Racist and disrespectful staff! This was not the first time I have been in Christopher's, however this is the first time I'm making a review. There's a staff member Maria who utilizes her position as a family member to slide out of her terrible attitude and racist or derogatory comments! A couple months ago she was very disrespectful to a waitstaff! A few weeks ago she was fighting in the back and called someone the N word! Last night she was laying into a bartender! And the staff is so accustomed to it nobody says anything. I was with my family and they were appalled! I had to explain to them this it's "kinda what goes on here, but the wings are the best!" And apologized to them. I'm doubtful this will change anything at Christopher's, but I'm hopeful she might take a vacation indefinitely. I have gone here numerous times and have always enjoyed myself. They have so many TVs in there it's awesome. The food is good quality . The servers are generally nice . I'd recommend anyone that wants to watch a game and have cheap beer and some wings to come here. read more

It's a'ight. The wings originally brought me in years ago. But the wings haven't been that great lately. I don't even bother to order them anymore. Is it a good place to grab a drink and a mediocre meal? Yes. I will come back for a drink and maybe a plate of nachos, or a brick oven pizza but I certainly am not doing a happy dance for it. My first time coming here and definitely my last. First of all, the waitress made a grand total of about 3 appearances throughout our whole meal--we were out of water for our 1 hour+ wait and were not given enough utensils, plates and napkins (which I would say is slightly necessary if one is eating a hefty burger). She was absolutely nowhere to be found when we wanted condiments or even simply, more water. She started by asking pink or no pink and the first couple in our party answered, but then she stopped asking and so the kitchen assumed the rest of the burgers were no pink (which to them, translated as burnt and dry). However, when we told her this, she blamed US for not telling her firsthand. Aside from the food coming out over an hour later, almost every single order was missing an egg, lettuce/tomatoes, and even the side order of onion rings, thus making us wait even longer to get what we ordered. Regarding the food, it came out COLD, the burgers were dry, and the ingredients lacked freshness. The cheese was unmelted and the bacon looked old and cooked from days ago. There was absolutely no sympathy from the staff. I would wager a better experience at McDonald's. read more

Half of our orders were messed up or missing things like onion rings, burgers missing lettuce, tomato and eggs. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes just to get our orders fixed. And then had the nerve to charge us 20% tip for terrible service. Never gonna go again. Better off going to Red Robin and getting drinks at the Irish Pub in Eastfield Mall. read more

Really exceptional food but the service is horrible. I won't ruin their ratings with a low review but something needs to give. You wait for the waitress for ever. Once you get your drink - you better drink slow because they won't be back around for awhile. The owner walks around often too but doesn't seem to help the waitresses much. Good food though. This place sucks. I had the worst burger. I was looking forward to it all day I even skipped breakfast to save calories for it. My waitress spit in my food and i found a finger in it. My fries were moldy and the waiter dropped all the plates taking them back to the kitchen. When we left we were almost hit by a car which happened to be the owner we confronted him and he was drunk af. He said jump off a bridge losers and drove off the waiter said he is drunk all the time. I ordered from Christopher's through Delivery Express. My daughter ordered the kid's pasta meal, came with one meatball and not enough sauce to cover all the pasta. They sent my son the $1 box of Kraft Mac & Cheese as a kids meal. My fish sandwich was dry, no tater sauce and one big piece of lettuce. They also forgot the ranch for the last meal. In all I paid 45.00 and only my son who ordered one of the burger meals enjoyed their food. Oh and I paid extra for onion rings and they still sent fries. Never again. read more

The food's not bad. I had a fish sandwich wasn't the best but it wasn't terrible. Waitresses/Bartenders could be more attentive. They were hired for looks not for their skill. Got charged 2 bucks for ice per drink. It was an actual line item on my bill. 2 dollars for "on the rocks." If you want the drink to cost 8 bucks have it cost 8 bucks not 6 for a shot and 2 dollars for ice. Wont be headed back here anytime soon. Overall if you're going with a group and cash you probably be fine if you stick to beer. If you're looking for a small meal or its just you and another I would probably pass. read more

