    2025 Monsters SP 1st service

I'm so glad I found this Pro Cycles. Tim and Susie are awesome people! Tyler did the service on my 2025 Ducati Monster SP and even though I didn't get to meet him he did an amazing job on my bike. This is an honest and dependable shop. Don't pass on a chance to get your bike serviced here! Thanks again!!

Accidentally left my review for pro cycles on the Arlen Ness Yelp page,... either way just wanted to express my great gratitude and appreciation to the whole crew over there. Steven thank you sir for getting me in early and the recommendation I'd overlooked in the past and as always Tim and Susie for all you do for us riders out there. Great people great prices and amazingly talented and professional work. I can never say enough good things

I came in to do a simple tire mount and balance and left with a bent TPMS sensor bracket! After taking it back once they said they don't know the issue. And when I said I believe it's coming from the stem and asked them if they would install a new one that I had purchased from Harley they never got back to me. So I took it to another shop and they found that whoever mounted the tire bent the bracket which made the tire leak. Keep in mind I've been dealing with this problem after the installed the new tire which was 2 weeks ago. Then when I call them to let them know that this happened they said well it is what it is and you should go and modify your rim! Like are you serious right now? If they would have maned up about it and said yeah we did sorry I wouldn't have been as pissed but the fact that the guys is telling me that it's my rims fault and sensors fault but no you didn't do anything. Like get real man! I brought it here because I thought they had professionalism and figured they knew but sadly was I wrong. Becarful with this place they act like they know but they have no idea!!!!

I wish I could give more stars they came highly recommended, and when they answered the phone, they were genuine, kind, and very helpful. I shared my issues with the bike and asked them to do a full inspection. They kept me posted at all times and they were very complete. When I met them at the shop, it was like meeting family that I hadn't seen in a long time. Sue - Tim and staff were very pleasant and took their time going over all that was done. The Bike ran better than new. So grateful to have met them and very happy about the way my bike was fixed.

Thanks to Susie, Tim and the ProCycle team for their great work. Big shout out to Steven who got me right with the powder coating, installing the S&S 475 cam kit, and dialed it up. Now I can rip these streets this summer. Powder coating: Wheels, 2 Lower Fork Legs, 2 Triple Trees, 1 Handlebar, 2 H/Bar Risers, 4 Rocker Box Covers, 1Trans Side Cover, 2 Fender Rails, 1 Upper Belt Guard, 1 Primary Cover, 1 Derby Cover, Dash Cover, lifter blocks cover, push rod tube covers, tuned, and ceramic painted the exhaust.

Susie has always been prompt and thorough with getting estimates out. She's quick to answer or get back with the answer and always has Tim available to explain the mechanics when asked. I ride a 2013 Vision with 90k on it and perform my own LOF but when a rare issue presents beyond my very basic skills they are always helpful, honest and supportive of getting the work done quickly. These bikes aren't cheap to wrench on but I very much feel that their pricing is fair and honest. And they're a great crew to talk to. Loved hearing about what was happening with the Ness's and their projects when they were around. Now I hear about what's what in the industry these days. Good people.

Their inventory caters to discriminate buyers who are looking for a special motorcycle with a distinguished trait or characteristic. It is a shop for everyone. Service fees are reasonable and bikes range in price from $5,000 - $20,000. You will not need to take out a 2nd mortgage to become a customer of HK Cycles. HK Cycles is not a high-volume, transaction-focused shop. Jeff, the owner, has a 40+ year history riding, servicing, and customizing motorcycles. He has managed to take his passion for motorcycles and couple it with his entrepreneurial spirit. Although Motorcycle Dealers and Service Centers come and go, this small shop by the Livermore Airport has been in business for decades. Jeff has earned my respect for a number of reasons. His knowledge of motorcycles and parts appears limitless. Jeff truly enjoys engaging with his customers and exploring options to help people get what they want from riding a motorcycle. Jeff does not pressure or push. But perhaps his greatest strength is assembling a team of mechanics and tuners with diverse backgrounds and interests who all share his desire to make motorcycling a little better in the East Bay. Sam appears to me to be a Harley Davidson enthusiast. He understands that culture and those bikes. Yet each time I bring in my Honda CB1100 for service, he is polite, completely engaged, and celebrates the moment even though his time spent on metric bikes may be limited. Keegan is quiet and intense. He is a metric motorcyclist with a performance bent. However, he takes the same pride working on a 650 LB bagger that he does when he services a high performance motorcycle. I believe he enjoys test driving my CB1100. He has assured me that he is better behaved on my motorcycle than his own. Fredy is quiet and always working. Although my interaction with him has been limited, it is clear to everyone that he likes to get things done and move on to the next work order. I have done business with HK Cycles for 10 years. I encourage you to visit the shop and give them a chance. In 10 years, you too may be writing a glowing review of this great shop.

This is going to be a long review so if you want the short version here it is. I drove eight hours round-trip to pick up my bike from these guys even though I had closer dealer options and I would do it all over again. Great prices, better people. Now for the longer version. I did some price shopping within about a 4 to 5 hour loop of my home in Reno. There were two reasons I was willing to make the drive down to Livermore for the purchase of my bike. Not only was the price worth the eight hour round-trip, but when I spoke to the owner, Mike on the phone, his service, knowledge, and friendliness was the icing on the cake. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by name and was immediately taken to my bike to check out before doing any paperwork. Unfortunately, with my timing, I arrived right as KTM's system went down. Mike and two other techs troubleshooted for just over an hour, but the system would not get the bike out of dealer mode. I'm no stranger to technical problems and completely understand that it was out of their hands, but there was no lack of effort from his side. He didn't just say "oh the systems down come back tomorrow, he took the time to trouble shoot it for over an hour until past closing time. KTM's online support is based in Ohio a couple hours ahead of Livermore so unfortunately they were unable to help that evening. Mike said they would have it unlocked first thing in the morning when they got in contact with tech-support and that he would purchase me a hotel room for the night or I had the option to take the bike home with the dealer lock still on it and he would arrange for my local dealer to unlock it. I opted for the second option. I received a call from Mike the next morning letting me know who to ask for at my local dealer because they were expecting me. Mike was also extremely knowledgeable about the bike and gave me a full rundown of the dashboard and effectively answered all of the questions that I had because I was not used to a bike with that much technology on it.

In my opinion he went above and beyond to make my purchase easy and he's still there to answer any questions that I may have. Yes that's correct. Still there after the purchase, that's very important to me Mike the owner is a great guy as well. He actually delivered my bike to Manteca at no charge. These are the personal touches that make a difference. I had a small issue with the service department and I think it was more of a misunderstanding than anything else. Mike is working with me now and I believe we will get this figured out. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high-quality machine at a reasonable price thank you Cal Moto for all your help and also for being there with any future problems that may occur Tony ( from Manteca)
