Third, Ive never heard anything good about this shop. Even from other shops. When mentioned other shop owners just laugh! Finally, an man should never have his girlfriend try and defend him. I was greeted by Liz at the front counter who was not only very kind, patient and accommodating, but also very direct. I respect a shop that is no BS. In addition to this, their prices are somehow pretty decent compared to other shops in the area. I was skeptical (how can this shop be so good?!). Jose installed a new tire in under 15 minutes for a wheel that I brought to them. When my girlfriend's motorcycle would not shift into neutral the day before I was meeting with a new buyer - Jose and Liz saved my butt. They were direct, gave a rough quote and a timeline so my expectations were met and I was not left guessing when the job would be completed. Turned out the transmission needed a new shifter fork due to the accident. In no time, this was sorted out. They gave the motorcycle an oil change and minor alignment. They were even kind enough to help us with the paperwork for the sale of the motorcycle. Everyone left happy with no surprises. If you want top notch customer service, decent pricing for the bay area and quality work - go to Pro J's. If you are willing to settle for less, pay more in the long run and probably wait a lot longer than I did - go somewhere else. Thank you, Jose and Liz!
