From out of town visiting friends for the week My Road King went into limp mode and towed over there to Sonoma County Harley Davidson. Kathy did an outstanding job getting the bike checked out and repaired in no time. The shop also spotted some other maintenance items to get taken care of when I get back home to Grass Valley These are good people you can trust your bike with - Kathy is the best! read more

My experience with the Harley-Davidson in Sonoma has been deeply unfair, deceptive, and unprofessional. After bringing my bike in for lost keys, a repair I was told over the phone would cost a few hundred dollars was suddenly inflated to a thousand-dollar charge for a new fob system. When I calmly questioned the owner, Phil, about cost-effective solutions, he dismissed my concerns, rolled his eyes, and walked away. During that first service, their installation of the new fob system compromised the bike's wiring, resulting in the security light staying on. To fix this, they installed a red light bulb that ultimately melted the housing of my custom smoked lights. When I returned to address the melted plastic, the manager initially admitted the damage was their fault, but then told me I had to pay for the part. After I declined to pay, he informed me that Phil had added a note to my file banning me from the dealership solely because he believed I had written a bad review. This level of retaliation and poor service is entirely unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to Harley-Davidson corporate and the Better Business Bureau to ensure a thorough review of this partnership's practices. read more

Sales wasn't helpful and didn't have what I wanted. They wanted me to get something bigger and without a test ride. Parts department however very helpful. Unfortunately the guy with the most knowledgeable is no longer with them. read more

I had my bike serviced here a while back, Andy from the service dept was laid back, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel stupid for any questions I had. They did great work on my bike and were able to get me in quick! Feels like a new bike again! The retail store is a Harley shop, I can walk around looking at motorcycles and merch all day! read more

Don't risk taking your HOG/Investment to a (Non-Authorized) HD Service provider. Sure, they can change your oil and tranny fluid, but they will be the first to tell you, (they cannot provide any software updates your bike may require.) and do not have the training like a HD factory trained technician. Hense, why I strongly recommend the crew at Sonoma HD. Brought my Road Glide in for a 10k service. I could not be happier with the results and input I received from the Service Advisors and team. Regular updates, a terrific labor rate, (lower than other dealerships) and let's not forget free pickup and delivery, (within a 50mile radius I believe.) Many thanks Sonoma Team, my HOG and I appreciate it! read more

Have had various levels of experiences here in the ten years I have been by, but the showroom and parts department have been really positive for quite a while. Always a genuine greeting, and help whenever I need it without any intrusiveness. The sales department was very efficient in getting me a quote on a bike I was interested in. Parts guy was very helpful in explaining the fitment of a mount I purchased. read more

Brought my Softail Heritage in for a leaking tire. Ended up being a leaking tire valve. I suspected it was but did not have a tire valve tool. The service department adviser, KM said related, tech JLT said that it was just a loose valve stem core that he tighten. Everything works great. They did not charge me for the very easy fix although many dealerships would have. That's great customer service and will keep me coming back with confidence that they will not try to take advantage of you. Great job Sonoma County Harley! read more

The crew at Sonoma HD are a pleasure to deal with. I was seeking a new helmet and was not sure if I should stick with my 1/2, or venture into a full face. The apparel team was more than helpful, as they pointed out the pros and cons of each helmet. Ended up purchasing another 1/2 helmet and a few other items as well. Thanks Sonoma team, you guys are the best! read more

Bought a new battery and 48 hours later battery crapped out, took back to Harley and they have to do there standard battery check. Fine ok, 2 days later they said they where able to charge it. Back in the bike it goes. Less then 24 hours later stranded riding. Go back to Harley for now the 3rd time and just want a working battery they tell me they have to put it on the tester again. How many times we going to do this dance? You going to pay for the tow and my time getting stranded. Its the Only product or service I ask from you guys since you already have a horrible rep in town to true riders. Well guess now I won't be going to your store at all.If your in Sonoma county and want quality customer service reachout I'll point you in the right direction. These guys are clowns. read more

Low ball offer. Got 60% more at Iron Steed. Acted like my money wasn't green enough and my trade was garbage. Crap mechanic try's to shift into neutral, which worked fine and says "has the transmission been rebuilt?" Like some how that's the problem? WTF the transmission was perfect! Never an issue! What a great experience I had with Sonoma Harley. I dropped off my 2019 Tri Glide, for the 1000 mile service. Derry, the Service Manager, set this up with me. He was so helpful! When I arrived, Kathy came out to meet me, and write the service order. She was so helpful! I immediately felt at home, and like I was treated as family. Love it! This is wonderful customer service. Thank you Kathy! While there, I looked over the service area, and the sales area. How great! Both are very large and well-done. They have an excellent assortment of new bikes, and parts. Really special. In summary, highly recommended! We are fortunate to have this super Harley resource. read more

I bought a Road King in May from Sonoma HD. Derek helped me with the process. Wow, first class experience. I've been to half of the Harley dealerships on the West Coast, and Sonoma is right there with Oakland as the best experience I've had buying a bike (I've bought seven Harleys). I had a complicated parts order that was amplified by the COVID challenges, but Danielle in parts went above and beyond to take care of me by staying in communication and streamlining the process. Grateful for my experience from start to finish. read more

Does anyone even read these things anymore? I guess not but either way I'd like to tell you about this gentleman Brendan that helped me out today. I've been looking for the last couple weeks for this mystery piece that goes on my helmet shield, but I didn't know what to call it... well I'm going on a ride tomorrow and the locks are out of stock on the Simpson website and in house. Even though Brendan was unable to find one in house he was by looking through his own personal stash. Now I'm not saying make the dude go through his own stash of parts, but I never would've expected him to go above and beyond and help me like that. Man, I'm blown away by him. That basic kindness is a rare find nowadays. read more

