Came across this when stressing on what to do for a birthday. My kids, all kids love claw machines and winning. I am so glad that we decided on this for our daughter's party! The venue isn't big and there are no party rooms so don't come in here expecting that. I asked all the questions, even stopped by there to check it out since we've never been just to get ideas for my party prep. I wanted something quick and fun because come on, what adult wants to stay at a kids party that long? This was perfect! Win, win for everyone. They provide a party table, decorations, eatery supplies, and goodie bags. I opted for open reservation meaning our party took place where other customers can walk in which I didn't have an issue with. For extra, you could book a private hour just to get that time for yourselves and after it's open to the public but you can still continue your party if they don't have another reservation after yours. The place is super clean, they have 2 bathrooms, both clean and cute. The decor is super fun and cute, perfect for photos. The staff was very accommodating, sweet, and amazing with our party needs and to our kiddos. All the kids and even the parents had a lot of fun!! I would definitely book them again and I know my friends also want to book them for their kids!! They even said they would come over here over claw city on just regular days. My only suggestion for parents if you want to do this, keep your menu simple and quick for clean ups. I got a small cake because let's face it, nobody really eat cake anymore. I got some canes chicken, pizza, small cake, some juice boxes and called it a day. Everything worked out how I expected, easy cleanup! I didn't want to leave a mess or have the staff deal with too much. I made sure the kids ate first, bday cake and song, photos, before they were allowed to go crazy. Also no birthday candles! I used to go often here because of the "stuffies" were always unique and alot of claw machines but recently these past two times since they added the claw machines that require assistance on the right side towards the back it has been very disappointing not much variety and those ones on the right side take up a lot of space for more stiffues so I've been trying different ones around the KAT area and bobo claw comes in very close to 1st for me right now read more

This was fun! They actually WANT you to win stuff! Staff is super nice, and we saw them reshuffle the items in the machine a few times to make sure you could win something fairly. It's about $1 per turn, but the best part is ... you can keep the stuffs OR trade them in for for points toward other prices on the wall behind cash registers. They have variety of popular themes: Pokemon, Nintendo, Bluey, Hello Kitty, various animals & food, small keychains to normal size stuffs..... it was fun! 3.5 stars I enjoyed this place more than Claw Paradise in Sugar Land although technically we spent similar amount per plushie. Here, we spent $50 (60 tokens) and got 10 plushies and 1 lego character. In SL, we spent $20 and got 5 plushies. I still felt like some of the machines were "rigged" in a sense that the claw had weak holds or would shake and drop the plushie. They're all the same honestly! Reasons we liked this place more though: there are way more machines and cuter plushies of more well-known characters (eg Hello Kitty, Stitch). They're good quality too. Also, they had machines that were guarantee wins (2+ tokens, I saw some for 7 tokens); You just turn the dial. My nephew got a spiderman lego character for 2 tokens. There were more trade-in options here too. We traded in 5 plushies for a big Eevee plushie. The vibe was just more fun imo; More machines and more people (but not overly crowded on a Tuesday afternoon). We didn't have to repeat as many machines as we did in SL (and there, we only spent $20 but did a lot of repeats). We're not pros by any means, so we did learn that attempting a machine 2-3x did result in a win! (Bring the plush closer to the hole!) Con - At times, there's a quick release and you have to use another token to win, so second try is a for sure a win. Really enjoyed my time at Claw & Fun as there's a good variety of machines, prizes and trade up options. What's unique about here is their wall of gacha/blind boxes. Depending on the size they start at 5 tokens and go up from there. They offer figurines and keychains from popular games and animes like Genshin, Pokemon and Demon Slayer. For this visit they had a lot of Pokemon themed pushies as prizes. It was nice to see rarer ones like Alolan Vulpix and Growlithe and not just Pikachu. They also have a lot of mini claw machines with smaller prizes like keychains, mini pushies & small blind bags. For $20 you'll get 22 token, making it almost $1 per play since each machine takes 1 token. Which is on average here in the city. For this visit my win rate was okay-ish, 3 prizes for $20. Even so I'd visit again to see what else they'll stock their machines with next time. read more

My friends and I had lunch in the same complex, saw the place and decided to stop in. It was a Friday at 3:30pm and there was only a few others there. The two employees working were super friendly Nd attentive. The plushies and toys are good quality, we all had fun winning. When an employee saw us "struggling" on a machine they would ask if we wanted them to rearrange the stuffies, for example if the one wanted was not reachable. The 4 of us each spent between $10-$20 and we left with about 9 items total. There are bags to take your items home. It was definitely a lot of fun! read more

