Prior to coming here I never had known this place existed! Tucked in the corner of the patio area of the Valencia Mall, quite unassuming, I'd never even noticed it in prior trips! Entering the building there's a front desk register, a few benches and barriers (good for keeping fast little ones from exiting without knowledge) and there was one worker helping us that day. As other reviews mention, you do have to purchase the Billy Beez special socks (like any other place) and sign a waiver. The lady helping us was quick speaking so I didn't catch everything she said but she handed us a card that could be used on other visits (maybe to verify we've done the waiver and to track visits I'm guessing but honestly I'm not sure.) What annoyed me was having to pay to simply monitor my child inside. I think they'd have more parents willing to go if they didn't have to pay to just sit and watch. Beside that, this place is huge and it's easy to lose track of your kiddo but it's a blast for the kids. Mine isn't little little so I let her kinda run around and do her thing but for parents of younger ones, you gotta keep up! Yes, it's a bit dirty, and run down, just like the average jungle gym, Sky High or Chuck-E-Cheese but have you met any children? They're destructive and sticky! The condition of certain other things though, like the out of order drinking fountains is more the issue. They have a snack counter that has a pretty large menu, and honestly really good prices, there was just no one there. I stood there for a while and saw the sign that said if it's unattended to go to the front desk- I noticed a person beat me to it and had already summoned the front desk and they had made their way back. She said "they're just in the back" she went back there for a moment and then reappeared and took the persons order to my surprise, and then headed back to the front while I just stood there for a few more minutes considering, and then another lady came from the back and took my order of two pretzels. She said they'd have to be made (all the warmer containers were empty, the drink cooler, fridge etc) and that was totally fine because I'd prefer fresh anyways! Once we got the food they were pretty good. I only saw maybe 3 workers in the entire building. They must be heavily understaffed and I'm sure that plays a part in all the issues not only that I've listed, but what others have stated in their reviews as well. I do plan on going back, my daughter really enjoyed running around and all the cool things to explore, it's possible we just got them at a bad moment! My sons who are 2 yo and 7 yo had so much fun. Plus the pizza was surprisingly good. We are definitely going back.

My 3 year old was very scared of this place a few months ago but now loves it. It's the place where parents can let them kids roam, and if they fall, it's padded. Parents and kids were really nice there. It's kinda pricey for your first time with a child because they are required to buy socks, but it's worth it if you can come back in the afternoon. Our family visited this indoor park yesterday and we were very disappointed with their customer service. It was a party of seven (4 adults, a five year old, 2 year old and the birthday one year old baby boy. We wanted the kids to enjoy the indoor park and at the same time celebrate the baby's birthday. We intended to buy pizza and drinks. Things went sideways when my husband brought in the cake and balloons. We were told that it was not allowed to bring into the park outside food or balloons. Therefore we had to leave after paying for general admission. We immediately requested a refund. No flexibility at all. The assistant manager wanted us to purchase their 10 kids package deal and we said no. We did not have 10 kids. We left Billy beez and ended up at Lazy Dog Restaurant. We sat in the patio and was able to enjoy a good meal and sing happy birthday to baby boy. No issues with the cake nor the balloons. Shame on Billy Beez management team. You could attract more customers if you were reasonably flexible with your policy, which needs to be modified. No wonder the place was practically empty. By the way, you should have a designated cook preparing the meals and not have the assistant manager prepare meals. Hope you're in compliance with health and safety and food regulations. read more

