Front desk guy with dreads has horrible customer service and seemed annoyed we were there. The whole place is extremely dirty and the mats are caked with dirt. No paper towels in the bathroom. After reading a lot of reviews.... Looks like there seems to be a common denominator with this place. Wont be coming back. read more

Billy Beez - Mats throughout the entire place. Obviously haven't been cleaned in some time. - Kids Activities Near Me - Valencia, California

It was very cute nice for the children. My grandson's 1011 and four all were able to enjoy it. Did I get a chance to eat at the café but they have a full food café price for adults were a little pricey to me and then also what sucks they do not answer their phone. I tried to call over an hour no one ever answered. read more

What a great fun place! Nick the Manager is so kind and welcoming. The place is clean, the food is delicious, and the prices are affordable!

I recently went in since my youngest daughter had been wanting to go to Billy Beez. We hadn't been to Billy Beez since 02/17/24 for a friends sons birthday. I was definitely greeted and welcomed. I asked about their current promotion 10 Pack for $150 which is so cost effective for many visits which has flexibility includes the parent admission no time limit and no expiration they're open 7 days a week, What a Deal! Nick the new manager was nearby he introduced himself. I appreciated his energy he complimented my sons cool Godzilla T-shirt. The facility was spotless extra clean which is very important. Nick shared that he values customer experience. I could tell he genuinely wants families to enjoy themselves which we did. I highly recommend Billy Beez in Valencia for any occasion. read more

Prior to coming here I never had known this place existed! Tucked in the corner of the patio area of the Valencia Mall, quite unassuming, I'd never even noticed it in prior trips! Entering the building there's a front desk register, a few benches and barriers (good for keeping fast little ones from exiting without knowledge) and there was one worker helping us that day. As other reviews mention, you do have to purchase the Billy Beez special socks (like any other place) and sign a waiver. The lady helping us was quick speaking so I didn't catch everything she said but she handed us a card that could be used on other visits (maybe to verify we've done the waiver and to track visits I'm guessing but honestly I'm not sure.) What annoyed me was having to pay to simply monitor my child inside. I think they'd have more parents willing to go if they didn't have to pay to just sit and watch. Beside that, this place is huge and it's easy to lose track of your kiddo but it's a blast for the kids. Mine isn't little little so I let her kinda run around and do her thing but for parents of younger ones, you gotta keep up! Yes, it's a bit dirty, and run down, just like the average jungle gym, Sky High or Chuck-E-Cheese but have you met any children? They're destructive and sticky! The condition of certain other things though, like the out of order drinking fountains is more the issue. They have a snack counter that has a pretty large menu, and honestly really good prices, there was just no one there. I stood there for a while and saw the sign that said if it's unattended to go to the front desk- I noticed a person beat me to it and had already summoned the front desk and they had made their way back. She said "they're just in the back" she went back there for a moment and then reappeared and took the persons order to my surprise, and then headed back to the front while I just stood there for a few more minutes considering, and then another lady came from the back and took my order of two pretzels. She said they'd have to be made (all the warmer containers were empty, the drink cooler, fridge etc) and that was totally fine because I'd prefer fresh anyways! Once we got the food they were pretty good. I only saw maybe 3 workers in the entire building. They must be heavily understaffed and I'm sure that plays a part in all the issues not only that I've listed, but what others have stated in their reviews as well. I do plan on going back, my daughter really enjoyed running around and all the cool things to explore, it's possible we just got them at a bad moment! Always willing to give it another shot! read more

My 3 year old was very scared of this place a few months ago but now loves it. It's the place where parents can let them kids roam, and if they fall, it's padded. Parents and kids were really nice there. It's kinda pricey for your first time with a child because they are required to buy socks, but it's worth it if you can come back in the afternoon. My son asks to go back so I may have to get the deal for 10 visits for $160! read more

The socks are mandatory and very tight. If you have. Sensitive child they may not like them. But they have to wear them. There are slide, ball pits tunnel etc. if you have a party here it could be fun but for a one time experience my 3 year old enjoyed it for about 45min which for $30 or so was not worth the price. read more

Great play place for the kids for sure but THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!!! The no cash nonsense has got to stop. Other than that nice cool place for summer play. They don't allow outside food or drink but have the usual trash food and drinks for sale. read more

I've brought both of my sons here a few times now and things were great until today 2/8/25. You see, one of my sons is special needs meaning he's in a wheel chair so hence can't use absolutely anything in this play place. We've never encountered a problem going inside with the whole family and have had ZERO issues regarding trying to charge us for a child who is bound to a wheel chair until today. They wanted us to pay for a child who is of age 8 and has severe Cerebral Palsy and because of his disability is unable to walk so we need to keep him with us under 24/7 supervision. Because they didn't allow us to come in without paying for a severely disabled child I stayed with my son outside the gate while my husband and our youngest son of age 5 went inside. Discrimination against anyone with disabilities is disgraceful!!! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! If I could give this place a lower rating I would!!! read more

Took my 2.5 year old nephew and he loved it. Definitely will tire out the kids and sleep the whole night. Wish they had better food options.

