I really wanted to have a good experience with Imagine City Valencia because I had previously been a member and wanted to support a local children's business, but our daughter's birthday party was extremely disappointing. We paid an additional $50 specifically for early setup. When we arrived, another party was still taking place, the facility was not ready, and we were unable to begin setting up as planned. They did refund the $50, which was appropriate, but by the time we were actually able to get started we had only about 15-20 minutes to prepare before guests arrived. The facility was also dirty when we entered and had an unpleasant smell. On top of that, the four 2-liter sodas that were supposed to be included with our package were never provided. The way they manage the three-hour party period also needs to be much clearer. They advertise three hours of party time, but staff expect you to have your guests out, decorations removed, belongings packed, and everything finished by exactly the end of those three hours. If teardown time is included within the three-hour rental, customers should be clearly told this before booking. As the party was ending, young staff members repeatedly followed us and reminded us about the time while we were trying to manage children, say goodbye to guests, gather gifts, remove decorations, and pack our belongings. It became extremely annoying and made us feel like we were being pushed out rather than treated like paying customers. What really bothered me was that while our guests--including children--were still leaving, staff came out with wet mops and began mopping the floors. It felt disrespectful to our guests and also created a completely unnecessary slip hazard while families were walking out. There was simply a lack of organization throughout the entire experience: the venue wasn't ready, our paid setup time didn't happen, the facility wasn't properly prepared, items included in our package were missing, we felt pressured throughout the ending of the party, and cleanup began before our guests had even left. Several parents attending our party told us they had been considering Imagine City for their own children's birthdays. Based on what we experienced, I told them I personally could not recommend booking a party here. I hope management takes these complaints seriously because the concept is great, but the organization and customer service surrounding parties need significant improvement. read more

I reserved and hosted a private party at this location today and things went pretty well. We had about 50-60 people attending and it was spacious enough for the adults in the party room as well as the play area for the kids. I was initially told that staff would not help with tear down but thankfully they did help tear down the very minimal wall decor we had. The party room definitely requires a lot of imagination and I really wish they gave more time for setup, especially given the location in the mall and how far you have to walk from the entrance for each trip to and from the car just to get things into the place- which you then of course have to unload and then set up. I highly suggest measuring prior to planning decor and bringing some extension cords as there are only 2 outlets in the party room and they are a good distance from the tables you are given to use. The benches at each table hold 4 adults per bench. My kids love to come here even on a regular, non-party day and have lots of fun at this little town. There is so much for them to do that they can spend hours here without getting bored. read more

Just had my girl's 7th birthday here and everyone had the best time. Our guest varies in age, some toddlers, some elem and middle schoolers and they all enjoyed hanging out in the play area (which is clean and sanitized. Staff was so helpful and kept the place organized even with the kids play to their heart's content. Lots of places to sit for parents to hang out and supervise the kids who are playing. The party area was so spacious with alot of counter spaces. The grown ups had places area to sit and catch up. Very fairly priced too. It was the best choice! Highly recommended. read more

Amazing place to take your little one to play! I love that they keep this location clean & well monitored at all times. There is plenty for your child to do from riding the train to playing with bubbles to playing in the fun play setups. I also just went to a birthday party here & was very impressed with the whole setup along with everything the provide for parties all for a very reasonable price. They offer a membership option or same day play pass which is also very reasonably price & worth every penny. Location is easy to find & parking is not an issue as it is located in the mall. I took my 2 year old son to Imagine City for the first time and he had a blast! Staff go above and beyond to clean the facility. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It was difficult for my son to leave, he easily spent 2 hours there exploring. Fast forward to a few months later we signed up for the learning center program. This is a half day class, 3 days a week for preschool readiness for ages 2-5. My son is really enjoying it. He looks forward to learning and socializing with his classmates. The instructor Melissa and her assistant Juwon are excellent. They are patient, kind, and engaging. My son is learning so much. I've noticed a big improvement in his vocabulary, attention during tabletop activities, and fine motor skills. read more

Kids wanted to ride the train again and they were told no. We have gone 3 times this week because my son who has Down Syndrome enjoys it so much. Imagine City is clean and a safe place for him to play. We have known Melissa (The owner) for year as our oldest used to attend her daycare. We know how much pride and care Melissa and her family takes to run each of their locations. Their staff is always incredibly friendly and keep reminding me to purchase the membership, because I keep forgetting haha. It's also really nice that they have their own bathroom because anyone who goes to the mall knows bathroom locations are never convenient. We will continue to go back! read more

