    Wow this place is amazing! The event was just what we were looking for. Now let's talk about the atmosphere, just beautiful and the design makes you feel like you left the country. What a fresh concept. The customer service is astounding. I highly suggest you book this place for your next event. Could not be more grateful.

We highly recommend this venue to all our friends and family who are planning on getting married. The venue is more of an intimate yet accommodating size and convenient if you are planning on having both the ceremony and reception in the same location. Highlights that we loved: 1. There is an upstairs bar that we still get compliments about from our guests! 2. The bridal and grooms suite are beautifully decorated. 3. The bar services provided exactly what we wanted for our guests to have a great experience. We also added on the champagne wall. So unique and a nice touch. 4. The natural beauty of the venue made it so that we could focus on high quality flowers rather than feeling like we needed to decorate everything ourselves. As a plant lover, the plant wall is STUNNING. 5. We wanted our pup to share our day and they are dog friendly! The most important thing for us was that we booked a vendor that would be responsive and be able to provide us with a buildable package. Hart and Main was able to provide just that! I had been to several different locations and viewed many reception halls and banquets, but nothing compared to Kelly's! As soon as I walked into the Banquet, I was amazed at the space, quality, and comfort I immediately felt, and an eager to book it! I really liked Kelly and Mike especially. I knew I was in good hands. I want to give thanks to the lovely Kelly and her father Mike for being so accommodating and welcoming during the entire process before my wedding and on the day. As for any bride the time anticipating can be over load. But they gave me peace of mind every step of the way. I knew my wedding day was going to be amazing because Kelly's was so gracious enough to help me find a videographer, and florist, who I ended up booking and we're AMAZING and simply a pleasure working with. Also right after we tried our food tasting dinner. Yes! Dinner. We privately, my parents, husband and I were each given our own plates for tasting. I've never experienced anything like it. It was private and intimate. We had dinner, with every taste of the menu on our plates with our own personal choice of beverage! Spectacular. We all felt very special. I have been meaning to write this review because I believe future customers should know what to expect, particularly when dealing with the owner, Elena. During the booking process, Elena came across as sweet, caring, informative, and down-to-earth. However, once we signed the contract and informed her that we planned to use our own trusted vendors--professionals we have worked with successfully for multiple family events--the experience began to change. Some of the issues we encountered included: 1. Our vendors were treated as if they were her subordinates rather than independent professionals hired by us. 2. The seating layout was set up incorrectly despite reviewing and confirming the arrangement with her beforehand. 3. Her interactions with our guests were often rude, loud, and unprofessional. She made it very clear that she was the owner of the property and expected everyone to know it. 4. While her staff was serving guests, I requested that ice water be provided. The response I received was, "You didn't pay for it, haha," followed by, "No, we're not going to do it." 5. Elena's camera crew and photographer frequently overshadowed and interfered with our own photography team. The most disappointing part is that the venue itself is beautiful. The ranch is stunning and creates a wonderful atmosphere for special events. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the owner's behavior. One incident that particularly stood out involved a guest who brought a bottle of whiskey, unaware of the venue's policies. Before even greeting us, Elena approached the table, took the bottle directly from the guest's wife's hands, and began scolding them as if they were children. This couple are successful professionals in their late 40s and deserved to be treated with courtesy and respect. Thankfully, my daughter was unaware of most of what transpired and was able to enjoy her special day. However, many of our guests commented afterward on how rude and unprofessional Elena was throughout the event. If you choose to book this venue, understand that you are hosting your event in someone's home and will be subject to the owner's rules and management style. The property itself is beautiful, but our experience with its management left us extremely disappointed. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking

Whether it was last-minute adjustments or specific requests, they made it happen without hesitation. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful--elegant, well-kept, and the perfect setting for our big day. But what really exceeded our expectations was the food. We went with the "Hole-in-One" package, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made. The quality, flavor, and presentation were all amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. She made sure everything was perfect for the day of, even when we were hit with some unexpected rain. We received many compliments on the venue, the service, and the food!     Let me begin with a disclaimer: this is a 5 star review entirely because of Pam and Laura…read more We recently hosted a high school sports banquet at The Oaks Club and overall it was a wonderful experience. Pam, Sales Director - Private Events, and Laura, Private Event Services Manager, were truly one of the best teams I have ever worked with. I've been organizing banquets and events for many years at a variety of venues, and they stand out at the very top. They were professional, responsive, detail oriented, and genuinely invested in making our event special. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they anticipated needs before we even had to ask. They truly elevated our banquet to another level for our deserving coaches, families, and players. Amanda, the banquet captain, and her team also did an amazing job the night of the event. They were attentive, organized, and kept everything running smoothly. The room looked beautiful, service was seamless, and the entire evening felt polished and well executed. The food was also really good, which honestly can be a question mark when you're serving a large buffet to a huge crowd. You just never know what the quality will be like in those situations. The Oaks Club absolutely delivered. The food was fresh, well prepared, and plentiful, and we received many compliments from the guests. That said, I do want to share one concern. Another sports team from our school, which does not have a booster club and therefore must process payments through the school district and school account, ran into an issue during the contracting process. Instead of the club's legal counsel contacting the school district directly to discuss his concerns, he chose to insert his own revised verbiage into the contract. Understandably, the school district was not comfortable with those changes, and unfortunately the banquet arrangements fell through as a result. The team then had to scramble to find another location that would sign the contract according to district requirements. It was disappointing, especially since this could have likely been resolved through direct communication. Ultimately, it felt like a big loss for The Oaks Club on a weekday night over what seemed to be a few negotiable wording adjustments. If the legal counsel hopes to bring in future business from local high school teams, he needs to figure out a smoother process for these contract situations. While our event itself was a success and we're very grateful to Pam, Laura, Amanda, and the entire team for their efforts, I hope future situations involving school issued payments are handled with clearer communication and collaboration with the appropriate parties. Thank you Pam, Laura and team!  You guys are the best!

This night happened to feature The Ladd McIntosh Big Band. 19 ace musicians lead by Ladd plus the stunning Nina Herzog on vocals for a few selections. I got the feeling, from the very first notes, that this band is a well-oiled jazz/big band machine, cranking out wicked cool, edgy and clever originals - plus super inventive arrangements of well-known classics. All this while the dancers work their magic. Swing, baby! The curator/hostess Wende is remarkably energetic; personally seeing to everyone's happiness while managing technical aspects of the evening - and even managing to dance a few numbers as well. There's a serviceable bar with good pours for a fair price plus a few beers on tap. You'll find a pool table and sports on the TVs there too. Our admission price ($25) included charcuterie and desserts that was a cool added touch. Epic night!

It is a great venue for private parties or even a wedding. The pool area has beautiful cabanas and a huge bar. He had food trucks drive up and serve us Hibachi and milk shakes; they have plenty of space for it. They also have 3 small cabins in the back for a glamping type stay. Just a few months before our event, the venue canceled on us, stating that the city was shutting them down. What makes this even more upsetting is that I had recently called to confirm our date, and I was told we had nothing to worry about. To then receive a cancellation shortly after that reassurance was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Because of this last minute cancellation, we are now at risk of losing deposits with other vendors we had already secured. Planning an event takes months of coordination, contracts, and financial commitments. Their sudden cancellation has caused significant stress. What was most disappointing was the cold and careless way this was handled. There was no real warning, no accountability, and no effort to help us navigate the situation they created. I would not recommend booking this venue. When planning an important event, reliability and honest communication are critical and unfortunately, we did not receive either.
