June 15th 2025 was a dream come true thanks to The Vineyards. While our wedding day was always expected to be perfect, the year and months leading up to it proved why The Vineyards is a true 5 star wedding experience. My wife and I toured the grounds back in April 2024, and fell in love immediately. The vast indoor and outdoor grounds, with plenty of options for outdoor seating, and the beautiful path leading to the garden ceremony location were big highlights for us. Soroor was excellent in answering all of our questions, detailing the full breakdown of food selections and the two alcohol packages, and all the inclusions The Vineyards offers. We booked the week after our first visit. The communication over the next 13 months was always quick and detailed by Soroor. Any time we emailed her, we'd get a response within hours, sometimes minutes! Additionally, we had an excellent time at our food tasting back in December, where we enjoyed 20+ appetizer options, each of their entree options, and their side options as well. On the big day, my wife and her bridesmaids arrived at 10:30am, and were welcomed warmly by Soroor and her team. Us boys arrived at 12, and were also greeted with snacks, a nice bottle of champagne, and a pitcher of beer by Jimmy! Since a lot of our decorations were DIY, we brought them in a few days before and a few on the day of. Soroor and her team were quick to have everything setup for us and in position well before any of our guests started arriving. Soroor and Deanna emphasized that we wouldn't have to lift a finger for decorating, and they were correct! Everything was set up to our exact details and preferences. My wife and I did a first look and private vows, during this Soroor and Deanna were great in communicating with our photographers and guiding our bridal party to an area where they got to witness it while being "out of the frame." Despite running a little behind schedule from makeup/getting ready, Deanna smoothly guided our group through the end of the first look and back inside as guests started to arrive. When it was time for us to line up for the ceremony, Deanna did an excellent job explaining positions and pace to each member of the bridal party and made all of us feel at ease as we made our way to the garden. The ceremony was absolutely perfect! The background of the garden area provided a Washington Forest feel, transporting you to a truly different vibe. The pacing and coordination as each member of the bridal party walked up was smooth and not rushed, allowing each of us to soak in the moment. It was my wife and I's favorite part of the evening, and a real dream come true. Once the ceremony ended, my wife and I walked down to the 2nd set of lower stairs where the staff greeted us with our specialty cocktails and an array of appetizers for us to enjoy. Big plus as well for them having a water station near the seating area for guests and the bridal party. The reception was a great combination of elegance and party! Juan, aka DJ Kryp2nite, was an awesome personality and kept the vibes high all night! He did an excellent job hyping up our guests for our grand entrance, and did a great job incorporating the add ons throughout the night (fog during first dance, lasers, lighting). Big thank you to Juan for delivering as our DJ! As for the food, the buffet meal was excellent. All the food was yummy and loved by guests, with many praising the NY steak, lemon chicken, the vegan pasta primavera, and our 2 hors d'oeuvres: Bruschetta and Meat/chicken skewers. The dessert bar was beautiful and yummy too, with so many different options and presented beautifully. A lot of our guests emphasized that it felt like fine dining. Last thoughts: Opt for the Champagne tower and sparklers exit! Our champagne tower was setup nicely at the path entrance and was both a beautiful photo opportunity and a freebie for our guests. Had the pleasure of attending a wedding at The Vineyards and it was a beautiful venue. They had multiple levels to the facility that provided for some secluded abilities for the bride and groom to take photos while guests were in the garden for the ceremony and vice versa. The venue easily held a couple hundred guests and managed the shuffle from location to location easily. The food was fantastic, I've had some subpar food at venues and this was steakhouse worth grub, with garlic mashed potato's, grilled NY strip steak, lemon cream chicken breast and veggie lasagna. We had our wedding at The Vineyards in mid-August 2024. From the initial venue search to the end of our wedding night, everything was well executed, and the entire team was fantastic to work with! We booked a year in advance, and although our initial wedding date was taken due to our extended decision-making, we found another date that worked. This just shows how quickly they book up! We chose The Vineyards because of their inclusive vendor package, which made planning so easy. I'm not one for extensive planning and research, especially with a full-time job, so the option to pay a bit more and have the cake, DJ, photographer, and florist included was perfect! They also provided a list of vendors for each category, and I was very pleased with both their options and our selections. However, the main reason we chose The Vineyards was that when we toured with Soroor, it felt personal. We didn't feel like just another transaction or a quick tour they had to get through on a busy weekend. After we signed our agreement, Shadi and Soroor were there to answer all my questions for the year leading up to the wedding. I never once felt alone or clueless during the planning process. Every time we saw them in person, they were the kindest and happiest individuals. Fast forward to the day before and the day of our wedding-- we met with Deana, one of our day-of coordinators, and she was an absolute delight to work with! Leading up to the wedding, I warned Deana that my husband had never attended a wedding before. She was great at reminding