It appeared there may have been a system glitch, but instead of investigating or offering a solution, she was dismissive and rude. After going back and forth, I decided to leave rather than escalate the situation. It's just a free drink, so not a big deal--but the unprofessional attitude was disappointing. I ordered the guava passion fruit tea. It was tasty and sweet. As someone who's on the more sensitive side for caffeine half of the drink was enough to give me palpations. I've only ordered this to go for pick up, so I'm not sure if you order in person, you serve yourself or not. I doubt there's that much of a wait when you're there just for the Chubby Tea, but the ambiance is lively since it's crazy cool on the inside. I guess if you do have to wait they have arcade game cabinets and seating inside. Drinks are standard, the milk teas and the fruit teas remind me of a lower to mid level franchise. Think maybe a slightly less artificial Quickly's and a better Ding Tea. I do like that the drinks come in an insulated bag like the higher end boba places do. Stopped by for tea. We have the membership so came for the free signature milk tea. However be aware of their opening times. This location is inside a chubby cattle so during shift changes from lunch to dinner they may not have staff at the tea station. After a few mins wait we were able to get or drinks. Chubby Tea was disappointing for us, especially given how much we love and regularly patronize Chubby Cattle. We're members and frequent diners at the restaurant, where we genuinely enjoy the milk tea they serve--so our expectations coming into Chubby Tea were understandably high. This was our first time at Chubby Tea, and unfortunately, the milk tea tasted nothing like what's served at the restaurant. It wasn't until I took a sip that I realized there was no sugar added at all. The drink tasted completely unbalanced and lacked the flavor we associate with the Chubby brand. I was a bit confused since we were just looking for a new boba spot to try before doing some errands and this place sounded super cute. I had to wait 45 min for drink! I ordered the oolong milk tea, ordered less sugar and light ice and was perfect sweetness for me. I ordered at the kiosk about 30 minutes after they opened. Then I was informed that the brown sugar boba wasn't ready, and it wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. (Why don't they have a batch ready in the time for opening? Seems to be poor planning that the first hour they're open, the most common add-in is not available). Asked if I wanted a different drink add-in as a subsittute, which I didn't want. I asked if they would simply refund me for the boba, and they said they couldn't. They promised the boba would be ready in 30 min. I waited 30 minutes. It wound up being 45 minutes, and the boba was not "brown sugar" at all, but instead bland and tasteless. I was incredibly disappointed that I waited. Also, be aware that an automatic 18% tip is added to the order! You can remove it, but the total took me off guard until I realized it. However they said they cannot do no ice because it will be too strong. What if I liked it strong? I'd be happier if they trained their employees to say that it's their policy to say no ice rather than saying it would make it too strong or saying that would change the taste. It's like going to a restaurant and ordering medium rare for a steak but the waiter said no because that would change the taste and made you order medium instead. You get what I mean? Drinks: Rose milk tea: one of my favorite flavors and was happy to see this place to have it as not many bubble tea shops have them. Chubby Tea has excellent tea for a very good price! It's located inside of Chubby Cattle and you can order using a kiosk. They have a huge menu with plain jasmine or black tea for only $1.99. I got the Lychee Rose green tea for $5. The fruity and floral flavors were well balanced and there was a solid tea flavor as well. Really can't complain with the price point! While the branding is very elevated, and prices were unbelievable like $3 a drink, service was incredibly slow and chaotic, and the quality is like that of Lollicup/Quickly (no shade) just very generic. I will never crave this. It's located inside Chubby Cattle, so the air is incredibly meaty inside. There wasn't any AC on (at least in the drink area) so it was incredibly hot. The only source of cool air is from the freezer where they store all the frozen wagyu meats. My friend and I ordered a drink each and waited over 30 minutes. After my friend got her drink (which we suspect has been ready and sitting there for at least 15 min because the paper cup was kind of soggying up by the time she got it), the worker was confused where my drink was. Turns out they ran out of what I ordered, the Osmanthus Pear tea. I swapped it to a Lychee rose less sweet. It's not terrible but it's very generic and also did not taste less sweet. read more

Rose green milk tea (less sweet, less ice) - strong rose flavor, again creamy. This is honestly my favorite, would recommend. Shop located INSIDE Chubby Cattle, directly right in front of you as you walk in.