Was rolling through the area on a recent trip, and saw the SC H-D signage off on the road frontage and decided to take a break from the road and give them a look. This dealership is loaded with bikes. I was approached by a few different people, everyone was friendly and very laidback. Told them I saw the sign and just wanted to check out the facility and see what they had to offer. Walked through the place, checked out the parts department and service bays, all of it well lit and relatively clean. Had a good conversation with a couple of the techs and again very friendly and professional. I watched them work for a while and everyone was busy and appeared to be engaged with each said project. Stopped and talked with Jeff? in a parts a few minutes, a very nice fellow, before getting back on the road. It's always good to know where there's another H-D service, and after my short visit would feel comfortable leaving my ride here for work if the need ever arose in the future. 4 Stars 00586 read more

Been really wanting a Harley for head, wife finally said yes! I went down to our local Harley dealership in cotati! Found the bike and fell in love 2016 Harley Davidson dyna. Matt helped me, I didn't feel pressured to buy at all. He was very professional, easy to work with. I didn't buy a bike that day because it is a big commitment. Matt gave me his personal cell. I lasted about a day and text ( I'm ready to buy I'll be there in 30 minutes) come to find out it was his day off but he dropped everything and went in to work to sell me my dream bike. Jeff helped me start the paper work until Matt got in. ( even tho he was not making the commission on the sale) I hope this dealership knows what a asset Jeff is! My M/C was heading up to Willits on August 18,2023 a Friday morning Hiway 37 when my throttle cable on my 2003 Road glide broke. With 14 Inch apes and Black Pearl Magnum cables , I didn't think I was going to be able to even get a stock black cable to reach. I call Sonoma Harley Davidson. They had a 43inch throttle cable Black Pearl in stock. THANK GOD. I rig up a Carabiner D hook to the end of the cable wire and made it to the Sonoma County Harley-Davidson. We pulled up (all 8 of us ) to be greeted with Open arms from all the staff . Kathy in service and tech Ron were so nice in accommodating us and helping me get the cable they saved for me. I can't say enough good things about Sonoma County Harley Davidson. I rolled onto the showroom floor, inspected a few bikes with Natalie in sales and before I knew it we were on a ride! Natalie in sales, Derek in finance, Jesus in parts and all the staff in service run a tight shop. This team knows how to get it done and get it done right. It was a pleasure doing business with them and it's always a pleasure to return. Recently I had my stage one upgrade which included an SNS exhaust and a screamin eagle air intake. Wow! now my bike really barks! Can't wait for stage two! Their professional, knowledgeable staff and management really make you feel at home, like family at Sonoma County Harley Davidson. What are you waiting for? Go see Natalie and she will get you into the right bike, set up and ready to rideI. read more

This place, I have to admit, at first I was standoffish just because it's a "dealership". But I've been in and out of there several times now with all sorts of different stuff (mostly service and parts) and I keep getting a better experience. Jeff in parts has that rare work ethic, the interest in what he's doing, and a genuinely likable character. Any parts guy that can throw out part numbers to what you're asking for from his memory is flat out your guy. He knows his stuff and if he doesn't he'll take the time to find it. No matter how busy. That type of service is almost impossible these days. All the people in service(....bad with names) are always on task, professional and knowledgeable as well. I'll keep coming back for sure. read more

Received an online estimate for $2,800-$3,500 to sell my 2015 Street 750. Normal miles, never downed, $1k in modifications, no mechanical issues, clean title in hand, all around decent starter bike. Spoke with a representative named Alden who said to bring in the bike to see if it was worth more. We setup a meeting and I was told to meet with Wayne who offered me $300.00. His reasoning was the estimate was performed by Harley Davidson in Florida, the model was not desirable, and it was in poor condition. Complete lack of communication between Alden and Wayne and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this business for selling or trading in a motorcycle. read more

Things started out GREAT!.. My buying experience here was hassle free and they made it very easy (although I never did get my pic taken with my bike). I took it back 5 weeks later to have some upgrades installed and AGAIN very positive experience and I felt taken cared of. I even thought about joining the local chapter of HOG to ride along folks and be a part of something. Now for the bad. I took my bike in for servicing (AKA oil change) and the service guy was new and it took ~30 minutes just to get to the point of "here is my key" and sign. When I returned to pick it up it was closing time and I just made it (3 days later btw). I Paid for my 480.00 oil change and they rode my bike out and parked it. I had to take a call so I didn't get to thank them etc. The service shop emptied then I got on my bike after my call and found all the items the service guy promised were not done and the bike was only partially cleaned (windshield). Extremely disappointed and the only conclusion I can come too is that you only get service if you are dropping a lot of cash. I will have to find another place for servicing, going forward. read more

I stopped in on Friday to check out a couple of 2018 Harley's and the sales representative Jeff was awesome and very helpful definitely not pushy or annoying. Jeff asked if I wanted to go on a test ride of which we did. I rode the 2018 Sport Glide and the Fat Bob. Bad ass bikes!! The test ride was fun and cool no pressure just tires on the asphalt and the 107 and 114 laid it down!!! I am a sport bike rider but have a passion for all bikes. I definitely decided on the Sport Glide and will be getting one of those in the near future. read more

What can I say about my experience with Sonoma County Harley Davidson? Well, it was an awesome experience from the beginning of me reaching out to inquire about a bike. I was soon contacted by the best in the business, Natalie B. She was informative, honest, and worked tirelessly (even on her days off) to ensure my buying experience was smooth. She was available day, and night for any questions I had, and made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to end. Customer service of this caliber just doesn't exist anymore!