Do not have your party here!!!!! Terrible, rude management! Manager & one staff member followed my friend back to the party room & told her she has 5 minutes to drop off her gift & leave! They waited for her like she was a criminal All because both her & her husband were there with their other child who they were trying to pay full price for! Mind you it's open to the public. Meanwhile, the staff could have been up front checking people in but instead left them waiting in line for at least 20 minutes to get their wristband. The young girl working had ZERO clue how to even answer basic questions, and the "manager" was not able to manage one thing/ including our "party host" who showed up an HOUR LATE, with zero clue as to what we needed. On top of that- we asked for a pitcher of water- because I wasn't fond of giving 4 year olds SODA- and he said he had to ask his manager... which actually never happened. My husband had to ask for it. Then- the manager and staff bust in the room and tell us loudly and forcefully that the party was over 15 minutes ago and started trashing the place. We got ZERO WARNING- zero heads up. I was running a kids birthday party (without the promised host)- it was a little difficult to keep track of the timing. I have had bad experiences that last 2 visits to this business. The first visit a few months ago, your front desk clerk somehow became confused and pulled me into her line (which apparently was not the line for attending a party), even after I mentioned to her at the onset that I was there to attend a party as I waited in the proper line. She then acted very rudely, as if to berate me for being in the wrong line after she figured out (apparently she did not initially understand me) that I was there to attend a party. I informed the manager about this incident and he frankly acted as though he was too busy to care. The 2nd time, last Sunday, my wife and I had my son's birthday party there and 2 of the 4 pizzas that were part of the birthday package that we purchased, had completely burnt crust. Since the staff at this particular Billy Beez cannot improve their customer service, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It's bad enough already that they force one of the parents that are accompanying our paid admission child, to pay just to come in as well, even though we have no intention at all of actually using the rides...that's ridiculous! My 6 year old son love loves this place so much we had to cancel our NYE day plans to come back. It kept him interested for over 5 hours. I'd give this place a zero start of I could. This place has beyond horrible customer service. The so called manager is beyond rude and unprofessional. I was there with 4 kids and had left their water bottles in the car, I asked if I could go grab them and was told that I couldn't leave the kids alone in the play area, which is completely understandable. So I asked if I could leave them in the lobby for a few seconds while I ran to the car and I was told that was fine. I called all the kids out from the play area and had them sit on the bench in the lobby, I was gone for no more than 45 seconds. Upon my return, I was rushed by the "manager" who starts to yell at me in front of my kid, saying how dare I leave my kids alone and that they are not baby sitters. I told her, you where the one who told me it was OK, and she starts to deny the whole thing as if I have short term memory loss and don't recall a conversation from 2 minutes prior. BTW I had two 10 year olds and two 7 year olds with me, who didn't require any babysitting. I told her if your going to be rude just go ahead and refund me and we'll leave, then she said you can just leave and kicked us out without a refund. Inconsistent, unclear policy on socks; even the receipt indicates ANY grip socks. The women's restroom was unkempt. The food was not good and took too long. Most of all, the staff was rude and abrasive from the front desk cashier to the sock monitor patrolling the area with her trash picker. We've been here numerous times before, but today's visit seemed worse than the others. First, the staff looked absolutely miserable today. I know the weekends are busier, but not one person could even force a smile. When I went inside with 3 kids, my wife was parking our vehicle in a handicap parking space right in front of the glass doors (visible from the cashier). I tried to get the kids inside as soon as possible and pay for everyone (we had the plastic BB card so our waivers were already on file) and the clerk refused to allow me to pay for her, insisting that she must be "physically present inside the building." I had to stand around and wait in the crowded lobby for seemingly no reason. We got everyone situated and playing inside, then went to order a pizza and grab a table. Our youngest is 4 y.o. And on the spectrum, and thus doesn't sit well without a booster seat (since the chairs don't have arms on them). I asked staff if they had either a booster or high chair and they said they don't offer them. Not really why you'd offer tables for families to sit at (in a place that caters to small children) and not offer support for younger kids. I thanked them anyways and was on my way back to our table and almost got run over by an employee pushing a cart of pizza and drinks to a party room. No apology or anything given. The customer service is terrible. We were here for a birthday party and it took us 20 mins to get checked in even though we did the waive in advance and so did many of the other parents. The lady at front desk was slow and mean. All kids got socks and adults got a card. When we asked what the card was for we were told it was for the waiver. So we had socks from Chuck E. Cheese that were the same as the socks they sell here but different color. They said we HAD to buy the BB socks. Whatever, I'll buy the dumb socks against my will. They say no outside food or drink but no one is manning the cafe. We asked if someone was working and we were told they were on lunch. We couldn't even get a water. They should have a vending machine for drinks or snacks if that's the case. Keep in mind this is spring break and it's busy. I also think it's ridiculous they charge for adults. This placed used to be better. Front desk staff (female) wasn't the friendliest. Customer service is lacking. No staff checking the entrance. Seems unkept. Came in on a Friday. Came in because they used to have better customer service prior to pandemic. Wouldn't come back anymore. Other than the staff that was rude, there were plenty of slides, and kids to run around. The kids like it but it's extremely dirty and unkept. Bathrooms are gross, trash everywhere, tons of leaks with numerous buckets throughout because of all the leaks. It used to be a lot better but it's pretty gross. We got here at opening time too so for it to be that dirty just shows negligence and that cleaning isn't a priority. This place is great for kids but the staff are awful. An error happened with the machine thats gives cards to play in the arcade area. My wife paid 20 bucks the card didnt load so the manager whatever her name is made my wife wait for more than an hr with my 1 yr old daughter in her arms until it was corrected they didnt offer water or anything. Upon arrival, the lady sitting at the front was not a friendly person, seemed as if she hated her job. We were informed that we had to use their socks aka purchase them, my billy beez card only allowed one child and one adult in, so I still had to pay for them be even though my card had enough for 3 kids on it. Then, while my kids were playing I saw that many things were in disrepair. A lot of the Formica has peeled off, and hasn't been fixed. The water fountains are not working, and totally taken apart. It's a fun place with LOTS for your kid to do, but it's not for everyone. We came here several weeks ago for a birthday party and overall had a great time. Checking in took awhile, but the folks at the front desk were nice and friendly. Inside the play area, adults' sock/shoe usage was inconsistent and lots of parents had their shoes on in the play area. It would probably be better if they had a hard no-shoe rule for everyone, regardless of age. My kid had a blast and loved playing and running around. It's a huge play area/structure! But the tricky thing is that if your kid is younger than maybe 6-7, you'll need to follow them around to make sure they don't get lost or hurt. It's not the kind of play area where you can sort of just leave your little one then sit off to the side. Overall, the place was clean, playing was fun, and any/all employees I interacted with were nice. I'd come back! I'd just make sure that I myself have play clothes and grippy socks. read more

Billy Beez gave us the worst birthday experience I have ever had for a toddler's birthday. I had a birthday party reservation for Saturday 12/17/22 and upon check-in I was notified that hours prior both of the public restrooms had been closed and would be shut down for the remainder of the day. I didn't receive any phone calls from Billy Beez regarding the issue and was refused the option to cancel or receive a reduced rate for the inconvenience. It was the most embarrassing thing having to tell my the parents attending my 4-year-old birthday that there weren't any working restroom. The business also suggested we use the restrooms at the business around the corner but did was not given permission for Billy Beez guests to use their bathrooms. read more

The socks are mandatory and very tight. If you have. Sensitive child they may not like them. But they have to wear them. There are slide, ball pits tunnel etc. if you have a party here it could be fun but for a one time experience my 3 year old enjoyed it for about 45min which for $30 or so was not worth the price. read more