We reserved the venue for our daughter's 6th birthday and it was such an amazing time! The side room with provided tables and chairs was perfect. We had about 20 kids and their parents and everyone fit perfectly! We were able to reserve the venue for 3 hours. This included drinks and pizza. We provided some of our own food (subs, fruit, salad & drinks) The staff is AMAZING! I can't express how on top of everything they were. We could not believe how friendly and helpful each staff member was. We hired a character and also a face painter, but even without them there is so much for the kids to do. I love this place. This place is great for my child to get all of his energy out so he can get a long restful nap at night. The only concern I have about this place is if there's a kid that has to hunch down to go over the doors they do not belong there and they are too old. I was there not too long ago and there were some kids that were not supposed to be in the kids playing area that were very rough. I hope you guys can change your rules.. read more

Aisha is absolutely amazing!! She goes way beyond checking you in collecting your money and letting you pay for the two hours. She interacts with the kids. She has a fantastic attitude, and you can generally tell she enjoys what she does. She also does a good job about keeping all the gates closed so none of the kids runoff. She's also always cleaning which makes me feel very safe being in such a high germ area for kids. read more

A really unique spot. I hesitate to review because I don't want everyone to go! My 5 year old loved picking up the mail from the post-office and delivering it to each house. He also loved fixing the car, performing surgery on the dolls in the medical center, and the periodic bubbles dropping from the ceiling may have been his favorite. I left a review to warn people because no one deserves to be accused of lying when all I did wrong was get a membership at your business, you can charge whatever amount you want that doesn't change the fact that you acted unprofessional because you felt a treat to your business when that wasn't the case, after you treated me as a liar then yes I left a review since I wasn't being heard and was unfairly treated. This was our second time visiting imagine city. My son is 20 months old. The first visit was not too crowded.. this time was more packed than usual. Due to Summer break I'm sure. The attendant is great. We had her last time as well. But I didn't catch her name. As we are playing, there were 2 people walking around sanitizing. Amazing. My only complaint is, there should definitely be an age limit. The majority of children that go are, I'd say 5 and under. Today there were multiple big kids playing. And most of them had no care about the little kids being around. Knocking them over, not letting them down the slides, using foul language, and banging on the facades. And I know it's the parent's responsibility to parent, but I think this place should definitely have age restrictions in place. Overall.. we will be back. But maybe once the crowds die down some! read more

They take cleanliness as one of their top priorities and when we would leave an area, there was a staff member right behind our tracks straightening up and sanitizing for the next kids. First time here at imagine city. Brought my 5 year old and she absolutely loved it. Great place for imaginary play and fun. The staff is nice and the owners are very sweet. The train seems to go around every 15-20 minutes. They have four bubble machines on the ceiling that goes off from time to time for a bubble party. They are constantly cleaning and wiping things down. Very clean and functional. Not a huge space but you can easily be here for more than an hour for fun. Recommend for anyone with little ones. There's a diner, two houses, a medical center, fire station, market and gas/ car service station. Fake grass through out and really safe. read more

My girls loved the slide in the Firehouse and the addition of the tree house and that it has a movie playing was amazing! We love visiting Imagine City! We go almost weekly with friends and family and always have a great time. We met Melissa yesterday and she was so friendly. You can tell she is enthusiastic about this concept. The train goes around every 15-20 minutes and the staff always makes sure the exhibit is cleaned around that time as well. if I could give this place zero stars I would, but unfortunately, the lowest rating I can give is one. I really don't understand what's going on here. This place has gone completely downhill. I don't know what happened to all the old workers but these new ones are not it. This place is ran by teenagers who come off as rude and condescending. Our last few visits have been very disappointing. there are not many options in this city for indoor play so I'm hoping something better opens up soon. Love how attentive the business owner is! I love how quickly he resolved the issue and my concerns. He genuinely cares. And I love all their employees for that matter. Like I mentioned before, the employees are all so nice, attentive and constantly wiping down the toys and items. It's super clean in there. Both my kids ask to come here every day! First visit during the week was a success. The area is a decent size and it's well maintained. There were 2 or 3 employees constantly picking up the toys and organizing them to their respective places. They also kept sanitizing everything which was very much appreciated! The kids enjoyed the Lego race room towards the rear; only downfall is you can't see the kids across the main area when you're in the Lego room so you have to pick one at a time if you have multiple. The train goes around the main area twice every 10-15 mins or so and is very cute for the kiddos. The bubble machines are also turned on every 15 mins or so and they make for an exciting couple of minutes. We'll be back to try storytime with a character!' read more
