Honestly, for those who don't want to read the whole review-this IHOP has seen better days. Onto my review, the service was ok. Could've been better, but like all the other times I had gone there, it was severely understaffed. Now, my main concern was the food, my Frooty Tooty strawberry pancakes were ok, but it's the sunny-side up eggs that caused these stars to go down. Honestly pretty good, but it wasn't until i was half a pancake left that I see this, gooey, slimy substance. You can only imagine my disappointment and how disgusted I was when I found out it was raw egg white, I repeat-and emphasize-RAW egg white. So, like any other human being-I told the waiter. Now unlike any human being her response was that that was how they did it there. I was seriously concerned following that answer. So overall, not very good. read more

For a fast food breakfast joint, IHOP had an amazing burrito full of flavor, the service was quick and friendly and cheap !

Went on Sunday morning as we usually do since we are regulars here. The waitress AMANDA was horrible. She was so rude and passive aggressive. She refused to take our order cause I was on the phone. Even though my husband told her he could give her our order. She still refused and walked away from us. We asked for the manager who did absolutely nothing about it. It's mind blowing to think that a place that is known for breakfast would staff just a few servers and no host until 9 am but that is how they roll. We waited in a lobby full of people for just under 10 minutes before anyone even noticed us. The service staff was far to stretched out to handle it, no manager came out - for the entire time we were there. At around 9:15 the guy who was the host strolled in, and quite obviously could care less who was waiting, the impact on the wait staff or about people there to pick up to go orders ( one of which said they had been waiting 45 min past the promised time already ) and started seating people. The blame falls squarely on the poor management, and I was told by our server that they ( the management ) could care less anyway. It's very believable. read more

Still put off by the whole IHOB stunt, and their attempt at humor, I stopped in for breakfast. The Food and service were average, and were on the lower end of breakfast places. Real trashy looking employees and clientele, It was as if it was free pancake day for everyone on skid row. Tables were sticky and the place kind of smelled. The wait was longer than I expected. I was surprised they had a quality tea to choose from, as I was expecting Lipton. Sickeningly sweet blueberry topping on the pancakes. I had three scraps of beef that topped my omelet that seemed odd. Prices were good, but I just don't think I'll be back. It's crazy to say, but I think Friendly's might be better. read more

I had a great experience here on a Monday morning after the Super Bowl. The place was busy and there was a little wait once we sat, but the service was very pleasant. Our waitress was really good, our food was delicious. I made my own omelet with bacon, American cheese, mushrooms and avocado and it came with 3 fluffy and buttery pancakes. I'm still thinking about it actually, it was so good. Great value for the amount of food you get. Our table was clean, the table syrups were full. I can't believe this place got such bad reviews, based on my experience I'd definitely go back. read more

Me and the family went there recently for Breakfast and I can not say how horrible the service and the food was. The pancakes came out cold and they never brought out syrup and butter till I asked for them. We complain to the manager and she gave us three of the 5 pancakes meals for free. Ordered food online using Grubhub and I am very frustrated right now, I ordered a build your own pancake breakfast with crispy hasbrowns, sunny side up eggs, smoked bacon, and chocolate chip pancakes. First of all the bacon was missing from the order and the pancakes were not how they were supposed to be, they were gooey and raw in the middle and still cold chocolate chips. This location is sure to go out of business if they don't get it together. We went on a Sunday evening when it was virtually dead. Really slow on service, waited for silverware after our food came, and no garlic bread for with our "T-Bone," which is a joke steak. Go next door to the steak restaurant for a MUCH better steak for the same price. When we got inside there was a member of staff and a customer. The staff walked away and left the customer there, after a few minutes he got frustrated and walked out. That should have been our sign. Anyway we waited for another 10 minutes, until a gentleman asked if we were picking up? We were told to wait because there were no clean tables (there were only 3 tables in use) then he came back and said he had a booth. We were seated next to the kitchen doors. It took us another 10 minutes for someone to take our order and bring us some water. 20 minutes later we got our order, of overdone chicken strips, cold overdone fries minus a plate of 5 pancakes. And then another 5 minutes until she came back and we asked for our syrup, salt and ketchup. Because why would anybody automatically assume that we needed syrup for our pancakes. An older customer had been waiting for so long for a spoon, she ended up walking into the kitchen to get it. Food and environment is good. Front desk is bad. This IHOP is nearly brand new and as most IHOPs do has great food. But the staff stopped me from giving it 4 stars. The waiters and waitresses are fine I have no issue with them but the people at the front desk are where my issues lie. I've been to this establishment over 5 times in the past month and 3/5 times I've given my name and party size upon arrival due to the wait and 3/5 times they've screwed up somehow. Its ether getting the wrong number and having to wait longer or they just didn't put me in. That's right they said it was a 15 minute wait and we waited 25 until approaching them only to find out that they never wrote us down in the first place. Ordered a T-bone steak and eggs. Steak came out looking like a pork chop color instead of a normal steak color. The steak looked old and cut a slice to try and was sour. Had to tell waitress to return the plate and change my order to one of their burgers. Which was also mediocre. Don't plan on returning ever. read more

Went with my daughter on Sunday. We got there at 2:15 per text message from IHOP when we checked in. When I first checked status it was about a 10 minute wait to be seated. We waited an hour an still hadn't been seated, it was just the two of us. A single women came in, didn't have to check in and was seated immediately. Can understand having to wait if you have a large party, but it was just the two of us. We waited an hour and still had not been seated, so we left because we were both hungry. Negative stars honestly. As I write this review I sit angrily waiting in iHop for 45 minutes, when they said my table would be ready in 10. Imagine waking up excited for iHop and then arriving to your destination only for your dreams to be crushed. A member in our party has LIFE THREATENING allergies, that they have been unable to accommodate when she respectfully asked to speak with the manager and was disregarded twice. When she did speak with him he was rude, took phone calls, and was unable to communicate. He does not seem concerned for her LIFE, and here we are still sitting waiting here for honestly pancakes that aren't even that good.
