I went on 1/11/26, and both my car and my friend's car were broken into while we were inside. When we reported it, employees told us that there are no cameras covering all parking areas, which meant there was little to no help or accountability. If you choose to come here, be extremely careful where you park, especially after dark, and do not leave anything in your car. Fast forward to last Sunday, 6/5/25: we were invited to one of my 7-year-old's best friend's party. Nothing was ready or on time. But besides that, the overall place of Skyzone in general still sucks. Floors are dirtier, and bathrooms are still as filthy as before, even the party bathrooms that are located upstairs. Supposed to be nice and clean for party guests, but it is not. Walls are dirty, there's piss on the floor, and there's toilet paper everywhere. That's not to mention the outdated playground where there are random nails or equipment ripping off that could seriously hurt someone if they land on it. This place is a nightmare, and I never come here. Showing up for the party was questionable; I almost did not go because of how this place is. I don't recommend it to anyone. I never bring my kiddos here even if they do have some fun here, hence the 2 stars. Food is overpriced as well; 6 dollars for soda? Water? I left for 7-Eleven to buy water and chips for less than 1 bottle of water from here. Plus they advertise hot food but can't make it. It's because their oven is broken. Like, what? I'm sorry, but this place really is not all that great. I don't get the hype, but based on reviews, there seem to be plenty of people who are not happy here. Last time I was here I purchased the summer pass. I came back today to utilize the pass. Not only did we have to wait over 40 minutes just to check in but no one notified us the air conditioner was broken. It's over 100 degrees outside. Even with the few fans on inside it was HOT. Very unprofessional to not let the customers know the air is not working. Employees are literally fanning themselves with paper plates. One employee said an air condition technician is scheduled to come out today. People are coming here to escape the heat and it's so hot inside the park. Came for a birthday party and it was both my first time and my little one's first visit and we had such a great time! It's very open, clean, and I loved that there's a designated area just for smaller kids so they can play safely. I came here with my daughter, niece and sister to jump around and have fun. I wasn't as impressed as the Thousand Oaks location and probably won't be back. First off this location felt so much smaller and not a lot to do. There was no foam pit which was the main thing everyone wanted to do. There was a giant leak in the ceiling spraying water everywhere which was unsafe. The activities on the floor were limited and not very exciting when you are paying $41.99 plus socks to jump for 90 minutes. The food was ok but overpriced and not amazing. I did like that they had a toddler center outside the trampoline park that my daughter enjoyed. The parking lot is horrible with very little parking so a busy day it was hard to park. The restrooms are nasty where there's pee all over the floor especially the men's bathroom to where it's coming out of the doorway. It is not sanitary and it is really disturbing to see that because these kids are literally running around in their socks and isn't aware that they can slip and fall. I purchased the Skyzone Elite Membership in June, but since July I had left four messages trying to cancel with no response. During that time, I even had a family bereavement and was in the middle of moving, so I never once used the membership. What's worse, I never even received the monthly membership charge emails that I think they should have been sent, so I had no updates until I checked my own account. On August 27th, I finally got through to someone, but instead of apologizing, they brushed it off saying they were "too busy" to respond. When I asked to speak with a manager, the person told me he is the manager and compared it to a gym membership where you keep paying even if you never use it. They showed no accountability for not returning my calls and were very rude. To make it worse, they hung up on me. I later received a cancellation email dated September 1st, but the whole experience left me feeling scammed. Is signing people up all that matters to them? I've been to other Skyzone locations and never experienced such unresponsiveness or rudeness. I've even hosted birthday parties and Girl Scout parties here because it's the closest to me, but after this experience, I never want to come back. read more

It was so hot and cramped every where in the facility. No real supervision for the children during jump time. Extremely crowded people in every corner even outside the entrance. Parking was a nightmare. The entire process of hosting a party there was completely overwhelming and not worth the large amount I paid. My child did enjoy it because what kid pays attention on their birthday filled with excitement so that was a why I gave the one star! There were SO many kids, I'm guessing Sunday 12-2 is prime time, so I don't recommend coming then. It was so overcrowded and chaotic but my siblings still had a good time. Checking into the party was so hectic. It took 30 minutes just to get wristbands and socks even after signing the waiver online. For a party experience, they should definitely improve a smoother process or at least add extra time for the jumping time they lost. The line just for parties was so long, everyone was upset because of the time they lost jumping that was already paid for. We visited Sky Zone to celebrate my nephew's birthday and unfortunately had a very negative experience due to poor organization, untrained staff, and extremely unprofessional management behavior. The party host paid for 3 hours of room time. Our room was scheduled to start at 1:00 PM, but we were not allowed into the room until 1:30 PM, losing 30 minutes of paid time. Despite this delay, at 4:00 PM, staff began rushing us to leave even though we still had 30 minutes remaining in our reserved time. While we were still packing food and gifts, untrained teenage cleaning staff (minors) entered the room and threw away large amounts of our food and gift cards without asking or receiving permission. Many items were already packed into bags to take home, and others were clearly still in use. When we realized what happened, we tried to retrieve our belongings from the trash. One of the teenage staff members then reported us to management. A male manager came into the room and began yelling, using inappropriate language, and threatening to call the police, instead of calmly resolving the issue. This behavior occurred in front of young children (ages 6-7), causing them to cry and panic. Several children said they never want to return because they felt unsafe. This was supposed to be a fun family celebration, but it turned into a stressful and frightening experience due to poor management, lack of staff training, and aggressive behavior. A family entertainment business should never treat guests this way, especially in front of children. We are extremely disappointed and hope corporate management addresses these serious issues so other families do not experience the same treatment. read more
