It has become a great spot for kids' activities, birthday parties, and even small get-togethers with friends and family while the children have fun playing. They also have delicious breakfast options, and the customer service is completely different from what it used to be -- friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Another thing I really like is that it's a perfect place year-round. If it's cold outside, the kids can play comfortably indoors, and when it's extremely hot outside, you can enjoy a cool, air-conditioned environment while they have fun. The new management has truly made a difference. Great atmosphere for the whole family, great service, and a wonderful place for kids. Five stars aren't enough -- I'd give them 7!

Also, the structure of the party and a schedule provided to us would have been a nice addition. The two hour party went by so fast, we blinked and it was over, so having a small schedule would have been nice. So many memories were made here. The decorator is OUT of the WORLD! I didn't have high expectations of walking away with any prizes because I'm use to regular arcade claw machines where you spend so much money and walk away with nothing. I love that this business has games starting at just 1 token and some going up to 9 tokens. And even if the claw machines aren't your thing you can definitely expect to win something from the capsule toy vending machines. They have a great variety of cartoon, anime, and nostalgic items, including stuffed animals, toy figurines, keychains, and building blocks. They have something for everyone. I didn't see any food or drinks for sale, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to grab something to eat afterward. The ambiance was clean, cute, colorful, bright, and very eye catching which is what made us stop in the first place. I had a lot of fun and definitely recommend checking out Claw & Fun for the experience. If I'm ever in the area again I would most definitely stop in!

It was busy but there were still a good number of tables available. You pay at the front and seat yourself. Everything is self-service including drinks and utensils. They have a variety of options and rotate different ones. You can also make requests if there's a pizza you want that isn't on the buffet line. They have other things like a salad bar and pasta. The buffet line was well maintained. It was clean and refilled often. One issue we had was the lack of clearing tables. There was someone walking around bussing tables but she wasn't coming around often and there was only one person for such a busy time. So our plates and garbage was just piling up. Thankfully the table was big enough so that it was still out of our way. Since everything else is self-service, I'd think we could just have an area to throw away garbage and leftovers and set aside dirty plates especially since you need to use a new plate every time. That would've made it a lot easier if we could just clear our own tables rather than waiting for someone to clear it and the plates continuing to pile up. Food was solid. Pizza and salad bar was basic - but pretty much what I'd expect from a place like this especially for the price. Definitely skip the desserts though. Those were not it. But again, for a place like this I wouldn't expect much for desserts. I just don't recommend eating it. There was significant miscommunication from the host prior to the event, and when we arrived we were unexpectedly told we needed to make changes. Our party was also moved from our original table to much smaller tables that did not provide enough space for our group. Throughout the event I had to repeatedly go back and forth with staff to clarify these issues, which made the experience frustrating and unenjoyable. They also attempted to charge us an additional $200 for a game that I was clearly told was included in the mixed birthday package -- something I confirmed with them at least three times prior to the event. In addition, the facility itself needs serious attention. It was not clean, masks were falling off the kids' faces, the venue appeared dirty, and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Overall, the space does not seem well maintained and requires much-needed upkeep. It felt like the venue was overbooked and unable to deliver on what was promised, with many inconsistencies throughout the event. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

This place is HUGE with plenty to keep kids entertained for hours. There are giant play structures, slides, a ball pit, oversized Legos, a dance floor, and so much more. It's the kind of place where you look at the clock thinking you've been there 30 minutes, and somehow it's been two hours. We went on a Saturday, and it was packed, which makes sense with all the birthday parties happening. Even with the crowd, the staff was friendly, attentive, and seemed to do a good job keeping an eye on everything. The only downside was the women's restroom. The stalls definitely need more attention throughout the day. Since everyone is walking around in socks, it'd be nice if they were checked and cleaned more often. We came back a few times and found urine on the floor, and one stall even had dried blood. Aside from the restroom, the facility itself looked surprisingly clean considering how busy it was. We'd definitely come back just with our own socks next time!

I like how the whole room is private & the kids move from one room to the next altogether. The play area accommodates a good range of age groups including toddlers. After the two rooms, they led us into the party room and the birthday kid gets to sit in a huge inflatable chair. The staff immediately started serving the food. The pizza was pretty decent and I applaud the employee for keeping the drink pitchers well stocked especially how thirsty all the kids were from jumping. I think they had forgotten the chicken for the adults but it came out fairly quickly afterwards. There are, I believe 2 rooms with 2 bouncy houses in them where kids can run bounce and play and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. The bday party is super easy for parents, the employees do all the heavy lifting. They hype up the kids, guide them from room to room, lead singing happy birthday to the bday kid and serve the food to all the children. They leave the food out buffet style in the back of the room for the adults to serve themselves. They also take pics of all the kiddos while they're playing and then a montage of all the pics is shown on the screen in the pizza party room while they're eating. The kids loved seeing themselves in all the photos. It was so cute to watch them look at all the pics. More importantly, they absolutely loved the bouncy houses which seemed perfect for pre school to elementary aged children. Great job Pump It Up staff!
