Before booking an event at Bloomberg Ranch, I encourage you to take a moment to read about our…read moreexperience. I am the father of a quinceañera that was recently celebrated at Bloomberg Ranch. I have been meaning to write this review because I believe future customers should know what to expect, particularly when dealing with the owner, Elena. During the booking process, Elena came across as sweet, caring, informative, and down-to-earth. However, once we signed the contract and informed her that we planned to use our own trusted vendors--professionals we have worked with successfully for multiple family events--the experience began to change. Some of the issues we encountered included: 1. Our vendors were treated as if they were her subordinates rather than independent professionals hired by us. 2. The seating layout was set up incorrectly despite reviewing and confirming the arrangement with her beforehand. 3. Her interactions with our guests were often rude, loud, and unprofessional. She made it very clear that she was the owner of the property and expected everyone to know it. 4. While her staff was serving guests, I requested that ice water be provided. The response I received was, "You didn't pay for it, haha," followed by, "No, we're not going to do it." 5. Elena's camera crew and photographer frequently overshadowed and interfered with our own photography team. The most disappointing part is that the venue itself is beautiful. The ranch is stunning and creates a wonderful atmosphere for special events. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the owner's behavior. One incident that particularly stood out involved a guest who brought a bottle of whiskey, unaware of the venue's policies. Before even greeting us, Elena approached the table, took the bottle directly from the guest's wife's hands, and began scolding them as if they were children. This couple are successful professionals in their late 40s and deserved to be treated with courtesy and respect. Thankfully, my daughter was unaware of most of what transpired and was able to enjoy her special day. However, many of our guests commented afterward on how rude and unprofessional Elena was throughout the event. If you choose to book this venue, understand that you are hosting your event in someone's home and will be subject to the owner's rules and management style. The property itself is beautiful, but our experience with its management left us extremely disappointed. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking

The location was amazing just far enough away from LA to feel like a getaway and close enough to be easy for local guests to come by for the day. The house is spacious and very well maintained, plenty of space to gather and lounge with comfortable furnishings, all the guests who stayed overnight were cozy in the beds and loved the lush towels. The Party Robert is as a fun find and made it into multiple photos! The outdoor space was a great hangout spot, spacious and we had the perfect amount of breeze and atmosphere to hang by the fire pit and swap stories, dance and karaoke. A well equipped and gorgeous kitchen allowed space to create some epic meals and lots of chatting space while the cooking was being done. The Game Room and pool table was center to many many many games of Pool and Spades. Also a nod to the putting green and the movie posters.... Chelsea and David were so helpful and easy to work with, I would highly recommend Diamond View Summit for an overnight stay and for hosting an event.

First off both Denise and Tamara are 2 of the most friendly and warmest coordinators I have ever met. They greeted my family and were super fun and respectful of our time. They went over the current packages to meet both my needs and my budget. Which you dont find alot these days. We were going with a Casino night set up and hosting a large number of people. There is alot of parking spaces here at this location which was awesome, as alot of other places i looked into were trying to include a valet service in their fee.:( They have a patio area next to their building and we used both for the casino tables and games. The decor was awesome, they really know how to make everything look fancy and stand out. Got nothing but rave reviews from my guests, and everyone loved how spacious and roomy the area was. Both Denise and Tamara worked with us to make our event a success and they kept in touch the whole way thru. Denise even helped get me a jumpy house for the kids at the last min which saved the day for us to keep the kiddos entertained. If you are planning a event anytime soon, this place is one of the best choices you can make!

I brought in Stonefire Grill for the food, and everything worked out perfectly! I cannot recommend Venue Valencia enough. I would absolutely host another event here in the future! We had our event booked at this venue for July and had already paid deposits to multiple vendors…read morebased on our confirmed date. Just a few months before our event, the venue canceled on us, stating that the city was shutting them down. What makes this even more upsetting is that I had recently called to confirm our date, and I was told we had nothing to worry about. To then receive a cancellation shortly after that reassurance was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Because of this last minute cancellation, we are now at risk of losing deposits with other vendors we had already secured. Planning an event takes months of coordination, contracts, and financial commitments. Their sudden cancellation has caused significant stress. What was most disappointing was the cold and careless way this was handled. There was no real warning, no accountability, and no effort to help us navigate the situation they created. I would not recommend booking this venue. When planning an important event, reliability and honest communication are critical and unfortunately, we did not receive either.

I had been to several different locations and viewed many reception halls and banquets, but nothing compared to Kelly's! As soon as I walked into the Banquet, I was amazed at the space, quality, and comfort I immediately felt, and an eager to book it! I really liked Kelly and Mike especially. I knew I was in good hands. I want to give thanks to the lovely Kelly and her father Mike for being so accommodating and welcoming during the entire process before my wedding and on the day. As for any bride the time anticipating can be over load. But they gave me peace of mind every step of the way. I knew my wedding day was going to be amazing because Kelly's was so gracious enough to help me find a videographer, and florist, who I ended up booking and we're AMAZING and simply a pleasure working with. Also right after we tried our food tasting dinner. Yes! Dinner. We privately, my parents, husband and I were each given our own plates for tasting. I've never experienced anything like it. It was private and intimate. We had dinner, with every taste of the menu on our plates with our own personal choice of beverage! Spectacular. We all felt very special. We felt this way the entire time leading up to our big day! I had no worries my choice of choosing this Banquet was the Best choice! The day of the Wedding, I was beyond amazed how gorgeous the banquet looked! The food was amazing! Mike and Kelly's were by our sides catering to us the entire night! There's no better place local or even distant that compares to the quality of care and service you will receive! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You guys are the Best!
