I must say this was a hit for bringing in the new year. Our kiddos had a blast and enjoyed themselves. The pizza was great extra cheesy just like we like it, the salad bar was fresh, drinks were great and all the games and ride on machinery were working excellently. So we have no complaints. The restrooms were clean, customers service was was on point, and Chuckie was amazing with the kids. We will definitely be returning to this location for more family fun.

Came here for a birthday party. Little kiddos all had fun. Staff were friendly. Pretty organized. Recommended for kids under 6.

New chuck-E-cheese updates are great. This location is super clean and completely re-done. They have a lot of new games and a fun house that my kids went through like 15 times. They even had some more adult oriented games like racing and Jurassic Park shooting dinosaur games that I had fun playing. Their food has improved over the last couple years. The pizza is now pretty good, and I love the salad bar. Wish there were some more organic choices, but hey it is chuck-E-cheese. Not sure how I feel about no more tokens, they have been replaced by cards. The cards are definitely cleaner, but easier for your kiddo to set down and instantly lose everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Chuck-E came out and spent like 3 minutes interacting with my kids. He or she couldn't talk and my kids had no idea what Chuck-E was trying to say, but was still nice. My kids had a lot of fun. All the games were working and all seemed pretty new. It was a good experience and all I could ask for from Chuck-E Cheese.

Derrick the GM turned our visit from a 1 star visit to a 5 star visit. He truly cares about kids, and he compassion for my daughter was amazing! Thank you Derrick for turning her frown upside down!

Large, as clean as usual but horrible service. No one there when you go to buy tokens and no one there when you redeem. Machines are broken and many were out of tickets. Kids loved it as usual however I will not bring them back to this location.

Did not check my kids stamps on the way out. Giving parents a false sense of security is worse than not having security.

Poor management. Supervisors lack leadership skills & professionalism. They talk down to the young employees working there.

It kept our little one busy for hours. We came in last Monday in the afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. We were a little bummed that one of the rides (the blaster one) was broken down. Our son did have a lot of fun on Merlin's apprentice and watched his first short movie at their 4D cinema. He especially loved building a car out of legos and raced his car on the track several times. He even enjoyed walking through miniland to see all cool the Lego creations. There is a small cafe located inside but we didn't get a chance to try it out since they were closing. There's also slides and a climbing area where our son was able to burn off a lot of energy. Prices are OK at the front but it's best if you can find a Groupon deal. Our son absolutely loved this place! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Dallas.

The rides are definitely made for very small kids so probably seven or eight years old tops. However, the adults are able to ride the one that goes in the air, and also the one that goes in a circle where you're supposed to blast things. I will say though, out of the two cars that were running the car that we had, which I believe was number 5, half of the blaster guns did not work at all and didn't register our score. Restaurant so we only grabbed a drink from this restaurant. But the prices didn't seem too crazy.Honestly, it's there more for convenience you could go outside the mall and find a plenty of other options. Movie so we did do the four d movie.Which really was more of a three d one and it was enjoyable but I would say it seemed like it was a bit long, and didn't feel like the features necessarily were consistently working. I did enjoy, however, making the toy cars and racing my family so it was something that any age could enjoy. I am glad we went.It wasn't too crazy expensive. We were there for at least a couple hours.

In any case, there were probably about 15 dinosaurs in total. Visitors follow a path at their own pace to view each dinosaur. Touching them is prohibited, but you can get pretty much as close as you want to observe and photograph. There is also a small dig area and a staff member walking around with a baby dino the kids can pet. Our first loop through prehistoric park took about 15 minutes. We splashed and swam a bit in the lake and then returned for another quick loop through the dinosaur trail before heading home. Overall, it's a pleasant activity and definitely a kid-pleaser. My children ages 1-9 all enjoyed it. The problem is the cost. $29 is just WAYYYY too high for what this is. Part of me thinks the city of Grapevine should just continue to charge the regular entrance fee into Meadowmere Park and use the dinosaur exhibit as a way to increase traffic into the park during the off-season. We for sure will not be returning to the park until the exhibit is over and the entrance fee returns to a more reasonable rate. If your kid loves dinosaurs and you've never been here, by all means, go, but I'd probably chalk this up to a once in a lifetime activity.

There's an area with carnival type dinosaur games (ring toss, feed the Dino, etc.). Aside from the Dino attractions, the park itself is beautiful. Definitely worth the price of entry!
