I knew what cash I took only because i just took it out at vons and headed straight to the complex. had $200 in cash on me. I handed her $100. Clearly she was side tracked but what was weird is when we returned, to tell her about the money, her bf (who she was on phone with) had shown up and some of his friends to hang while she worked. But we have to pay to watch our kids?? but this young girl working can have her bf show up and his friends all while not doing the best job while handling money?!!! Since she said she wasn't sure and didn't remember I took it as a loss. Only 3 adults and 4 toddlers 5 and under. I should've gotten $79 back but got $29. I didn't think to check because I was tending to my kids and when I saw the $20 on the outside of my change, I just expected the rest would be in the cash I got back but basically I lost out on $79 all because she was preoccupied. One more thing, please add covering over entire parking lot. In OC we have coverings over all parking but it's hotter In Palmdale so I'd say cover accordingly. This park has a lot of hidden dangers…read more My husband got slammed on his lip and his wrist with the heavy yellow swing protection part of the swing, which came down to hit him when he was putting my daughter into the swing and when he was trying to take her out. In addition, baby swing is hung so high that it's difficult to even place the baby/children into the swing. Maybe it's intended for teenagers. Another reason is, there's a lot of broken parts of the playground slide, which is not maintained for safety. Lastly, there's parts of the part that is not completed or us missingparts.

It was so easy to sign up, pay and sign waivers. All online! Staff/Owners are AMAZING!!!!!! I came in after a really long week and noticed there wasn't a vending machine around. I was just getting ready to head out when I decided to ask why this was. ONE OF THE GUYS TOOK OFF, BOUGHT US ALL WATER AND A PILE OF YUMMY SNACKS!!!! We didn't ask for any of it! A group of us had our kids attend the baseball and softball camps they offered…read more Softball was cheaper ($60/day) and ran for 4 hours. It seemed to be more organized than Baseball camp. The coaches had the girls on a good pace with running drills. Baseball camp was 4.5 hours, cost more ($80/day) and did less. There was more down time than expected. Between snack time and lunch time, the kids were either sitting around, goofing off, or playing dodgeball. I didn't really observe much baseball exercises. When I did see some hitting exercises, the coaches never critiqued or complimented any child at bat. With pitching, the coach did give some advice, though. I'm not sure if this is how their camps usually run, but we won't be returning. Some positives about this place? It's indoors and there's a makeshift waiting area. The coaches are nice and very chill. I'm sure this place is great. I read some of the reviews. Sadly, we didn't have the same experience.

The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.