Christopher's is a local spot for me. Doing as I usually do, I check out Yelp to see what others are saying. There were a number of complaints about the owner, and some good and some bad about everything else. Since it is so local to me, I decided to give it a try. First time - fantastic. Good beer selection, including the standard domestic TV commercial beers and some really good craft. Staff was great. Food was surprisingly good, and better than what I would expect from a local joint. Second time - great. Third time - hey I may have found a great spot. Then it happened. I am a Miami Dolphin fan, and came in for the 4pm Sunday game. Place was still pretty full since the Patriots had a big game at 1. TV's everywhere with the game audio in full action. The owner goofing/flirting with a small group at the front corner of the bar cuts the audio and cranks up the jukebox. He starts playing music I have only heard at an Italian wedding once before, and at Spinal Tap level 11. I am in near absolute shock. How is this possible? This doesn't stop at just one song. Multiple Italian wedding songs done with a bit of kareoke sing along style from the owner. Just to make things even worse, there is a need to play one of the songs that had just finished again. This nonsence ends when one of the bartenders confronts the owner, squashes the juke box, and puts the game audio back on, explaining that there were a number of people complaining (which there were). Kudos to the bartender, but as owners will be owners, Louis Prima Jr. returned yet again. I followed Elvis' cue and left the building. Its really a shame. The staff and food are great, hence the three stars. This place has serious potential. I am all for being proud of your heritage and celebrating it, but be smarter and pick your times. 4pm on Football Sunday isn't one of those times. read more

I love this place, whenever I'm back in town I like to stop by for a bite with friends. It can get pretty busy if you're going on a weekend, or whenever there is a big event but the wings are really good and the beer selection is excellent. Another local bar in a good spot that should be killing it bringing people in but.....the service is totally disorganized, bordering on plain terrible. I went with a group of eight that was hungry and thirsty. Time after time, I looked around our table & saw empty glasses. We should have had a huge tab, but lack of service left us severely thirsty! We told the waitress many times that we were ready to order...only to have her leave upon hearing that. Our large order of wings came out for all of us to split...with no plates, no utensils, no napkins. I can be disgusting with the best of them, but seriously!?! I've gone to Christopher's about 5 or 6 times since it has opened. The inside is very nice for a sports bar, I think they have about 25 tvs, playing whatever sport that is on. The bar is huge and there's many booths and tables to sit in as well. But I have only been once when it was crowded, the other times that I've gone on the weekends it was dead. Which is a little concerning. I enjoy their mixed drinks menu and their beer selection is fine. I've only had pizza the two times we've ordered food, which was good but nothing to rave about. The wait the second time for pizza was about an hour long, which was extremely too long based on the amount of people that were in the whole bar. (We're pretty sure the waitress forgot to put the order in.) Which brings me to the service. You will probably be disappointed with any waitress other than a girl in her mid 20s, I believe her name is Tiffany(?). She's great! As goes for the other waitresses they lack big time. Many times we have got the older waitresses in their 50s. Which is fine but they often forget a drink order or forget to split the bills and then joke about "how they're getting too old and their memory is going." This has happened a few too many times. The owner is always drinking at the bar which isn't the best thing to see. Im not convinced Christopher's will make it for years to come with the service or for the fact that I have not been carded once in the many times I've been. read more

Let me start by saying, we got a bill for the total order, it wasn't itemized at all. When we asked for a list of what we ordered, we got laughed at. Thus starts the review... Me and 6 other guys were there for wings and drafts during the 9/29/14 Patriots game. We had a blast, but only because we enjoy each other's company. The game sucked, but that's not Christopher's fault. The wings were ok (the Pizza Shoppe 6 min away has better wings), and the beer selection is average for these days (would have been above average 3, even 2, yrs ago). Here's the deal: we ordered 6 pitchers of beer, and 6 or 8 orders of wings. Not a single order was right. Our first order was 2 sets of wings and 2 pitchers. We got 1 set of wings (it wasn't even a sauce we ordered) and 1 pitcher, which was one we didn't order. She said she must have grabbed the wrong order. She never did bring the right one. We then ordered more wings and pitchers, and it wasn't the right order. And again, and again. By the end of the night we didn't receive a single correct order. On one or two occasions we got a correct pitcher, but it would be with an incorrect one, or one pitcher when we ordered two, etc. As for the wings, we didn't get the house sauce at all, and we ordered it twice. Stay away from the garlic one. Garlic gets bitter when over cooked. Somehow our bill came to $133, though I have no idea how since our total tab without the comp pitcher and wings wouldn't even have come to that amount. We asked for an itemized bill and she laughed like we were joking (maybe we were, a little) and walked away. We almost did too, but chose not to. She and the other servers (all female) looked cute in their NFL jerseys, and she was a little flirty which is always fun. There are a lot of TVs, and each booth has its own. The big table in the back is an awkward location and would be significantly improved if there was a TV back there too. Sure we could see the other TVs fine, but those of us sitting along the wall had to bend our necks in uncomfortable ways. We'll still be back only because during the entire season we rotate around to different places. However, our expectations will be very low. And yours should be too. Have low expectations and you'll be fine. Have average expectations and you'll be disappointed. Oh, prices are ok, I think. Like I said, we didn't see an itemized list. A Monday night special of 50 cent wings isn't anything to brag about, so I'd guess any other night would be a rip off on wings. read more