We have brought our kids here a couple times to play and each time the experience is rough. It's a good place for kids to play and get their energy out especially on bad weather days. However the staff has always been rude and unhelpful. Last time we went the lady basically yelled at me for only doing one waiver when I had them both on my phone and it turned out she typed in my number wrong and had the wrong information. A different employee was yelling at a parent for letting her son play while she stayed with her baby and the employee was judging her parenting, it was not a good look. Then we went into the bathrooms which were filthy. Three of the toilets needed attention, there were no paper towels, and it just looked dirty. We ended up leaving after an hour and honestly I don't think I will be back, for a place that caters to kids it didn't seem like the employees enjoyed being around them and the price you pay is not worth the experience. read more

The bathrooms are so dirty they never clean them came here a couple times always the same , they charge per adult as well makes no sense you are in there to watch your child no other play place charges adults no food or drinks from outside only there awful food , my daughter was wearing the exact yellow and black socks she mistakenly took thinking they were Billy bees socks a older heavy lady hunt her down while she was playing so we could buy Billy bees socks they explained they want everyone to match the place my daughter did match it just did not say Billy bees on her socks . read more

We called in to book this party, we were told we could arrive 30 min before our party to setup, we could bring cake, seniors wouldn't be charged. We asked the person on the phone if socks were included and were told no, so we almost bought socks for all kids but decided to wait. Thankfully we didn't because socks were included!!! Every person we talked to gave us different answers each time we called or they called us. This should have been our first flag to go somewhere else. Day of the party we show up hands full of stuff. The party line had NO one there, just one person on a Saturday checking everyone in. My husband walked up to the lady guarding the gate to ask if we could set down our stuff and she said NO cakes allowed. So we stood in the sun waiting in line for our turn. Hostess was less than friendly but not the worst. We were told our room wasn't ready but we could wait outside if the room. This was 3:20. We walked down to our room and the party before was still going on....well after their time was up. NO one was telling them to hurry up or get out. They were just allowed to continue. They finally packed up their stuff and left and then the room was cleaned. Our party started we 3:30 but we didn't get access to the room until 3:36. Pizza was nasty. Soda pitchers are not refillable. This place nickel and dimes you every chance they get. Only ONE table for the kids, adults just got chairs. We have a blind senior who needed more accommodations and we couldn't get them. Party was setup for twins but they would only acknowledge one of them. We agreed we cut the cake at 5 with the party planner and then party planner walked back up to me 10 min later wanting to cut the cake because she had to light it. I said well we discussed doing that at 5 correct and she said yes and I said well we have 18 more minutes so I am not sure why you're back over here so soon. She announced cake cutting and again only acknowledged 1 twins name yet again. Room temperature is either hot or freezing. We were rushed out of our party room at the end of the party, didn't get the 6 min we were shorted and there wasn't even a party after ours. No one at the gate checks to make sure what kid leaves with who and the party rooms are tucked away in the very far back. Very risky that someone could coax a kid to walk out with them. ALL shoes should be required to be removed before walking past the entrance but they aren't and adults go into the play zones with their shoes. Very gross! Arcade is over priced! And what a waste of plastic to give every single person a Billy Beez card. All waivers are electronic and saved into the system so the card is a waste of plastic that people just toss. Ask every person if they would like the card or not before just giving them out. If you want to just come for the day then this place is fine. I do not recommend this for a birthday party. The next day another family member has their party at Sky Zone and it was amazing. Book there instead of BB! read more

Do not have your party here!!!!! Terrible, rude management! Manager & one staff member followed my friend back to the party room & told her she has 5 minutes to drop off her gift & leave! They waited for her like she was a criminal All because both her & her husband were there with their other child who they were trying to pay full price for! Mind you it's open to the public. Meanwhile, the staff could have been up front checking people in but instead left them waiting in line for at least 20 minutes to get their wristband. All of the moms from our party agreed we would never return. And we will spread the word. Our sweet boys will play somewhere else. read more

