I came in to do a simple tire mount and balance and left with a bent TPMS sensor bracket! After taking it back once they said they don't know the issue. And when I said I believe it's coming from the stem and asked them if they would install a new one that I had purchased from Harley they never got back to me. So I took it to another shop and they found that whoever mounted the tire bent the bracket which made the tire leak. Keep in mind I've been dealing with this problem after the installed the new tire which was 2 weeks ago. Then when I call them to let them know that this happened they said well it is what it is and you should go and modify your rim! Like are you serious right now? If they would have maned up about it and said yeah we did sorry I wouldn't have been as pissed but the fact that the guys is telling me that it's my rims fault and sensors fault but no you didn't do anything. Like get real man! I brought it here because I thought they had professionalism and figured they knew but sadly was I wrong. Susie has always been prompt and thorough with getting estimates out. She's quick to answer or get back with the answer and always has Tim available to explain the mechanics when asked. I ride a 2013 Vision with 90k on it and perform my own LOF but when a rare issue presents beyond my very basic skills they are always helpful, honest and supportive of getting the work done quickly. These bikes aren't cheap to wrench on but I very much feel that their pricing is fair and honest. And they're a great crew to talk to. I don't write reviews but this shop deserves one. I rode out to Pro Cycles in Dublin to discuss modifications to my 23 Road Glide. I met with Tim and Susie Stanton. Tim and I discussed many options but I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions immediately. Before I was able to have the modifications done my bike incurred some damage. When I contacted them Susie said they had a painter that could repair the damage. Tim had Riffraff Customs repair and repaint my fairing and saddlebag and they came out like new. All of the modifications Tim did came out better than I had imagined, my bike sounds and runs just like I wanted. As long as they are in buisness I will never take my bike anywhere else to have work done. These are HONEST people doing top quality work. read more

I have a 2005 Road King four years ago the cam bearing lunched the engine. I had a 103 Screaming Eagle engine and it just seemed to be lacking a bit. The stock 5 speed transmission was not enough. Labor Day weekend, I was headed to the Oakland on my Victory Vision and ran over an object in the road. I was 195 miles out from Oakland in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately another biker was headed the same way with room on his trailer. After loading my bike and heading down the road, I called many shops and found one had the tire but would not install. No Harley dealer would touch the bike even if I had taken the wheel off the bike. I reached out to Tim and Susie at Pro Cycles. Although I was bell tapping getting there on a Labor Day weekend, Mike, their tech, took care of me. The shop was suppose to close at 4pm that day but they stayed and treated me like a brother biker. When your hundreds of miles from home it's nice to know this facility exists and will take care of their customers. I only wish they were in San Diego. I brought my 2012 StreetGlide to Tim at Pro Cycles for a wide front tire kit. Prior to bringing it there I checked around for a good shop and found they had a good reputation. Upon meeting Tim, he looked over my bike he saw there was a small amount of oil leaking from a bad gasket in the lifter area. He gave me an incredible price to get that fixed. Upon hearing that, I added on a full service and purchased some other items to be installed on my bike. The bike was done in a timely manner and when I went to pick it up it looked absolutely INCREDIBLE!. What was even better than all that.......when I got the bill I fully expected to pay $2,000 MORE than what I paid. The work was done incredibly well and my bike ran like a charm. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. I totally recommend this shop and I know I will be bringing my bike here for servicing even though I live 35 miles away. read more
