BKG went above and beyond, it looks like a new jeep, the engine sparkles***, the paint is radiating again, he painted all the trim, cleaned the carpets, put my new seat covers on and went above and beyond and found and replace some little parts like the clip to repair the sun visor and door guards etc. Though it's been a year it still looks great!!! I believe he took after photos. Which I will try to get up, I think I have one before photo. So thankful we have someone this great in Clearlake!!!! AAA sent Lake Fleet Repair to help me get my baby home. The driver - I'm so sorry I don't remember his name! - was very friendly and helpful even though he had to navigate his huge truck on the narrow, bumpy roads to the barely accessible location where the car had decided to stop running. He was unfazed and good-humored despite the heat. Just his manner was enough to make me less stressed. He quickly got my little car (which wouldn't start) on the truck and was soon on his way. I left shortly after but didn't catch up with him until we passed Pinole on highway 80. When we got to Albany the driver was nice enough to help us get the car into a parking spot before he left. He was easily the friendliest, helpful and efficient driver I have ever encountered. Situations like this tend to bring out the worst in people but he was happy to answer questions, address concerns and explain what was going to happen even though he was loading a car onto flatbed on a twisty road in the middle of nowhere in 100+ degree heat. And I haven't mentioned the nice helpful woman I spoke to while setting up the tow. I've forgotten her name too but she deserves a shout-out for her professionalism and calm, relaxing manner while she explained and walked me through the process. I feel very fortunate that AAA hooked me up with Lake Fleet Repair for this highly stressful situation. Thank you!
