I was initially told that staff would not help with tear down but thankfully they did help tear down the very minimal wall decor we had. The party room definitely requires a lot of imagination and I really wish they gave more time for setup, especially given the location in the mall and how far you have to walk from the entrance for each trip to and from the car just to get things into the place- which you then of course have to unload and then set up. I highly suggest measuring prior to planning decor and bringing some extension cords as there are only 2 outlets in the party room and they are a good distance from the tables you are given to use. The benches at each table hold 4 adults per bench. My kids love to come here even on a regular, non-party day and have lots of fun at this little town. There is so much for them to do that they can spend hours here without getting bored.

He helped us get our decorations to the party room, checked in throughout the event, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The party room was ready when we arrived, and he even helped coordinate the timing of the pizza service based on when guests had arrived. On a very hot Valencia day, he also made sure we had plenty of ice and drinks for the kids, which was greatly appreciated. One thing we really loved was the option to pay an additional fee to bring in our own food. It gave us the flexibility to provide extra snacks for the kids and create a fun end-of-school-year "snack shack" theme that the kids absolutely loved. That added flexibility made the party feel even more personalized and special. As the party came to an end, Nick and Charles continued to provide exceptional service. They handled the cleanup and reassured us not to worry about a thing, which was a huge help after 15 energetic kids spent the afternoon running, climbing, and having a blast. When we arrived I thought my husband had signed the waived but we couldn't find it. The QR code for the waived is EVERYWHERE, including on the front door. They couldn't make it easier for us to find it. Even though it was very easy to locate, we were still offered help to fill it out though it was very self explanatory. I noticed that the place was spotless. I used to work in a kids gym. The equipment was very clean and well maintained. The equipment does make it a little hard to see as your child maneuvers around. So if you have younger kids you'll have to be close to them. For the party the room is set up but the don't help to facilitate anything which was fine for us because we didn't need it. Just wanted to put that out there. However if need ANYTHING they are happy to help! We asked for a few things and they were so quick to accommodate us. After the party, the participants are allowed to stay and play until closing. So that's a big perk. Other places kick you out. On the other hand if you're looking for a completely private party, other than the party room, you won't have that. Though if you want to pay the big bucks to make it a private venue you may be able to do that. ;) It wasn't crowded though and the other guests were cool so that wasn't needed for us. My older loves animals, insects, and other non-human creatures so this place seemed perfect. We had been many years ago with our littles and they distinctly remember a giraffe so we figured their cousins would enjoy the experience too. We arrived at around 11 am on a Monday morning and found parking relatively easy- I think we were one of two families there which made it easy. There is a very small parking lot just outside the entrance and street parking. We entered through a really fun gift shop and made our way in. They have many exhibits of foxes, monkeys, birds, reptiles, and other small-to-medium sized animals to learn about. Each exhibit provided a learning display. We made our way through the "center" in just under two hours- really taking out time at each exhibit. Wr only noticed a couple of other families with littles as well, making it super easy to move through. While we say snakes foxes parrots and more, we don't see the giraffe . We did learn while we were there though that the giraffe was just visiting as it was being trained by the nextdoor business for television!!! Apparently that's a thing. Love L.A.!
