2008 KLR650 running strong thanks to Chris at MotoMedic!
    Courtland C.

This shop is a hidden gem. I think most locals in Sonoma County already know the high quality of work that goes on here, but I'd be willing to drive hours for this level of service. Chris, the owner, is the absolute real deal. Not only is his knowledge and skill off the hook, he's the kind of guy you just want to go riding with. Chris is clearly a great technician and a craftsman, too. And, if you happen to have a KLR650, there's no better person in Northern California to advise you on how to get the most out of your bike. I don't know what else to say - great communication, excellent work, fair pricing... Does it get any better?!?!

Absolutely Worth the 2-Hour Drive - Best Dealership Experience Ever!…read more I had been hunting online for a Street Triple RS for what felt like forever. Everywhere I looked, sellers were asking new bike prices for bikes with sky-high mileage--totally unreasonable. Then I found Factory Powersports. I messaged Juan about a bike they had, and right from the start, everything felt different. Straightforward, honest, and helpful. I made the trip down from the Bay Area, cash in hand, and wrapped up the paperwork with Rebecca in just 30 minutes. No games. No pressure. Just fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, and a dealership that actually respects your time. This is exactly how every dealership should operate. Worth every mile of the drive--I'd do it again in a heartbeat

My partner has been looking to purchase quad for a new property she just purchased, so we came in to see what they carried. First off, the entrance to the parking lot is a little funky. They try to make it one way in and one way out. The parking lot entrance is actually around the corner on Carrillo St. (small side street) and the exit is on Cleveland Ave. (larger, main street). You would think the entrance would be on the larger street and exit on the smaller street, but it's the opposite, so if you are driving on Cleveland Ave. towards College Ave. and miss Carrillo St., you will need to turn back around. As for the store itself, they have a good selection of motorcycles, power crafts, ATVs and accessories. The thing that this place is lacking is customer service which seems to be the theme when I read other reviews. When you walk in, no one greets you. There was an employee sitting at the desk doing some paperwork, looks up as we walk in, but there was no greeting. As we were browsing the inventory, no one came by help or ask if we had questions. When we walked out, again no acknowledgement that we may be potential customers. I'm sure if they had better customers service, their business would be much better.

I recently had a disappointing experience with CardinaleWay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Santa Rosa…read moreregarding my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. I originally called the dealership to ask a simple question about whether there was a recall related to my steering column gear shifter. I had already researched online and found information stating that some 2013-2017 Ram trucks with column shifters had known recall and safety issues. However, the dealership told me they could not answer any questions over the phone and that I needed to schedule an appointment and bring the truck in. Because of that, I took time off work and woke up at 6:30 AM so I could make my 7:30 AM appointment on 5/11. After arriving, the service advisor had me hand over my keys and get out of the vehicle, only to then tell me there was no recall on my truck. What frustrated me most was that this could have easily been explained over the phone. I specifically asked why no one could tell me that before I took time off work and drove to the dealership. The only response I received was, "I'm sorry." Customers' time matters. Time is money, especially for working people who have to rearrange their schedules just to make appointments. I understand recalls depend on VIN numbers, but basic communication and respect for a customer's time should be a priority. Very disappointing experience.

After all these years, I finally visited the machine shop myself at their newer location in Cotati. Rich and his crew were so friendly and knowledgeable. Admittedly, engine building is not in my skill set, but I know my very particular, racing-obsessed husband would not trust his cars to anyone but an absolute expert!
