From the moment we arrived, Manager Nick Desimone went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He helped us get our decorations to the party room, checked in throughout the event, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The party room was ready when we arrived, and he even helped coordinate the timing of the pizza service based on when guests had arrived. On a very hot Valencia day, he also made sure we had plenty of ice and drinks for the kids, which was greatly appreciated. One thing we really loved was the option to pay an additional fee to bring in our own food. It gave us the flexibility to provide extra snacks for the kids and create a fun end-of-school-year "snack shack" theme that the kids absolutely loved. That added flexibility made the party feel even more personalized and special. As the party came to an end, Nick and Charles continued to provide exceptional service. They handled the cleanup and reassured us not to worry about a thing, which was a huge help after 15 energetic kids spent the afternoon running, climbing, and having a blast. We attended a birthday party here and from the moment we walked in until the moment we left we had a great time. When we arrived I thought my husband had signed the waived but we couldn't find it. The QR code for the waived is EVERYWHERE, including on the front door. They couldn't make it easier for us to find it. Even though it was very easy to locate, we were still offered help to fill it out though it was very self explanatory. I noticed that the place was spotless. I used to work in a kids gym. The equipment was very clean and well maintained. The equipment does make it a little hard to see as your child maneuvers around. So if you have younger kids you'll have to be close to them. For the party the room is set up but the don't help to facilitate anything which was fine for us because we didn't need it. Just wanted to put that out there. However if need ANYTHING they are happy to help! We asked for a few things and they were so quick to accommodate us. After the party, the participants are allowed to stay and play until closing. So that's a big perk. Other places kick you out. On the other hand if you're looking for a completely private party, other than the party room, you won't have that. Though if you want to pay the big bucks to make it a private venue you may be able to do that. ;) It wasn't crowded though and the other guests were cool so that wasn't needed for us. My sister has been telling me about this place for a while now and today we decided to meet up with our kids and take them here. As soon as we walked in my kids were super excited to be there and couldn't wait to go in and play. Once I was done paying and filling out their waiver the man helping us gave us all a band to show we had already paid. The man helping us was very helpful and nice. My daughter scraped her elbow a little and when I asked for a bandage he was nice about it and gave us one. I have to mention for those that are not aware, you need to purchase their socks in order to be allowed in. The socks are $3.19 per pair per person. The place looked clean, which was good. I loved how bright and colorful this place is! They have so many different types of slides, some go faster and others slower so they definitely have different options. They also have a couple of other arcade rides and games, but we didn't use those for this visit. They have a small food court with mostly snacks and some soft drinks. The kids wanted a slushy but the person in charge of that was on their break, so we didn't get to try it before we left. We had a great time and we will be back really soon! read more

My kids had a blast. I don't expect the place to be pristine with so many children running wild, but it's decent. I have not been to the restrooms though! My children were howling in joy and ran around like uncaged animals. Hence, a great place for kids to be kids and let off steam in a safe space. I only wish they had a setup similar to Chucky cheese of stamping kids and parents. Hence, no one can easily walk out with a child who does not belong to them. This place is big and if you're not in hot pursuit right behind the little runts (and even when you are like me) you can easily lose them in one of the mazes. Since you can't go down the slide holding your child (not recommended for safety reasons) ... you go down the slide after your child to find out they've raced to the other end of the place ... of if you go before them down the slide to realize they had a change of heart, not coming down the slide, and have ran off in a different direction. First world problems, but it's petrifying to lose your 2 year old a number of times through the mazes! read more

My adult opinion is that the place is just ok due to the cleanliness, and the unfriendly staff. The play structure doesn't appear to be cleaned often or properly. It can really use a deep cleaning. I also wish the staff was a little friendlier and warmer. The staff in the food area gave good, friendly service but nowhere else. It wouldn't hurt to smile a little. I've come here to take kids for lots of play dates, play time, parties etc. they charge for the socks, and for parents / adults $3 and the kids. But the packages it just goes further, it is pricey but if you play all day or get a wrist band and leave to eat and come back you can stay a while. They don't have many food options/ it's all junk or frozen etc. I bring water for myself/ kids and leave for food! They have cubbies and tables you can leave your shoes at, I always carry my purse on me to be safe. Wear shorts/ pants to slide down the slide without scraping yourself! Wash your hands a lot- I know a lot of people that have gotten sick here and even picked up weird rashes and such. Workers are limited, it's always busy and chaotic here. read more

5!!!!! Separate incidents resulting in one star reviews and customer service complaints IN THE SPAN OF A SINGLE WEEK! An obvious sign of an ongoing issue with poor conduct and management. Inconsistent business practices lead to bad reviews. Any business that can't maintain their own policy causes miscommunications in customer service & satisfaction. I took my three children to billy beez over summer and we were told they didn't have socks to purchase and that we could wear our own (gripping) socks. We returned to billy beez today prepared with our gripping socks and we were chased down and told by the customer associate who identified herself as Karen that we needed to wear billy beez socks as their strict policy states. I explained my previous experience with her and she stated it's their policy, as she walked away. When I approached the associate Jackie at the register and explained again my confusion and frustration based off our previous visit, she kindly clarified that if they were "out" of our sized socks they would still allow us to play and that is why they would have made the exception for that day. I explained to her that "inconsistency leads to bad service and reviews" and walked away. However when doing so the other associate, Karen who had originally approached me, took the opportunity to scoff and mock me. Some employees have a more professional delivery of customer service like Jackie's approach while, certain employees like Karen couldn't care less about the misconceptions from my previous experience and continue to give a paying customer an unnecessary attitude. After my interaction with Karen's disrespectful conduct today, I will not return to support business with this billy beez anymore and I will continue to share our situation to warn others of the behavior they can expect from employees. read more

This place could be amazing! Unfortunately, it is not run well, and visiting was far from an amazing experience for my family. The Good: -A wide variety of super fun activities for kids. Climbing, swinging, sliding... if your kiddos have energy, they will love it! -In and out. Once you pay, you get a wristband that allows you to come back later in the day if you decide to leave early. The Bad: -This place is dirty- not just a little dirty, disgustingly dirty! We got here at 10 AM, right when the place opened, and the floors had food, layers of dirt, and sticky footprints all over them. See the attached picture. The climbing equipment had greasy fingerprints all over it and the two hand sanitizer dispensers that I attempted to use were dirty and empty. -The cost is outrageous! I realize running a business can be expensive, but to charge for babies who aren't even walking yet and adults who are simply there to supervise is just ridiculous. I've brought both of my sons here a few times now and things were great until today 2/8/25. You see, one of my sons is special needs meaning he's in a wheel chair so hence can't use absolutely anything in this play place. We've never encountered a problem going inside with the whole family and have had ZERO issues regarding trying to charge us for a child who is bound to a wheel chair until today. They wanted us to pay for a child who is of age 8 and has severe Cerebral Palsy and because of his disability is unable to walk so we need to keep him with us under 24/7 supervision. Because they didn't allow us to come in without paying for a severely disabled child I stayed with my son outside the gate while my husband and our youngest son of age 5 went inside. Discrimination against anyone with disabilities is disgraceful!!! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! If I could give this place a lower rating I would!!! read more
