The parking is free and right next to the play area. It feels secluded and somehow also right in the middle of everything. The only thing missing is a bathroom and while I understand that it's prevent homeless people from moving in, it does limit the amount of time that anyone can hang out here (especially with littles). Still a nice place to enjoy a coffee or picnic and let the kiddos play.

Infant swings, big kid swings, playground, jog path, grass, bathrooms, basketball courts, etc. The not so pretty: This is Anaheim, so you're going to come across druggies even during the day not to mention at night. While pushing my son on a swing, noticed some sketchy folks walking by just staring at him. So we ended up leaving within 30 minutes of coming. There were plenty of other kids/families nearby using the playground too, but I just didn't like the vibe at this park. YMMV.

That's quite a lot to offer the community and still be in pretty decent shape. It's probably not always the safest area but it's not that bad. I come here for the racquetball courts. There are 4 courts which cost $10 per hour and there is even a balcony where you can watch the games down below. That's pretty cool but it sucks that if you try to hit off of the back wall your ball may go to another court so be careful. The floors and walls are in good condition and taken care of. I've actually seen a lot worse. They even have little lockers outside of the courts so you aren't tripping over anything while on the court. I just wish the hours were more flexible for the courts. Right now I believe they are open until 9 M-Th, 6:30 on Fri/Sat, and closed Sundays. (53/100)

I wish there was a way to reserve the courts or limit the usage for each court to allow others to have a chance to play too. The City of Buena Park recently hosted Easter 2026 here and it was wonderful. The park was large enough for different set ups. Even though there was a great turn out, there was sufficient room to stretch out and enjoy the outdoors. It was nice seeing the park transformed into an event space.

There are multiple tennis courts, basketball courts, handball courts, baseball fields, restrooms, and two kids playgrounds. It also has a swimming pool which is something I don't see often at other parks. The park is also a place for summer camps. There are multiple large grassy areas and during the summer it's used to place outdoor stages for events. During the summer there are free concerts every Wednesday during June and July. This is a really nice and big park that has a lot of amenities.

There's limited parking spots but plenty of street parking and it's located next to the 5 fwy. off Lincoln and Manchester. The restrooms are in a brick building and the toilet seats are made of metal so it feels like jail in there. Also, they don't have soap dispensers so bring your own soap or anti-bacterial gel. This park is also down the street from Disneyland. It's a straight shot either down Walnut or Manchester, so if you're here around 9:25 p.m. in the summer time or on the weekend you have a great view of the fireworks.

There are 400+ steps to climb up and down. The steps are made of timber but could be wet and slippery from early morning dew, so I feel that a late morning trek is better when the stairs are dry. On my second visit, I went around 6 PM. Although the stairs are well lit, I just did not feel safe. I found myself alone at one point and looking behind me, checking if someone is coming out of the dark bushes. Maybe it's just me... But overall, if you would like to hit your 10K steps and/or your target heart rate, this is a fun way to go!