I thought this place was actually really good! The employees were super helpful and are always willing to help fluff the machines, especially if you are looking to try to get a specific plush. Machines were pretty solid. I spent 50 bucks for 60 tokens. Won 12 1-token claw plushies and 1-5 token collectible. It worked out to about $3.50-3.75 per plush, which I thought was pretty solid and fair. We got quite a bit of Pokemon plush. Super cute place for friends and family to hang out especially with children! Prices are reasonable ($1 per token) and employees help rearrange the items in the machines to help you when asked. Other than that, you just run around and play on all their different machines! The place is very clean and cute. There are restrooms located in the back and I think the place is pretty big for what it looks like on the outside. I took a couple of my little cousins here and they had a great time! The staff we encountered were very friendly, but this place is very hard to win anything. The claw machines are rigged. They immediately drop whatever you grab and unless it's near the edge, you don't win. We had at least 10 animals that were grabbed but the claw released. We spent $35 and came out with only 2 stuffed animals. Towards the end we just started doing the machines where you automatically get a prize. They have a trade in for the stuffed animals, but seeing how the claws release everything it's kinda pointless. read more

The store is cute and has a good selection of machines and plush, as well as guaranteed capsule machines. We watched other people play through and it was very obvious that the claws are rigged as much as possible. There has always been an element of difficulty to claw machines and they are all rigged to an extent, but you can tell from the grip (or lack there of) and the spring that these are made to fall easily, even if you have the perfect placement. Multiple machines were able to pick up the plushies, but they either fell out immediately because the grip strength was super weak, a slight jiggle caused the plushies to drop, and there was a slight release of grip strength when the claw reached the top - all adding to a disappointing play experience. We witnessed this on multiple machines played by multiple different people. Yes, there were those that won, but it seemed few and far between and not worth the heartache for the kids. There may be some element of fun for teens and adults, but I wouldn't recommend it for kids unless you are ready to shell out a lot of money and some disappointment as well. To clarify, I do not mind losing and trying again, but these seemed impossible. We play a LOT of claw machine games and this was not it. The staff were very attentive and nice and they did try to move prizes around inside the machines for you, but it didn't matter since there was no grip in the claw to get the prize from the claw to the chute. read more

They had three girls working and just talking to each other. The staff here are incredibly sweet and friendly, and the service alone makes me want to revisit! If they notice you struggling they'll offer to rearrange the plushies for you! Most of the winnings were because of the staff's generosity and attentiveness. In addition to that, though the building itself is small the variety of prizes easily beats that of the Claw City. The machines were all filled with different items and the gachapon were a sweet addition! The environment is also much less overstimulating than I thought it would be. When I greeted one of the workers, he acted as if I was bothering him. The lack of helpfulness and poor customer service within the first two minutes was enough for me to leave. I went to Claw City instead and had an amazing experience. Went here for the second time today and will say I WAS NOT impressed the claw machines are clearly set very rigged and as soon as the grab them it lets them go this place is a MONEY GRAB they set the prices of prizes very well to make sure you buy coins, the staff was ok at best he tried to rearrange but ended up moving one plush and I still couldn't get it because of how rigged the machines were. Look its a fun place during the day when its not so packed but on a Saturday night, it can be a squeeze. The machines do drop ALOT before it even gets to the chute but one day we went and left with 7 stuffies, other 2x nothing. This place is claw-ful. Ha. Sorry to say, but these are the most rigged claw machines I've seen. Almost every dollar I put in I was able to perfectly pick up the item, but immediately the machine would open once it reaches the top. I watched as it did the same to everyone else. Every once in a while you'd get lucky and it would fall into the chute, but not often. Also, there's a 20 dollar minimum on credit card... I've been to Japan and prefer the challenge of those machines vs the gimpy arms on these. Getting ripped off was not fun. Should call it Claw and Disappointment. read more

The claw machines suck. They straight up let go of what you grabbed and then the claw closes after it drops your prize. We did the $100 package and got upset after the machines dropped over 10 prizes that we had won. I complained to one of the employees and she just didn't have a solution for me. She went and told her other employees and then a male employee started following us around for the rest of the time we were there. After watching him follow us between 4 different machines, I confronted him and asked if was a chauffeur for the rest of the day. Of course he lied and said he was just roaming, but it was obvious he was literally walking with us to each machine and then stopping and standing next to us until we moved again.
