Available as 4 ounce or 8 ounce, your base: (salad. Sandwhich bun, on a plate (bulk) or with Mac (I assume that is mac & cheese. Then they had a case of sides. We had the green beans, corn bread, mac and cheese, cole slaw and pickles. I dont know what sides we skipped. This felt like a lot. Oh and we added a wings. 5 for $5 bucks is a deal! I ordered the wingss with BBQ dry rub. The BBQ sauce selection was also part of the process. Do you want mustard based? Vinegar? Brown Sugar? Apparently the kitchen closed, staff bounced, and they left without even turning off their Door Dash service. (A Door Dash driver arrived at the same time.) As a good citizen I called the non-emergency police to request to secure their building. Never got any call or email apology from ANYONE with Fried Chicka Bang. We had to appeal to Door Dash for a refund. Called to speak to a manager today and the person who answered said there "probably wasn't a manager there," put me on hold, then hung up the phone.

I planned my return for a day when they were open, and I was very pleased with the food that I was served. This is a carryout restaurant mostly, but there are some limited seating areas outside. It is Texas style barbecue, which is differentiated from Kansas City, St. Louis, etc. There are many many genres to BBQ, and Texas style is entirely unique. they do a great job of capturing the BBQ flavor of Texas. The portions are substantial, and there are a wide variety of selections available. I made several meals out of the food that I purchased and took home. It carries well, and refrigerates well too. Even if you're not in the immediate area, it is worth a drive to get here. Food is well prepared and certainly on my list of barbecue joints to which I will return for another meal!
