Recently, I've had 2 separate experiences within a week a week of each other. The first one, I was selling a bike on CL. A buyer living in Colorado asked if I could ship the bike and I was reluctant to do it. I suggested he call Specialized Bay Area to see if they can handle the packing and shipping of the bike, basically taking liability to get it shipped there. The transaction worked out perfectly where the buyer dealt directly with SBA on the shipping. Buyer Venmo'd me payment and received his bike in 3 days! Kudos to SBA for offering this service! The second experience. I was gonna go for a ride on the Levo this morning. Found a broken spoke. I texted the SBA and explained my problem, gave them a copy of my registration of the Roval wheels, and they said to drop it off any time. I stopped in @ 4pm on a Friday thinking to pick it up next week. One of the managers, Yoav replaced it on the spot, trued the wheel, lubed all the nipples, installed factory tubeless tape, all within 10 minutes! Best of all, the spoke repair was covered under warranty! Actually, the best of all was the staff were friendly and personable. :-) My bike was down for only a few hours! By far, the best experience I have had with a bike shop. I hope they stick around because I want I work here when I retire. Specialized for life!

I thought it was a circuit board, but after having it towed there (thanks CSAA) they simply replaced one fuse. Problem solved. I thought I had totalled my 2010 CRV. Thankfully not. They were professional, and didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. They could have, and I would have believed them. But they were honest, quick and professional.
