While looking for a place to celebrate a milestone bday for me, my brother happened upon this gem of a place called the Venue Valencia. First off both Denise and Tamara are 2 of the most friendly and warmest coordinators I have ever met. They greeted my family and were super fun and respectful of our time. They went over the current packages to meet both my needs and my budget. Which you dont find alot these days. We were going with a Casino night set up and hosting a large number of people. There is alot of parking spaces here at this location which was awesome, as alot of other places i looked into were trying to include a valet service in their fee.:( They have a patio area next to their building and we used both for the casino tables and games. The decor was awesome, they really know how to make everything look fancy and stand out. Got nothing but rave reviews from my guests, and everyone loved how spacious and roomy the area was. Both Denise and Tamara worked with us to make our event a success and they kept in touch the whole way thru. Denise even helped get me a jumpy house for the kids at the last min which saved the day for us to keep the kiddos entertained. I hosted my bridal shower at Venue Valencia, and Denise and Tamera were absolutely incredible to work with! From the very beginning, they were extremely organized, professional, and attentive. They hosted a walkthrough with me, listened to my vision, and genuinely cared about making my shower as perfect as possible. They were both so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. When I arrived on the day of my shower, everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned it and even better! It was such a relief to be able to walk in and see everything beautifully taken care of. The photo booth is definitely a MUST! I highly recommend going with the "Just Show Up" Package; it was absolutely worth it and made everything so easy. I brought in Stonefire Grill for the food, and everything worked out perfectly! I cannot recommend Venue Valencia enough. I would absolutely host another event here in the future! I explored several venues in Santa Clarita to find the perfect spot for a Christmas bazaar that would accommodate 35 vendors, and I eventually discovered Valencia on Old Road. From the moment we arrived, Tamara and Denise greeted us with infectious positivity. They were incredibly helpful and organized throughout the planning process. A month before the event, we had a styling consultation that gave us great peace of mind, as we finalized all the measurements and arrangements for our vendors. They offered a variety of options, such as opening early, and even set up a photo booth with a ring light and Santa. They graciously allowed us to use a TV monitor for one of our vendors, and their support didn't stop there; they were present throughout the entire event, readily available to make adjustments like tweaking the air conditioning. I appreciated how easily accessible they were--every time I called, they picked up without hesitation. Their joyful demeanor added such a positive vibe to the venue, we found ourselves chatting with them long after the event was over. We felt so fortunate to have discovered them for our Christmas bazaar. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue to our friends and family. On the day of the event, many of our guests were asking for their contact information, captivated by the stunning location and the option to utilize the entire patio area. Best venue ever we were a little skeptical at first because there were not enough photos of the venue and honestly it is so beautiful and I like that it's a blank canvas and you can make it your own and I love that there's also an outdoor area that you can use. We had our baby shower here in April 2024 and it was amazing. Denise and Tamera were the best team! we literally didn't have to worry about anything. they made the whole process so easy and for me being so pregnant. The last thing I wanted to worry about was thinking too much and everything was taken care of. We did bring in our own floral centerpieces and a few other things to extra personal but overall everything was perfect and exactly as we envisioned this day. We highly recommend everyone and anyone to come and take a look at the venue. You will not be disappointed. Also, one thing I would like to point out is that you don't have to worry about there being enough parking because there's more than enough and the location where this Venue is located is perfect! 10/10 Thank you, Valencia venue! read more

If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had my baby shower here, and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything The Venue provided. An amazing space, both indoor and outdoor. It's everything you want/need to host an event. The owners of "The Venue" are extremely professional and make it a point that they take the service they provide very seriously. Leading up to and on the day of the event, they were extremely helpful in everything went as planned and as smooth as possible. On the day of my event, there was unfortunately a power outage on the entire street. The owners notified me immediately. When I arrived with my wife and friends to set up for the event, the owners were doing everything in their power to find a solution (i.e. calling Edison, looking for back up generators). Luckily the electricity did return an hour or so prior to my event and everything went great. Throughout the entire event, all my guests were honestly taken back at how nice the event space was. We had a consultation weeks before the event to select the tablescapes and share our theme. They came extremely prepared and had many themes set up for me to choose from. From the initial space tour, to the design consultation, and the actual event -- everything was executed perfectly from start to finish!
