Don't risk taking your HOG/Investment to a (Non-Authorized) HD Service provider. Sure, they can change your oil and tranny fluid, but they will be the first to tell you, (they cannot provide any software updates your bike may require.) and do not have the training like a HD factory trained technician. Hense, why I strongly recommend the crew at Sonoma HD. Brought my Road Glide in for a 10k service. I could not be happier with the results and input I received from the Service Advisors and team. Regular updates, a terrific labor rate, (lower than other dealerships) and let's not forget free pickup and delivery, (within a 50mile radius I believe.) Bought a new battery and 48 hours later battery crapped out, took back to Harley and they have to do there standard battery check. Fine ok, 2 days later they said they where able to charge it. Back in the bike it goes. Less then 24 hours later stranded riding. Go back to Harley for now the 3rd time and just want a working battery they tell me they have to put it on the tester again. How many times we going to do this dance? You going to pay for the tow and my time getting stranded. Its the Only product or service I ask from you guys since you already have a horrible rep in town to true riders. Brought my Softail Heritage in for a leaking tire. Ended up being a leaking tire valve. I suspected it was but did not have a tire valve tool. The service department adviser, KM said related, tech JLT said that it was just a loose valve stem core that he tighten. Everything works great. They did not charge me for the very easy fix although many dealerships would have. Crap mechanic try's to shift into neutral, which worked fine and says "has the transmission been rebuilt?" Like some how that's the problem? WTF the transmission was perfect! Never an issue! Was rolling through the area on a recent trip, and saw the SC H-D signage off on the road frontage and decided to take a break from the road and give them a look. This dealership is loaded with bikes. I was approached by a few different people, everyone was friendly and very laidback. Told them I saw the sign and just wanted to check out the facility and see what they had to offer. Walked through the place, checked out the parts department and service bays, all of it well lit and relatively clean. Had a good conversation with a couple of the techs and again very friendly and professional. I watched them work for a while and everyone was busy and appeared to be engaged with each said project. Stopped and talked with Jeff? in a parts a few minutes, a very nice fellow, before getting back on the road. My M/C was heading up to Willits on August 18,2023 a Friday morning Hiway 37 when my throttle cable on my 2003 Road glide broke. With 14 Inch apes and Black Pearl Magnum cables , I didn't think I was going to be able to even get a stock black cable to reach. I call Sonoma Harley Davidson. They had a 43inch throttle cable Black Pearl in stock. THANK GOD. I rig up a Carabiner D hook to the end of the cable wire and made it to the Sonoma County Harley-Davidson. This place, I have to admit, at first I was standoffish just because it's a "dealership". But I've been in and out of there several times now with all sorts of different stuff (mostly service and parts) and I keep getting a better experience. Jeff in parts has that rare work ethic, the interest in what he's doing, and a genuinely likable character. Any parts guy that can throw out part numbers to what you're asking for from his memory is flat out your guy. He knows his stuff and if he doesn't he'll take the time to find it. No matter how busy. That type of service is almost impossible these days. All the people in service(....bad with names) are always on task, professional and knowledgeable as well. Received an online estimate for $2,800-$3,500 to sell my 2015 Street 750. Normal miles, never downed, $1k in modifications, no mechanical issues, clean title in hand, all around decent starter bike. Spoke with a representative named Alden who said to bring in the bike to see if it was worth more. We setup a meeting and I was told to meet with Wayne who offered me $300.00. His reasoning was the estimate was performed by Harley Davidson in Florida, the model was not desirable, and it was in poor condition. Complete lack of communication between Alden and Wayne and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this business for selling or trading in a motorcycle. read more

Things started out GREAT!.. My buying experience here was hassle free and they made it very easy (although I never did get my pic taken with my bike). I took it back 5 weeks later to have some upgrades installed and AGAIN very positive experience and I felt taken cared of. I even thought about joining the local chapter of HOG to ride along folks and be a part of something. Now for the bad. I took my bike in for servicing (AKA oil change) and the service guy was new and it took ~30 minutes just to get to the point of "here is my key" and sign. When I returned to pick it up it was closing time and I just made it (3 days later btw). I Paid for my 480.00 oil change and they rode my bike out and parked it. I had to take a call so I didn't get to thank them etc. The service shop emptied then I got on my bike after my call and found all the items the service guy promised were not done and the bike was only partially cleaned (windshield). Extremely disappointed and the only conclusion I can come too is that you only get service if you are dropping a lot of cash. I will have to find another place for servicing, going forward. read more

I stopped in on Friday to check out a couple of 2018 Harley's and the sales representative Jeff was awesome and very helpful definitely not pushy or annoying. Jeff asked if I wanted to go on a test ride of which we did. I rode the 2018 Sport Glide and the Fat Bob. Bad ass bikes!! The test ride was fun and cool no pressure just tires on the asphalt and the 107 and 114 laid it down!!! I am a sport bike rider but have a passion for all bikes. I got an electrical problem fixed, bought a battery and had a ground issue with lights upon pick up, so told them four hour limit to fix, wait a few days for mechanic again. It was the hottest day of the year so I decided to take a ride up the Pacific Coast Highway where the air was 30 degrees cooler. At a shop in Bodega Bay a Frenchman admiring my Dyna pointed out the front tire looked compromised & I agreed. I had no desire to return to the inland heat but was too far from home to trust the tire so took it to Sonoma Co. Harley. I was concerned they may not have time to fix it. Although they were fully booked, Gary at the service desk had mercy on me and fit me in-even offered me a ride to a nearby eatery to wait it out.