us of everything we needed to do, where to be, and what to look out for. For example, for the garter toss, I didn't think to prepare my husband-- it seemed pretty self-explanatory. However, he walked out spinning his suit jacket in the air and tried to grab the garter with his mouth! I was hysterical because I had no idea where he got that idea from. He later told me Deana had walked him through what to do. Deana also made a conscious effort to remind my dad several times to watch my dress and train after he handed me off during the ceremony, but he still ended up tripping and stepping on it. It was a good laugh, and afterward, we joked with Deana about how he still couldn't get it right despite her reminders! Later in the evening, I realized I had forgotten to put on my garter. At that point, I was a bit tipsy, and Deana came up and asked if I had it on. I admitted I'd forgotten but said I could go upstairs and find it-- though I had no idea where I'd left it! Deana insisted that I stay at the reception, and she sent Shadi to look for it. I was ready to skip the garter toss entirely, but they found it and helped me put it on-- mission accomplished! Words can't express how impressed we were with everyone at The Vineyards, including the reception staff, who ensured our drinks were always refilled and plates were cleared. At the end of our wedding night, my husband and I both said the wedding exceeded our expectations and everything was perfect. We had a blast, and we owe it all to the incredible team at The Vineyards. I'm sad that I won't be in contact with such joyous individuals anymore, but I would recommend them to anyone. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing place! It was the perfect blend of a spacious yet private setting as our wedding was close to 200 people but still felt so intimate. I probably could have written this review the day I stepped through the front doors of The Vineyards and met Angel, Soroor, Shadi, and Jimmy. My fiancée and now wife, Danielle G., and I stumbled upon this place by pure accident thinking we were going to meet wedding vendors at their open house. We were a little confused to find zero vendors inside and then greeted by Angel, who with a smile said, "Hello and welcome to our family!" Danielle G. and I looked at each other confused and chuckled at the family comment. Not knowing how true that statement would eventually be. The open house was actually for the venue itself, so we ended up touring their facility and instantly fell in love with the venue. The venue offers stunning views of the mountains, a large ballroom, a cocktail area with a bar, and plenty of seating, the patio area also has plenty of seating and a waterfall that flows down the side of the building. In fact, there are waterfalls all over the property, and the sound of running water makes for a soothing experience. They have a total of 3 ceremony areas, 1 indoors and 2 outdoors, depending on what the couple prefers. These are just a few of the amenities the vineyards have to offer. The place was absolutely beautiful and too good to be true. and we were every bit nervous to even talk about the cost after touring the venue. Talking to Soroor and her family eased our thoughts on having our wedding at the Vineyards. They offered many packages and were flexible in working within our budget. The inclusive package included food, DJ, flowers, a photographer, and cake. All of these vendors that the family has a close working relationship with. On top of the packages, Soroor also told us not to worry about a wedding coordinator, and for some reason we obliged. Who better to know about the venue than the owner and her staff? Throughout the months of planning, we stayed in close contact with the Vineyards and they kept us on schedule every step of the way. We attended their Thursday lounge nights to get a vibe of our venue-to-be, ate some of the food from their in-house catering chef, and danced the night away with a preview of our DJ, DJ Kamayo. The food tasting hosted once or twice a year was the absolute best. We got to sample everything off their menu and select what we wanted for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and we had zero regrets about not hiring a separate wedding coordinator. Gina, took care of all of our needs that day and was on top of everything on schedule. Angel was right the day we stepped through the doors of the Vineyards, we became more than friends, we are truly part of the Vineyards family. My husband and I chose The Vineyards for our fall wedding. It is a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue with ample parking, hospitable staff and stunning photo opportunities. It was the thirteenth venue we toured and we were immediately struck by Shadi's kindness when we walked in. Shadi was the only vendor who wanted to see my ring, which really speaks to how invested she is with your story and your event. We worked with Shadi, Soroor and Jimmy for the whole process - from booking the date, food tasting, event planning, rehearsal and wedding day. They were always so sweet whenever we visited or made calls. We really felt like part of their family. The Vineyards' preferred vendors also act more as family than a random selection of people who have done business there. They work so flawlessly and on our wedding day, they seemed just as invested in our big day as we were. We loved the lounge furniture, twinkle lights, draping, firepits, table linens, chiavari chairs, cocktail tables that come with the venue - items that you would have to pay thousands more at other venues. We also loved all of the little touches they did to the venue. We booked the venue in Summer 2023 and got married in Fall 2024. During that time, The Vineyards renovated their bathrooms, installed a new photo op in the vineyards and added additional wall decorations in the cocktail room. The staff seem to keep improving the aesthetic whenever you visit. The Vineyards has a large bridal suite and