Several employees were gathered in groups, focused on their phones, and using inappropriate language--including profanity--which is completely unacceptable in a children's environment. They frequently walked behind my children and removed toys they were actively playing with, making it difficult for them to enjoy themselves. Additionally, staff members were openly gossiping about another employee taking an hour-long break. When that employee returned, he confronted a coworker, and the argument continued in front of guests. At one point, two staff members were even chasing each other to the restroom. The overall behavior was chaotic and unprofessional. I'm truly disappointed, as this is supposed to be a safe and fun place for little kids. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional conduct and inappropriate language used around children, I will not be returning.

I would definitely recommend it but ideally it'd be one hour of play, then the party room, & then another hour of play because after the party, the kids wanted to go back and play and were really disappointed it was all over.

An employee refused to sell me a fruit salad because the station was closing in five minutes, while other staff observed without offering assistance. I waited there and it passed about 20 minutes. My two young daughters love their coaches and always have fun in class. The coaches are kind and very patient. They don't currently have a team but they're sort of rebuilding that aspect of the gym. Overall it's a wonderful place for kids to gain strength, confidence, and to make friends. We're so happy to have enrolled our kids.

The liquid color was a huge mistake as it turned the roads slick when running. The family fun area was completely seperate from the event and did not see it until the end of the event. Color runs are better organized, more music, djs, energy and food trucks. Whoever organized this must have done it the night before. An absolute disappointment and waste of money.