my friend and i came in tonight to have some dinner and drinks. to start off id like to say our waitress was really nice, attentive and quick, and our food was great. what was utterly shocking and upsetting was when the owner himself decided he was mad (who knows why) and started freaking out, yelling, slamming doors, getting in his employees faces threatening to fire them. we were scared. at the time, we didnt know who this guy was, nor what he was capable of. i was absolutely appalled. i felt so bad for his bartenders and waitresses. they never retaliated or said a word back to him. i hope they find the strength to leave such a nasty employer. no one deserves to be treated that way. read more

I'm over this place. There isn't much in the area that's new and exciting so we were happy to try it out. My father, who is in his 60's, loves to play keno so I have been 3 times now. Each time hoping that the last experience was just "new restaurant hiccups". It's not. The food is not good. The pizza is really the only thing worth getting but it takes about 30 minutes, if not more. The service is slow, the manager on a Friday night kept turning the music, that people paid money to play, WAY down so we complained "It's 8:30 on a Friday night! Let us hear some music!" The manager, as with the last visits, completely ignored us aside from an eye roll. On two separate visits, my father ordered a burger with some minor changes, being different bread and to add mushrooms. Both times, it was brought out wrong, and brought back well done instead of medium rare. Nothing was done to compensate him. Our calamari was drenched in some type of garlic butter that was not appealing and too greasy. My boyfriends's steak and cheese sandwich was bland and dry, and I don't even remember what I had aside from the fact that I couldn't finish it. It was that bad. I have a feeling this place will be closing down fairly soon. I've been in the restaurant business for 16 years and I fully support new businesses, but the way they're running this new business is straight into the ground. We will NOT be going back. read more

Let's start by saying 1 star is giving them too much credit. When you go to a new bar you haven't been to usually you have high hopes it'll be fun but in this case the exact opposite.. Absolute worst service, drinks are all mix and glassware isn't clean.... The owner of the bar is just some loud mouth obnoxious Italian that thinks he's a hot shot but is really a sad man with a Failing business, I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they couldn't even get that right... I went here for a drink with my friends and we were sexually harassed by the owner Chris the entire time. He was absolutely trashed, taking shots, he was extremely inappropriate, touching the female bartenders when they clearly did not want him to. He wouldn't take no for an answer with us. Telling us we "need" to sleep with him... Eventually we got up and left because it got to the point where he wouldn't leave us alone and we felt uncomfortable being there. The OWNER of this establishment is so RUDE. He treats his staff horribly. He treats his customers just as bad. The food isn't even good. I don't think there's one dish there that I would say is worth the price. The service is horrible on how long it takes for them to get your food to you. The OWNER is so RUDE to not only his staff but his customers as well that I wouldn't even recommend going there not just because of the rudeness but because how bad the service is. Recently went here on with a couple of friends. It was the first visit for 2 of us, the third said he had been here once before. Entering around 9pm on a friday night, it was busy as one would expect. IDs were checked (one of our friends looks quite young) and we were permitted to enter and sit wherever there was an open space. We were informed that a waiter or waitress would help us shortly after sitting. There were several tables open and we sat immediately. Almost 20min past and we were not helped, despite servers walking by many times. One of the guys went and got someone's attention, who said someone would be right over. Another 15-20 min later a waitress come to take a drink and food order, which we placed. Drinks followed shortly, food about 20min later. All 3 of us had food grossly overcooked and dry. Waitress did not return for about 20 more min before asking if we would like another drink. At that point we were done and got the bill. We ordered fried pickles, and for $6.99 you get 14 slices of pickles. Every place i order fried pickels, i get i giant basket for less than $7.