grooms room - a huge benefit as most venues only have space for the brides. Our entire wedding party got ready there that morning, which helped everyone stick to our timeline. They gave us complimentary champagne, water and accessories like steamers, irons and toiletries for freshening up. We were also allowed to bring in catering at no extra cost. The grooms' room also had games and TVs, so the men weren't restless. I greatly appreciated the kindness and care from the entire staff. The wait staff were engaged, happy, helpful and the guests were thrilled with their service. During happy hour, the servers took note of which appetizers were favorites of specific guests. One of my friends loved the coconut shrimp and one server came by multiple times with a fresh platter. The bartenders were also incredibly friendly and quick with their service. We had sangria as one of our signature drinks, and the bartenders had batches ready. Our guests raved about the abundance of food, but also how tasty everything was. Standouts include coconut shrimp. hummus platter, meat & cheese station, California sliders, baked brie and the chocolate fountain. The Vineyards offer great options for guests who are vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free. We had several guests with certain food sensitivities and they enjoyed all the options, such as the vegan coconut curry and the egg free pasta with marinara sauce. My husband has a nut allergy and Shadi made sure the kitchen was nut free. We chose the dessert table and it was divine. I loved my wedding day and I would do it again many times over in part because The Vineyards staff, vendors and venue made the day so fun, beautiful and worry-free. They also host other events and I would definitely renew my vows there or host a baby shower, anniversary, retirement party, etc. read more

When we returned from our wedding at The Vineyards, we found our engagement photo that was on display back in the box it came in, wrapped neatly inside the plastic bag it was originally sealed in. I mention this seemingly minor detail because while the staff at the Vineyards COULD have simply discarded the plastic bag and put the photo back in the box, and we would've been fine with that, they didn't. They took the extra effort to save the bag and put the photo back in it before repackaging it. That incredible attention to detail was present from our first interaction with them throughout the planning, the rehearsal, the wedding, and finally the next day when we opened that box. When your guests consistently say that your wedding was the most unforgettable one they've been to and your girlfriends say they want to get married there in the future, you know that the credit goes to the venue and vendors who helped create this treasured moment to last a lifetime for you and your loved ones. Shadi and her crew were exceptional from the beginning to the end. We went with their vendor package and hired Kathy as our florist, Juan as our DJ, and Deanna as our photographer. Everyone was communicative and efficient. They were a well-oiled machine. Our garden ceremony was absolutely breathtaking with lush greens and blush/champagne flowers, the DJ (who also provided a photo booth) got our guests on the floor (including our seniors!) dancing to hiphop, and our friends and family rave at how stunning our photos turned out. And of course, the FOOD. As two foodies, our priorities in choosing our wedding venue were food and ambiance. If the Vineyards exuded glamor with their elegant decor and chandeliers all around, their 3-course meal was absolutely exquisitely delicious. When we went to their food-tasting event, we noticed everything was on the saltier side, so we requested all our plates with less salt. The brie platter as appetizer, miso salmon, and prime rib were ALL GONE by the night was over. Our cake was handled by Porto's and we all know they offer southern California's best-selling cakes. The service was superb and it was evident by all the smiles and laughter we saw across the room. The Vineyards is a family-owned business and they are exceptional in all they do because it is their calling in life to work in hospitality. From the moment we walked in, they offered us delectable delights and a few minutes in, we felt like family. They find tremendous value in making others happy. I had my wedding in August and had a 10/10 experience going with the Vineyards for my wedding venue. The venue is very pretty and we had our ceremony in the outdoor/grass area. It was absolutely stunning and ethereal and exactly the type of outdoor aesthetic I wanted for my ceremony. The reception was indoors the same day and was also just beautiful. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how much they also enjoyed the experience attending. Additionally, Soroor was very accommodating and considerate. She was very easy to talk to and I was able to bring up questions or ideas easily. She really tried to make it the best possible wedding experience and her coordination helped so much in keeping everything organized. This is the most magical and beautiful setting to have your wedding! Soroor and Jimmy couldn't be kinder or more accommodating! They were always there to help with smiles and any questions you had along the way. It was the very first venue we had checked out of about 7 places. We kept going back to that venue, it felt warm and genuine, it was simply beautiful so we went with them. The other venues just couldn't compete with the lush and tropical setting and the warmth we felt there. It honestly was the best decision, and have received so many compliments from guests as well. From the first time we stepped foot in The Vineyards when we came to check it out, to the time we were driven off by a limo, Jimmy and Soroor treated us like family. