It is a decent place if you need a facility for basic childcare services. If you are paying $820-1200 a month for Pre K there are much better programs in the SCV area.

Even the teachers I've never personally met, know my kids and cared for them at some point. I like that a lot about the staff structure and scheduling at the daycare. Any of them, including the management, would step in to care for a child when needed. They offer a very high standard of care - regularly checking and changing diapers, applying ointments when necessary, offering variety of food, teaching the kids new skills and having lots of fun during the day. They learn so much and so fast there! My kids are excited to go to the school every morning and sometimes hesitate to go home right away, because they're having so much fun. They do so much artwork and all sorts of child developmental activities during the day! I would've never offered even half of it if I was the one taking care of them during the day. As a mom, it breaks my heart, and I feel a lot of guilt leaving my kids at the daycare for 11 hours 5 days a week, but I know I can trust this place with taking amazing care of my kids and even me sometimes. I console with the teachers quite often about the things which concern me in my kids' behaviour, health, their overall well-being, and even some personal issues I struggle with as a single working mom. Sorry about that, by the way :) I could have mentioned and thanked every teacher by name, but I'm afraid I'll forget someone and will feel guilty again. My 4-year-old was always happy and excited to go. He would run and hug Mrs. Kristina every morning which gave us so much peace of mind as parents. We used Tutor Time of Santa Clarita as backup care through Bright Horizons, a benefit offered through our jobs. Since this was backup care, we sometimes used the center once a week and other times twice a month. What really impressed us was that our children were always included in the activities and treated like part of the classroom community. They even had their own cubbies! It never felt like they were just "drop-in" kids. I would highly recommend that any parent who has Bright Horizons backup care available through their employer takes advantage of this benefit. Finding reliable childcare is hard, especially when you don't have a big village nearby. Having a place where you know your little ones will be cared for, included, and loved. Even if it's only for a day it can make such a difference. One of our favorite features was the Sprout app. Being able to receive live updates, photos, and little glimpses into our kids' day made us feel connected even when we couldn't be there. It was so reassuring to see how happy and engaged they were. We are so grateful to all the teachers and staff at Tutor Time Santa Clarita for taking such wonderful care of our boys. Now, years later, my niece (kindergarten) and nephew (toddler class) attend Great Beginnings. It's so heartwarming to see that some of the same wonderful staff are still there after all this time. Our family has had such a positive experience over the years. We love that Great Beginnings provides breakfast, lunch, and supper, along with a weekly music class and dance class. One of my favorite things is attending the Christmas, Halloween, and Graduation performances--seeing my niece and nephew on stage is always such a joy.
