The staff Jonathan up front, Adrian in the room and Wyatt in the party room were all top notch! The kids loved the games Adrian helped set up, Jonathan helped unload my car with all of the food and decorations and he also labeled all of the gifts so they were easy to see who they were from when we got home. Wyatt did a great job with the food, setting out decorations and making sure every kid was taken care of with pizza and cake! We had 50 people total between kids and adults and it was a breeze. Such a cute spot to celebrate your little ones! We hosted our nephew's birthday here and it was perfect. They have jumpers, a slide, and plenty of toys to keep the kids busy. If you want to celebrate without stressing about cleanup, this is the place. You bring your own decorations and food, and while the kids play, the staff sets up a party room and decorates it beautifully. I believe you get about 2 hours of playtime and an hour for food. Came here for my nephew's birthday. Didn't know about this place beforehand and didn't know what to expect. We were in the jr area and it was such a great experience. Everything is thought of; from the check in and gift check in, host that organizes games for the kiddos, music playing, and the party set up. Really appreciated that the place didn't smell funky like other play places and everything was very clean. We had a wonderful experience here for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The staff were very professional and friendly, and everything happened very efficiently. My daughter and her friends (and several parents) had so much fun in the Village Arena and it was so nice as the host to have everything taken care of for us, we didn't have to do anything other than bring the cake and party favors. The staff took over everything from unloading supplies from our car, setting up and cleaning up the eating space, to serving the kids their food to packing everything up and loading it back into our car. Instead of showing concern or offering any help, the manager coldly stated it wasn't their fault because "everyone signs a waiver." This response was not only inhumane, it was deeply unprofessional. There was zero empathy for the child or her family. I will never support this business again. Parents, please be aware--this could happen to your child. A waiver does not excuse a business from having safe and properly maintained equipment. read more

We came here for our neighbor's birthday party and, for the most part, had a great time. We have absolutely no complaints about the bounce/play area. It was large, and had tons of different options that could accommodate both toddlers (our youngest was 1.5 years) all the way up to teenagers (though our 7 year old had fun on the 'scarier' slides no problem). It's even well accommodated for parents who need/want to accommodate their kids on some of the blow up play areas. Now, for the downsides. I have 2 really. First is the parking. It's really small. I'm sure on weekdays it's very easy to find parking, but with our party being in the afternoon on a Saturday, and there being several other parties going on that day, it was tough to find a place. We found the very last spot and it was in the far far corner of the shared parking lot. Other people, on the other hand, I saw go back and forth several times hoping something would come up. Plan accordingly & if you're booking a party, try to get a morning slot so your guests can find better parking options. The second is the bathrooms. From what I could see, there was only two single use bathrooms for all the party rooms. That meant lines of people waiting to use the restrooms. And if you have small kids, you know how they aren't the best at holding it in. I saw several parents who were scrambling to try & get their kids in as quickly as the could, only to find they were going to have to wait their turn. But, I would still call those somewhat 'minor' negatives. In all, our 1.5, 4, & 7 year olds all had a blast. And I looked like everyone else there did too. Scooter's is a great place to bring the whole family to let off some energy. read more

