's super fun. They offer monthly passes. I highly suggest coming here. It's fun for the whole family.

That's not to mention the outdated playground where there are random nails or equipment ripping off that could seriously hurt someone if they land on it. This place is a nightmare, and I never come here. Showing up for the party was questionable; I almost did not go because of how this place is. I don't recommend it to anyone. I never bring my kiddos here even if they do have some fun here, hence the 2 stars. Food is overpriced as well; 6 dollars for soda? Water? I left for 7-Eleven to buy water and chips for less than 1 bottle of water from here. Plus they advertise hot food but can't make it. It's because their oven is broken. Like, what? It was very dark, looked unkempt, didn't smell good, and they were playing Ride Wit Me by Nelly, which is definitely not a kid-friendly song! The service was very good, staff very attentive, streamlined process for everyone and everything. Not to mention very clean. Later that same day I had realized I lost two hundred dollar bills somewhere and I was at dinner with an empty wallet. I went I to full panic and almost wrote it off because I had little faith I would find it. For the heck of it, I called scooters to see if maybe I dropped it there and the staff said they'd look around and call me back. I got a call back wayyyyyyy after hours for the establishment telling me they found it and that they'd hold it for me as long as I needed. They even opened the doors for me after hours to give it back. Scooters jungle is not only an amazing place for children but also tended to by people who care about their relationships with their patrons. Out of principle I will be having my next kids event there, because they go above and beyond.

I especially enjoyed the two different playrooms, since they offer different environments and activities for kids to enjoy. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the experience even made me consider hosting a party at their location. Many of the adults had as much as the kids. The regal package plus some time in the "secret basement" with VR and gaming was a major hit. The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and treats. We were able to use time before to set up and the staff of 7 was very helpful in all of it for the full 4 hours. DJ took our Playlist and was easy to find when we needed announcements. Parking was a little tricky but manageable. The venue is pretty spectacular. 3 floors plus a bonus basement floor (as an add on) made it more than memorable. It was a steep price but it is certainly worth it to do once for a child. Perfect for 30-40 children plus 80-100 adults, depending on the package you with. Unfortunately there is no negotiation on price. Everything is firm but at the end of the day, they are upfront and honest about the cost so just plan, save, and make it count. Highly recommend to try once. It's more than a celebration. It's an event!