Imma start out with saying- I DO NOT LEAVE BAD REVIEWS. However- If I could give this place 0 I would. The staff working at a kids place should probably, I don't know, like kids? The young girl working had ZERO clue how to even answer basic questions, and the "manager" was not able to manage one thing/ including our "party host" who showed up an HOUR LATE, with zero clue as to what we needed. On top of that- we asked for a pitcher of water- because I wasn't fond of giving 4 year olds SODA- and he said he had to ask his manager... which actually never happened. My husband had to ask for it. Then- the manager and staff bust in the room and tell us loudly and forcefully that the party was over 15 minutes ago and started trashing the place. We got ZERO WARNING- zero heads up. I was running a kids birthday party (without the promised host)- it was a little difficult to keep track of the timing. It would have been nice to at least get a warning. The pizza was cold, and so were their attitudes. I will be going somewhere else- especially after spending so much money on a SUBPAR EXPERIENCE. Good luck with staying open. read more

My sons who are 2 yo and 7 yo had so much fun. Plus the pizza was surprisingly good. We are definitely going back.

My 6 year old son love loves this place so much we had to cancel our NYE day plans to come back. It kept him interested for over 5 hours. The chicken strips were real chicken - staff was nice - things were clean. He cried when I told him we had one last day in california because there's "no Billy beez in Texas". Great place to tire out your kiddo. Thanks Chloe! Zeke and Chavah will be back soon. read more

d napped most of the time but because she's 1, we had to pay regular price. There should be a reduced price for under 3. Also our grandma came and she doesn't have an email, it's ridiculous that every adult has to have an email address. So we had to create one in order for her to come in. Let's talk good, chicken tenders and tator tots were good. The pizza was burnt, the kids wanted to go back to playing so they just ate it. We complained to one guy, he said he'd replace the pieces left, 20 minutes later, he's no where to be found. We complained to someone else and they gave us the number of slices that were left. Normally businesses would just give you another pizza so I thought that wasn't good customer service. Some of the hand sanitizer machines didn't work. I'd come back for a party or if my kids begged me to but I'm def not jumping to come back. read more

Terrible place how are they in business with no employees!!!!! We book a party for my godson. Let's start by saying our room was not ready. Manager ignored us for the first half an hour. We didn't get everything we were promise that was included "in our $500+ packet" pizza was burn if not burn not fully cooked! (One of our girls got sick certainly we are gonna file suit) at the end we still got charge the remaining with a $100 discount . Our family visited this indoor park yesterday and we were very disappointed with their customer service. It was a party of seven (4 adults, a five year old, 2 year old and the birthday one year old baby boy. We wanted the kids to enjoy the indoor park and at the same time celebrate the baby's birthday. We intended to buy pizza and drinks. Things went sideways when my husband brought in the cake and balloons. We were told that it was not allowed to bring into the park outside food or balloons. Therefore we had to leave after paying for general admission. We immediately requested a refund. No flexibility at all. The assistant manager wanted us to purchase their 10 kids package deal and we said no. We did not have 10 kids. We left Billy beez and ended up at Lazy Dog Restaurant. We sat in the patio and was able to enjoy a good meal and sing happy birthday to baby boy. No issues with the cake nor the balloons. Shame on Billy Beez management team. You could attract more customers if you were reasonably flexible with your policy, which needs to be modified. No wonder the place was practically empty. By the way, you should have a designated cook preparing the meals and not have the assistant manager prepare meals. Hope you're in compliance with health and safety and food regulations. read more

The customer service is terrible. We were here for a birthday party and it took us 20 mins to get checked in even though we did the waive in advance and so did many of the other parents. The lady at front desk was slow and mean. All kids got socks and adults got a card. When we asked what the card was for we were told it was for the waiver. Later we found out the card was for the automatic doors so kids would escape, unfortunately the doors were broken and kids kept on running out of the area. With parents behind them. If the gate was closed why would they post someone at the gate? Really dangerous! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Not safe read more

I have had bad experiences that last 2 visits to this business. The first visit a few months ago, your front desk clerk somehow became confused and pulled me into her line (which apparently was not the line for attending a party), even after I mentioned to her at the onset that I was there to attend a party as I waited in the proper line. She then acted very rudely, as if to berate me for being in the wrong line after she figured out (apparently she did not initially understand me) that I was there to attend a party. I informed the manager about this incident and he frankly acted as though he was too busy to care. The 2nd time, last Sunday, my wife and I had my son's birthday party there and 2 of the 4 pizzas that were part of the birthday package that we purchased, had completely burnt crust. Since the staff at this particular Billy Beez cannot improve their customer service, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It's bad enough already that they force one of the parents that are accompanying our paid admission child, to pay just to come in as well, even though we have no intention at all of actually using the rides...that's ridiculous! We should not have to pay just to chaperon our child, if both parents are present. read more