I want to share my experience with Scooters Jungle, which was my third visit and sadly, it will be my last. To keep it straightforward, I purchased the largest package along with the biggest room and even bought goody bags. I had been informed previously that if I brought in outside food, there would be a $15 catering fee. No problem, I thought - I would order adult meals from outside and let Scooters handle the kids' food. So, I ordered individual pollo bowls for the adults, thinking it would be quick and easy since all Scooters would have to do is distribute the bowls. To my surprise, they charged me an extra $125 simply because the meals were individually packaged! They didn't have to do anything at all! I was even prepared to serve the bowls myself, having spent nearly $1,000 already. Rather than pay that fee for a service that required no effort on their part, I ended up having to pass the bowls outside myself after the party was over!!! It wasn't about the money; it was about the principle of the matter. The manager, Jasmine, kept reiterating that it was policy, but it just didn't make sense to me. If they had to do extra work, I could understand, but these bowls were ready to be served. Even my hosts couldn't grasp the reasoning behind this charge and continued to apologize. Our party host/staff member, Lucy, was an incredible help today! This is our second time having a party at SJ and we are thankful for their party expertise in setting up with us, hosting the party and cleanup. As a parent, it's great to have someone else watching the clock to keep things moving along. They took care of the food, gifts (even numbering them for thank yous) music and gathering kids to transition them between activities. The kids (and adults) always have a lot of fun and the kids never want to leave! Well worth the investment! For us, the Jr Arena is the room to be in so that kids have unlimited playtime, can eat, and then head back to play. Kids and adults have access to a toddler play area, giant slide, inflatable obstacle course, zip line table hockey and ping pong table. Great for all ages. Had my daughter's birthday party here last December. The venue was great, food was fine. Service was 7/10 and I say that because I worked at a similar establishment in my early 20's & I know it can be a handful taking care of large parties. Our server was nice but not as attentive as I would've liked. Considering the cost to have a party here I just would've appreciated a little bit more attentiveness overall & more transparency- a lot of the time I found myself looking for staff to ask questions and multiple girls working there just had an attitude and seemed bothered to help. The main reason why I wanted to write this review as well was I noticed when the girl who checked us out at the end of the party (who also had an attitude the whole time) ended up adding extra money for a tip that I didn't authorize on my credit card. When I was paying the balance she asked me if I would like to leave a tip to which I responded I left a tip in cash with the server, she said okay great. After we left I realized she still processed an extra $20 on my credit card as a tip for the server; and it's not about the money it's about the principal. I then emailed Scooter's jungle in the following days asking to please be contacted by a manager, and no one ever reached out. I tried calling as well and was never able to get through to a manager! So although we had a fun experience over all I just really really didn't appreciate that whole tip situation along with the unnecessary attitude from multiple staff members (mainly the girl checking us out). Overall fun place, staff could be a trained in customer service and lot more effectively. read more

Came on an open play day for 1.5 hours and everyone had a blast! We played in their "monkey room" which had 4 large inflatables to choose from, ping pong table and an air hockey table. They also had this dark room with a poorly projected video game that didn't work or was unintuitive. We were stomping on a whack a mole style game but nothing was happening so that was a bust. Luckily their inflatables and service make up for it. Plenty of benches around for parents to rest on and really good attentive service. Attendant quickly gave me one of their diy ice packs (frozen wet paper towel in a ziplock bag) for my daughter when she got hit in the face by the tethered inflatable ball. I also saw the attendant hand out bandaids to other parents if their kids had minor burns from the inflatables. By the end of the allotted time I heard a kid tell his mom he was ready to go and my own children didn't have a bad attitude about leaving either, I didn't even hear an, "Aw, man!" 1.5 hours was the perfect amount of time! The inflatables can be a little slippery but you can't take your socks off for sanitary reasons. If you have grippy socks from those trampoline parks or barre classes, those would work best here. Hope their drinking water fountain is working next time or that they get a refillable water bottle station in each play room. Small parking lot right outside entrance but it does look like they have an overflow parking lot next to it. read more

This is the third birthday party we have hosted at Scooter's Jungle for my daughter throughout the years. We will host another one tomorrow and that will be a separate review of course. From check in to play time at the Village Arena everything was smooth, fun and hands on by the staff. The kids were entertained from beginning to end. Nat made sure to include all 15 kids to several games like Tug of War, Red Light Green Light, Tag and Freeze Tag to name a few. She also participated in all the games. Nat even took the awesome group photo attached. We requested to come into the dining area early to help set up. We need time for prayers for the birthday celebrant and blessing of the food. When it came to the dining area, we were able to come in a little early to help set up. My mom and aunts helped set up the cake table, tables, utensils (as we brought our own plates, cups, napkins, paper towel and utensils) water bottles and food. We wanted to make sure food was properly set up. Matt helped distributing pizza to the kids and made sure all 4 pitchers of drinks were replenished. After singing "Happy Birthday" and fanning out the candles, Matt helped slice and serve our guests. At the end we made sure all our guests had food to go including the awesome staff that helped us. Can't wait for my daughter's party tomorrow with her classmates and friends. My nephew and my niece will also be booking their birthday parties here this coming July and August so we will be back a few more times in the coming months.
