They have computers to the right of the front enterance so you can sign your liability waivers. You pay per jumpers and $5 for socks. There's claw machines and they actually work. I won 5 rubber ducks all at once, oh yeah! There's a robot that makes your ice cream. The place could use some upgrades and cleaning but overall it's okay considering how big the place is and how many kids go there on a daily basis. They do special toddler hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. It's more than just trampolines. Theres obstacle courses, a swing, dodge ball, a foam pit, basketball, etc. We've come here for birthday parties as well and it's super fun. They offer monthly passes. I highly suggest coming here. I went on 1/11/26, and both my car and my friend's car were broken into while we were inside. When we reported it, employees told us that there are no cameras covering all parking areas, which meant there was little to no help or accountability. If you choose to come here, be extremely careful where you park, especially after dark, and do not leave anything in your car. While the experience inside was fine, the lack of parking lot security is a serious issue.

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.