This placed used to be better. Front desk staff (female) wasn't the friendliest. Customer service is lacking. No staff checking the entrance. Seems unkept. Came in on a Friday. Came in because they used to have better customer service prior to pandemic. Wouldn't come back anymore. Other than the staff that was rude, there were plenty of slides, and kids to run around. You have to get their socks. Unsafe, kids can be easily get taken. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

The kids like it but it's extremely dirty and unkept. Bathrooms are gross, trash everywhere, tons of leaks with numerous buckets throughout because of all the leaks. It used to be a lot better but it's pretty gross. We got here at opening time too so for it to be that dirty just shows negligence and that cleaning isn't a priority. I don't know, it's definitely not what it used to be. At least spray Lysol so the customers think it's clean. read more

It's a fun place with LOTS for your kid to do, but it's not for everyone. We came here several weeks ago for a birthday party and overall had a great time. Checking in took awhile, but the folks at the front desk were nice and friendly. Inside the play area, adults' sock/shoe usage was inconsistent and lots of parents had their shoes on in the play area. It would probably be better if they had a hard no-shoe rule for everyone, regardless of age. My kid had a blast and loved playing and running around. It's a huge play area/structure! But the tricky thing is that if your kid is younger than maybe 6-7, you'll need to follow them around to make sure they don't get lost or hurt. It's not the kind of play area where you can sort of just leave your little one then sit off to the side. Overall, the place was clean, playing was fun, and any/all employees I interacted with were nice. I'd come back! I'd just make sure that I myself have play clothes and grippy socks. read more

Billy Beez gave us the worst birthday experience I have ever had for a toddler's birthday. I had a birthday party reservation for Saturday 12/17/22 and upon check-in I was notified that hours prior both of the public restrooms had been closed and would be shut down for the remainder of the day. I didn't receive any phone calls from Billy Beez regarding the issue and was refused the option to cancel or receive a reduced rate for the inconvenience. We've been here numerous times before, but today's visit seemed worse than the others. First, the staff looked absolutely miserable today. I know the weekends are busier, but not one person could even force a smile. When I went inside with 3 kids, my wife was parking our vehicle in a handicap parking space right in front of the glass doors (visible from the cashier). I tried to get the kids inside as soon as possible and pay for everyone (we had the plastic BB card so our waivers were already on file) and the clerk refused to allow me to pay for her, insisting that she must be "physically present inside the building." I had to stand around and wait in the crowded lobby for seemingly no reason. We got everyone situated and playing inside, then went to order a pizza and grab a table. Our youngest is 4 y.o. And on the spectrum, and thus doesn't sit well without a booster seat (since the chairs don't have arms on them). I asked staff if they had either a booster or high chair and they said they don't offer them. Not really why you'd offer tables for families to sit at (in a place that caters to small children) and not offer support for younger kids. I thanked them anyways and was on my way back to our table and almost got run over by an employee pushing a cart of pizza and drinks to a party room. No apology or anything given. He looked like he could care less. Overall, the staff looked like they hated being here today, and let everyone know it. It felt like all the parents were an inconvenience or something. I hope this was just a one off experience. read more

I'd give this place a zero start of I could. This place has beyond horrible customer service. The so called manager is beyond rude and unprofessional. I was there with 4 kids and had left their water bottles in the car, I asked if I could go grab them and was told that I couldn't leave the kids alone in the play area, which is completely understandable. So I asked if I could leave them in the lobby for a few seconds while I ran to the car and I was told that was fine. I called all the kids out from the play area and had them sit on the bench in the lobby, I was gone for no more than 45 seconds. Upon my return, I was rushed by the "manager" who starts to yell at me in front of my kid, saying how dare I leave my kids alone and that they are not baby sitters. I told her, you where the one who told me it was OK, and she starts to deny the whole thing as if I have short term memory loss and don't recall a conversation from 2 minutes prior. BTW I had two 10 year olds and two 7 year olds with me, who didn't require any babysitting. I told her if your going to be rude just go ahead and refund me and we'll leave, then she said you can just leave and kicked us out without a refund. She completely ruined a fun memory for my kids and left them emotionally distraught. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, NEVER BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! read more
