When I called, I was told it was $15 (regular $25) for under 1 but my daughter just turned 1 and isn't even walking yet so I asked if they would honor it as it's our first time, slow weekday hours, and not even sure how she'd like it or not. I asked the cashier if she could call management to inquire but refused. Also not great first impression as she didn't greet us and was busy chatting with "friends" and eating openly half the time I was there. Lily Pad is a nice new and clean indoor playground located in Granada Hills. I booked my daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I sent a message on Instagram inquiring about availability and the owner Lianna sent me the different party package options and pricing. I wasn't sure which package I needed at first but she let me put down a deposit to secure the date and I was able to decide on the specific package once I had a general idea of how many kids and adults were attending. I opted for a package that included kids' table setup and it was so cute, they did a great job! On the party day, the staff was super helpful with setting up the cake and dessert and a banner. I never felt rushed or pressed for time, despite there being another party scheduled after us in the afternoon. It was a nice change from other kids party venues where it feels like a factory and they rush you out the second the party is over. As for the play facilities, there was a nice variety for kids of all ages. Babies (ages 1-2) loved the ball pit, preschoolers liked the imaginary play areas and obstacle course and slides, elementary aged kids like the jumping/trampoline area, and older kids (10-12 years old) were entertained by the air hockey table. There were several assistants who stayed in the play area and made sure the kids were being safe and supervised. The fancy cotton candy machine was out of commission at the time but we'll just have to come back to try it out. Plenty of free parking as it's located in a shopping center, and it's next to a grocery store so you can make a last minute run if you forgot anything! read more

Love this place! It's clean, fun, and one of the best indoor places I've found in the area. They have drinks available to buy also, seating areas for you to eat if you like, and it's set up very nicely. Tons of toys available as well as the play area itself filled with a lot of variety. I've come a few times now when the weather is bad and my daughter loves it. The overall set up is great. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the social environment. Specifically, there's nearly almost always an incident when we go where another child is aggressive, physical, or generally bullying. Although it should be the parent's responsibility to watch their kids, unfortunately that's just not the case a lot of the times. We've had a few incidents where other kids have hit my 2 year old or are just very aggressive. I tell them to play nice of course but a lot of the times they don't care bc I'm not their parent. This also sometimes creates tension/issues among the parents who get upset that their child is being told something by another parent. I spoke with a mom today actually who told me that another mom tried to fight her there once bc she told her child to stop hitting hers. Again, I fully feel it SHOULD be the parent's responsibility to supervise their own child but too often it's not been the case and they're just hanging out in the sitting area on their phones and what not. So I'd suggest hiring someone to supervise in general during the weekends/busy times which would make it a much more pleasant experience all around. OR another option is to just to have a solid rule (that is enforced) that all children must have their parent/adult with them inside the play area at all times. read more

It is located in a little shopping plaza with vons. At first glance, one can only see several tables with people on them, but the indoor playground is further in. It costs $25 for a toddler to play for an hour and a half. Be sure to wear socks and have your little one wear ones with grip. You put your shoes in the cubbies provided. The playground was nicely organized; containing various slides, mazes, pretend play areas (market, firestation, and hospital), and a favorite; the ball pit. All the kids were having a blast. It was nice that it wasn't that crowded. Guardians can follow along with their little ones, but some spots will be a squeeze for adults. I think the playground is ideal for 2 to 6 year olds since the area is kind of small and the mazes are optimal for children under a certain height. The place didn't seem to track how long people stayed in the play place. My biggest compliment is that it was clean. I hope it stays that way. read more

Finally got a chance to go to lilypad however it's very small compared to kids avenue in Northridge. The toys here were very beat up and a lot of broken balls which could be dangerous for kids who jump in and the floors were dirty the mats and didn't seem so clean inside. The kids are also very aggressive too and had to keep a close eye on my child. They also charge $2 for socks and $25 for 2 hours and in kids avenue in Northridge they gave me free socks and it was $25 for no limit so I definitely won't be coming here again. I know this is a fairly new place but it seems like it won't last long I got bored the first 20 minutes there playing the same thing compared to other bigger places and it's very pricey for such a small space and very few things to play with and do. read more