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team of people, and a better venue. The food was actually great, the appetizers were good, and the drinks were on point. Every step of the way Jimmy, Soroor and Shadi went above and beyond to make each aspect of our vision a reality. From the timeline to the drinks, everything was perfect. Our coordinator Dina, rocked it. With every second accounted for and being able to foresee it all, I honestly don't know how it would have been possible without her. We were so fortunate to be able to have such a beautiful wedding at the Vineyards with such an incredible team that treated us like family, but more importantly, treated us like our wedding was the only one they had. My daughter got married here over Memorial Day weekend. The food was great and plentiful. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate all of our requests. They even let us have an In-N-Out truck! The Vineyards is the most beautiful place to have your wedding or any event you want. The lushous outdoors set the perfect ambiance with ferns, trees and gorgous grounds. The indoors are beautifully decorated with twinkling lights and luxurious white leather furniture for your guests. But most important is the family that hosts all events here. They are beyond event hosts. They provide excellence beyond expectations. They hosted a food tasting that was incredible. So much delicious food and wine to go with it. The kindness of the staff and everyone is more than we could have imagined. We all felt like this was family and they were doing spectectular things to make our wedding incredible. We had an absolutely gorgeous wedding at The Vineyards in September of 2024. I cannot recommend the venue and the lovely staff enough. Planning with them was effortless, and our day-of coordinator, Dina, was phenomenal. Even our guests commented on how well-organized and helpful she was. Every time I think of our daughter's wedding at The Vineyard in Simi Valley, I smile. Shadi and her wonderful family and staff created an event full of beauty and happiness for us and for all our guests. Even months later, whenever we see our family and friends who attended, people rave about the food (the salmon!! the dessert bar!!! the cappucino stand!!!) and the magical setting (twinkly lights, fun and creative places to sit inside, gardens where you wanted to linger longer outside). From the perspective of my family, what we also loved and appreciated was how smooothly everything flowed, which allowed us to enjoy every special moment. Jimmy and his family were wonderful to work with. I cannot say enough nice things about all of them and this beautiful venue. From the moment we walked in, Jimmy made us feel like a close family friend and made sure to walk through all of the pricing options carefully with us right away. He was also incredibly kind and patient with my family and me as we had a million questions every time we met. They offer an amazing all inclusive package that's perfect for anyone that wants to have everything taken care of and while we decided to find our own vendors it was so great to see they even had that option. *FOOD* Most people I have talked to say they barely eat at their weddings. This was not the case for us. The moment we sat down, there was a delicious plate of food (well, actually it was plates) set for my husband and myself. Not only that, we also got our own baked bread stuffed with Brie. Deana, the coordinator made sure we had a bit of everything and when I got up I actually felt almost a little too full of all the yummyness. Our guests also loved their dinner. We chose the buffet option and got the tri tip, chicken, and lasagna. I heard the most compliments on the tri tip. As a vegetarian, I absolutely loved the lasagna and mashed potatoes. *COCKTAILS* Now, our signature cocktails. Wow! Just wow. Shadi made sure we had something special and I could not have been any happier with how they turned out. We had a mai tai and another specialty tropical drink. We told her that we love tiki drinks and I barely had to explain anything more to her - she surprised us with two amazingly delicious drinks. And, of course, Deana made sure we had one in our hands at all times. Our guests also enjoyed options like Moscow mules and other spirits. *VENUE* The space is huge. I love that there are so many options for pictures! The arches, the swing, the waterfall...all of it is stunning. Also, because the venue is so nicely decorated already, we barely needed to add anything of our own. We chose to bring in our centerpieces and asked them to leave some balloons there from an event that they had previously and that pretty much did it. Finally, I think it's worth mentioning that I did my ceremony elsewhere - Stauffer Chapel at Pepperdine in Malibu. Even though our reception was far from our ceremony I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not only with the breathtaking venue, but with you all. We did not feel like we were just another couple, you remembered details about us, and we truly felt special. Our wedding day was the most magical day. From beginning to end it was spectacular. Our guests have been raving about it from the venue, staff, drinks and food. We have always felt so comfortable entrusting you with this big important day. It is an extremely intimate day, and we were so happy to have you all conducting it. We had our wedding at The Vineyards and we truly had the best experience. It's not only beautiful and luxurious, but their service is top notch. We cannot thank Shadi, Soroor, Jimmy, and their staff enough. There are a few moments I want to share that showed us how awesome they are at what they do. Prior to the ceremony, my husbands tux had some wrinkles and Soroor went ahead and steamed it without us even asking. At the end of the ceremony, they had drinks for our entire bridal party and a cold towel for me since it was such a hot day! When we were running way behind schedule during the reception, they pivoted and made sure we got everything we wanted done on our list. Everything felt so seamless and any time I was stressed about anything they got it covered for me.