This is the best indoor playground by far. This place is extremely spotless, which demonstrates the hard work ethic of the employees. Specifically, Lily is amazing. She keeps the place spotless and interacted with our kids in a manner that was just so fun for them. Our kids don't interact to well with, others and Lily really helped them to be more engaging with other people. She deserves a raise! She goes well and above her responsibilities and is very interactive with the kids. She answered all of our questions, timely and effectively. I had seen the sign for this play place on one of my trips to Vons and I was so excited because it's so close to my house. I was planning on taking my kids to the park today but because it was raining I drove by hoping they would be open and they were! It was actually their first day of opening. We were greeted by Lianna who is the owner. She was so sweet and welcoming. The whole venue was just so beautiful! My 4 and 2 year old couldn't wait to get inside the playground area. They had fun (appropriate) music playing in the background which the kids seemed to really be enjoying. I paid a total of $45 for my kids (it's $25 for first kid and additional kids $20). I thought the pricing was pretty fair compared to other indoor playgrounds we have been to and not to mention there is so much to play with in the play area that it was really worth it. My 4 year old couldn't get enough of the jumper slide and my 2 year old had a blast going through the obstacle course. I asked to see pricing for booking a private birthday since my son's bday is coming up and Lianna so patiently sat with me and went through the packages in detail. The pricing for packages were also very fair especially compared to an indoor playground I booked for my daughters bday a year ago. This indoor playground opened up near my house and we've been back 3x already! My son absolutely loves it!! The owners are super sweet, attentive and nice! The place is so clean too which is a plus! I hated going to indoor playgrounds around this area because they're so outdated/falling apart. But the owners have thought of everything. My sons almost 2 and I've seen kids younger and older just non stop having fun. He will literally walk in and start playing without asking me to play with him (which doesn't happen at other places) he's obsessed with the swing and the trampoline! I've even climbed up the jungle gym and it's legit lol. There's a vons next door (hello Starbucks) and a pizza place too so I just order food and he'll eat there. We will definitely be regulars. I took my kids 6, 4, 3 today as they were off school. It was the first day they opened. I wanted to check this place out before booking my sons birthday. I was in between My Lil Town and this one (but I hadn't seen it in person). As soon as I walked in I knew this was the spot. We had not even parked and my son says "I want to have my bday party here". They had a blast and can't wait to come back. Liana (the owner) was so welcoming and attentive. She really thought of everything, the tables and acrylic chairs are so nice, the games, toys, colors and cleanness are perfection. I booked my sons birthday immediately. Look no further! I hosted my daughters 5th bday here with 40 adults and 40 kids! The place is big enough to accommodate large parties. Lianna and her husband were so helpful until the very end. Treated my guests so well! Served food, played music, and kept the place so clean. I've been to many indoor playgrounds and this is by far the cutest & cleanest. This place is really nice inside, beautiful playground too I can take my little cousins so they could have fun. Funny story, I'm a young person barely experiencing adult life. I lost my phone, I needed a family member to call so I saw this place and was like "oh this place would be helpful because of the name" turns out it was not! You could've seen the worker's facial expressions, they judged quickly as they could because they expected me to look rich. I asked them If I can use their phone to call a family member since I lost my phone. They accepted which was good so far because their policy was "keeping kids safe". Nobody answered so I asked them if they can text my family member and tell them I'm going to be waiting here if anything. The workers were mumbling and the guy kicked me out. For what reason? I'm lost in the middle of the street begging them for help. He told me because the "kids were feeling unsafe" but then I looked around and they were just having fun because THEY ARE KIDS. What a disgusting move though, he made me laugh as well because he had the nerve to smoke a cigarette in front of the store and wants to "keep the kids safe" but not their lungs right? Smoking in a area where smoking is PROHIBITED as well! So I'm going to be giving them 2 stars for at least helping me, but the kicking out was so out of pocket. I went to Vons after and they helped me so fast to talk to a family member. How can a grocery store help a young person get a hold of a family member but not a friendly-family playground center? Was excited to bring my daughter to this place for the first time. Not so great in my opinion. 1, $27 for only two hours! I get it make your money but not really worth it. Other locations charge the same with unlimited timing. 2, location is dirty! Floor mats are turning black. Place does not feel sanitized at all. At the end my socks were filled with white hairs like if dogs go in there. And my daughter almost tripped at the locations entrance due to the floor Matt being old and lifted from the ground. All I would see is the worker sit there on her phone. I mean if I'm taking my kid somewhere I would like it to be clean not 100% of course but enough for me to be comfortable for my kids health. This playground i was lot able to play well with my kid due to the playground being low. I don't know guys just not what was expected. Excellent cross section of play equipment. They have a coue of pretend play areas, slides, a ball pit, swings for toddlers, a climbing structure, bouncer, and some trampolines. Very clean and well lit. A touch on the expensive side at $25 for two hours but my toddler likes it. Because of the small space I think it's more suitable for littles six or seven and under.
